Moved to the area a couple of months ago and eat at this location quite frequently. The workers are always friendly, professional and the subs are made nicely and not sloppy and etc. It’s always super clean as well.

This is a Good location, has a bathroom available to customers, most subways don’t. The place is clean with plenty of parking.

Well at least it looks clean and there is parking. I got served a frozen egg and steak sandwich for breakfast. I let them know and ask them to microwave it a little bit. The woman sticks it in the microwave, apparently sets the dial to then goes to the cash register to ring up another customer. All while a second staff person is sitting there prepping. After 2 minutes of watching my food get nuked to death I left. As of the time I walked out the door, the microwave was still cooking my former sandwich. Yes, I’m still hungry!

DONTEATHERE!!! GOTOTOGO’S for great food and EXCEPTIONALCUSTOMERSERVICE. I sent one of my employees to this poorly run place yesterday with a list of 3 subs and what was to be put on them. When she got back to work the Forest ham had ranch dressing on it-WTF??? And the chicken bacon ranch had no ranch and she asked for it not to be toasted and guess what-it was toasted. So I called and left a message twice, finally some idiot Indian guy called back saying he watched the cameras(?) and his employees made the sandwiches exactly as they were ordered to-REALLY? So your cameras have audio I presume and my employee is lying-she told the people who barely can speak English you have working there to put ranch on the Forest ham-correct? I hung up on the idiot and will NEVER go back-TOGO’S beats them all to hell, trust me. The food is better, the service is exceptional and if they screw something up(rarely happens) they satisfy the customer and fix it. Also the review below that says they cut back on the meat-its TRUE-the Forest Ham hardly had any meat at all, so all you are getting and paying for is bread. I presume this was the owner I spoke to, learn a lesson idiot-you will not have any customers if you treat them the way you treated me, are you that cheap that you could not replace those two subs to satisfy an unhappy customer-well the answer to that is-YES YOUARE.

This is by far the best Subway I have been to. The staff here are sandwich artists and prepare«TV commercial» quality sandwiches. They greet you when you walk in and immediately start making the sandwich you requested, just the way you want it. The restaurant itself is in a small strip mall with limited parking. I park in the bigger lot next door and walk over. The inside is clean and well maintained. I can’t say enough about how great this Subway is.

first review ever on Unilocal.i was optimistic about this subway. excited that it was nearby and opening. I’m not going to give stars for cleanliness because that should be an automatic. but their customer service was horrible! really you are that cheap that you cant give us extra napkins so we can sit outside and eat our food on your dirty table that we used our sandwich napkins to clean with? shame on you. don’t put logos on your napkins since you want o be so cheap with them!

I have been coming here for many years. Today 1⁄29 I ordered my usual and inside my tuna sandwich was a plastic wrapper. I think this is disgusting because how do you not notice when you are mixed in the tuna, that there is something shiny? I will never go back there because of this one time. If they didn’t notice this what else are they not noticing? Togo’s it is!

The service even for a fast food restaurant was appalling. Plus now you must pay for avocado even if you have a vegetarian sandwich, and they now charge extra(without telling you) for toasting your sandwich. There are too many other inexpensive and good sandwich places in the area to rationalize going to subway anymore.

There must of been a change of Ownership recently!!! I can’t believe they rated this chain so highly after reading all of these reviews! I stopped in to get my usual, a Foot Long Italian BMT on 9 grain wheat. As I was waiting, I noticed the tables were dirty and needed to be bused. The floor appeared that weren’t mopped in a few days. All of a sudden my Celtic Sniffer noticed a stench… Oh my. I noticed that the sandwich makers were shorting me on my slices of Ham, Salami and Pepperoni…1– each.Whoa.What gives!!! Were they told to skimp out on the meat? Why? In all my sandwich was weak! I know it’s a chain, but I like the Bascom & Hedding location which is down a few minutes. Parking sucks!

I admit I buy sandwiches at Subway pretty frequently, as they have a good veggie patty sandwich. They have a new falafel sandwich«for all the veggie lovers.» I love that they are offering more vegetarian options. So, I tried it. I am sad to say… it is not good. I got it on the flat bread with fresh spinach, lettuce, cucumber, and tomato with the creamy cucumber sauce. Even so, the falafel was extremely dry and lacking flavor. I’ll be sticking with the veggie patty sandwich…

How do you fully rate a franchise chain? This must be one of the eternal questions for Unilocalers. I have been to several Subways, and this place is above average in my opinion. The location is close to my work so I go here often. The service is quick and the sandwich preparers are friendly. Overall, I think that the food is pretty healthy, certainly better than a burger and fries, though I do frequent those places also. The parking lot is small and quickly fills up at noon, so either park on busy First Street, or get there a little early.

As far as menu options, most Subways offer the same things. So, this review will solely be about their customer service. The Subway off of N First Street, is probably the nearest Subway to the Cisco campus. So, it is conveniently located. They open early in the morning for breakfast as most locations do, but the staff in the morning… including the owner are delightfully cheerful and friendly. I enjoy their hospitality every morning and is just a great start to my day.

This place was just made a couple months ago when it used top be a Quiznos. It’s a very clean place, service is good, and the quality of sandwich making is good. Great place to grab a sandwich on the way home instead of at the local student union that the students go to, or heading to school.

I’ve dined here a couple of times since it’s close to campus. But the last sandwich was the best sandwich I’ve eaten at Subway, besides it being a daily $ 5 special which makes it budget friendly too. It was a turkey cranberry sandwich which was delicious.

1 star too many? I wanted the sweet onion chicken and this Subway is conveniently walking distance near my work so I came here but was a little disappointed. Parts of the bread(honey oat) were crunchy/hard which made me think if it was from yesterdays. I normally get it toasted but I don’t think it’ll make such an impact would it? I had to ask for«extra» or «extra, extra» on all the veggies I wanted, not sure if they were being stingy or if it’s normally the amount they give. The sandwich maker rung up someone before me then washed her hands and rubbed her hands all over the plastic gloves to get it open *hopes her hands are super clean* for $ 6.00 + $ 0.50 tax, I guess can’t beat the price since I wanted something refreshing, maybe I’ll get a burrito at La Vic’s or iguanas next time.

Very efficient and nice staff. Also great location. But $ 5 for a huge chunk of bread with a list of 30+ ingredients, 4 oz of meat with sodium nitrate, and 4 spinach leaves ain’t cutting it.

Alright. a review for Subway, baby! I’ve always been kind of hesitant to go to any sandwich places just b/c I’m not that fond of them. However, I was stuck going to this one because my coworker wanted to and to my surprise the sandwich was pretty good! I ordered a 6 inch Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken sandwich and it was yummm. I didn’t know they let you pick whatever ingredients you wanted. So I told the workers to pack that shit on! I think it was an extra 60 cents for avocado? That stuff hella completed my sandwich. Sandwich + soup for 7 bucks? Not bad at all. Wonder if Jared’s ever ate here.

Nice, neat, quiet area. Many parking spots all around. This Subway is huge, with two chairs at each table, around ten tables by the wall/entrance, and two sets outside. Same menu, prices, and selection. No lines, no wait, 2 gals on duty on Monday nights, around 8:30pm. They still offer $ 5 deals on a footlong. It’s worth extra dollar for fresher meat and a lot more veggies than Vietnamese sandwiches $ 3 – 4. I like the choices on bread, meat, toast/no toast, and sauces. It beats unhealthy hamburgers anytime.
