Ok I gave this place one star no because they had bad service or anything like that but because the manager dropped the tea lid on the ground and picked it back up with out washing it that is plain lazyness I would not expect that from a manAger and before that she was toching her hair with out washing her hands very nasty

They didn’t have spinach. Which subway doesn’t have spinach? This one. They wrapped our sandwiches very poorly and half of our veggies were spilled all over the bag. Bad customer survice in general. Never going back there again.

Do not buy the«Community Appreciation Program» deal for Subway. For $ 10.00, you receive coupons for buy one get one free subs(Max Value is $ 4.00) but the locations are limited. I used the first coupon yesterday for this story(14 miles each way from my location). You cannot use the coupon with the Daily Deal or Value Menu, which means you have to purchase each sandwich separate and 1 chip and drink. I bought two 6″ Cold Cut Combo, 1 chip and 1 medium drink. The normal cost for this order would be $ 10.80 and with my coupon I paid $ 7.30. Looks like I saved $ 2.71(not worth the gas…) but if I had purchased 112″ Meal, I would have only paid $ 7.85 for the same items — so my savings(after the 28 mile round trip) was… drum roll… 55 cents. What a rip off! Not only was I disappointed with the DEAL, the cashier looked very annoyed that I used the coupon.

This place was great. Like many other locations, they made my food fast, exactly how I liked it, and was obviously very clean. But what made them stand out was their excellent Customer Service. They were beyond friendly. They were humble. It made me appreciate them much more and I told them they deserved to have more customers who would also appreciate them too. They deserve it.

Went to this Subway today. Found a gentleman just standing there behind the counter so naturally I walked up to him and started ordering. He stopped me and told me to wait until he is done. He then walked to the other side of the counter and started fidgeting with the soup pretending to be doing something. After standing there watching him fake the funk for about a minute he turns to me and says«now may I help you?» What on earth??? I proceeded to order just because I was hungry and trying to make a dr.‘s appt. after grabbing my bread selection and slopping the minimum about of tuna he passes my sandwich to another lady to finish. The lady completed my sandwich but it looked a total mess. Staff needs to be retrained. Horrible service.

I’ve been there twice, Both times, I noticed that they dont put sufficient veggies even after asking. The 2nd time, I showed the cashier at the counter how empty my flatizza was as compared to what they advertise. He laughed saying that the pictures are always better! He later came up to my table and gave me my money back(3 $) and telling me that sometimes the sandwich maker is sometimes very busy or does not hear us properly and that I should make myself clear when I want more veggies. He even laughed that I kept the money aside on the table while telling him that I did not want the money but wanted better service! Was I supposed to shove the money back in his hand before completing my sentence. I left the cash back at his desk before leaving. Very disappointing behavior from the cashier.

This subway location is probably one of the worst I have been to. I went in at 10:30 to get a sandwich for lunch and the bread was stale already so it was most likely from the day before or a couple days before. The woman helping me was friendly though so they get points in my book for the customer experience but quality was lacking.

We came in today to order 3 sandwiches. When we came in there was no rush. They had 2 girls working. We ordered our sandwiches and watched as they missed one thing after another. First strike was when they put the meat on the bread and asked if we wanted them toasted. If we didn’t want them toasted, how would they hear the meat? Second strike is when the girl forgot to put cheese in one sandwich. I didn’t catch that because I was to busy watching the other 2 sandwiches. And finally! Third strike is when they closed the sandwiches. Apparently the sandwiches had too many veggies and she couldn’t close them. The other girl tried to close them and ended up half assing it and double wrapping them to cover it up. When I complained the replied by saying that«I’m not the one who made them» At that point I just wanted to take the food and leave. I did ask for their names and managers number. They were hesitant to give that too. I’m definitely unhappy about this.

this subway, no beuno. i come here multiple times to get sandwiches and when i do they’re always in a rush making my sandwich. i mean they throw veggies, condiments on my sandwich like there are 50 customers waiting to get food. everytime i come here whether its peak time or not my sandwiches always come out sloppy and torn. WTF. cant they slow down and place veggies with a little more care? common!

This subway is close to home and a cheap meal, but the customer service was horrible. I have never written a Unilocal review and I’m sad to say my first is a negative one. We walked at 9:10pm and everything was cleared out from behind the counter. When it was our turn to order both the man and woman working yelled out«Whose next?». As they were making our sandwiches they were talking under their breath to each other and making a scene that they had to take out all the food they put away 50 minutes early. I am not expecting anything grand here from Subway, but a decent«what can I get you» would be nice. Pretty sucky service is all I have to say.

One of the smaller, slightly«ghetto» Subway locations in the area. Parking and pulling up to this place is a bizznatch for one. And the employees here definitely don’t seem very happy to be working there. What’s there NOT to be happy about? You’re surrounded by tons of proteins and CARBS all day! Yum! :P

WOW! I have been here many times and when there is a manager there, the sandwiches come out great but today was different… I waited about 10 – 15 min for a meatball sub with pretty much nothing on it and Basically the lady cut all the way through it and also not evenly so one side of the bread was a lot thinner so the sandwich was falling apart and just covered in marinara sauce… When the lady looked at it and began to wrap it she spoke to the other lady(in Spanish) asking if it was acceptable or not and the other lady told her just wrap it 2 times. When I said«that’s way too messy, how am I supposed to eat that?» she looked at me then I was ignored and sent on my way and charged full price with no apologies. I am gonna try to upload a picture so that everyone can see the pride these employees take in their work. I will not be going back to this subway ever again.

I went to this Subway for breakfast because I was early for for my nearby appointment. I was sort of craving a McDonalds Sausage mcmuffen or one of those other(really bad for you) breakfast sandwiches. As I was scanning for a McDonalds I saw the Subway with a big sign advertising BREAKFAST! I thought OK… To make a long review a little shorter, the English Muffin was raw and it should have been toasted. The bacon was a joke. Razor thin such that it added no flavor or texture to the already bland sandwich. The girl taking my order had such poor English that when I told her I wanted«a coffee and a non fat milk», she kept insisting I use milk from the refrigerator for my coffee. At one point I was tempted to say«MEDRINKMILK — OK?» Needless to say the egg was pre-prepared and in one of those little metal tubs they keep all of their other ingredients in. I’m guessing it came from the factory that way. One last little tidbit, she asked if I wanted white egg or yellow egg. I was like Whaaa? after puzzling over this interesting question I realized she was really asking if I wanted the sandwich made with egg whites. *sigh* Wish I would have gone to McDonalds! PS. on the bright side their coffee was pretty good, but they are right next door to a Starbucks, so that sort of cancels that little bonus. Probably okay for lunch, but a big disappointment for breakfast.

I went to this subway at night ordered 5 chicken breasts i was amazed to see the guys who were working were so fast they made those in almost 2 mins they were very polite they are always helping customers with all options. they suggested me chipotle for spicy chicken on one sand wich which was so good i would love to go again there.

What I like about this Subway: — Pretty empty when I go = no lines — People almost always at the counter when you enter = less time waiting What I don’t like about this Subway — One two parking spots and one handicapped spot — They don’t have soup in the mornings — They overcharged me once. Not by a lot, but maybe their pricing is different from other Subways!!! I am not too sure All in all, Subway will always be my choice over the McDonald’s next door. There are no homeless people waiting outside, the food is healthier, and the prices are still reasonable for a quick sandwich.

I understand that most Subways are franchises and privately owned but stop being so cheap! You do not lose so much money by giving me extra cucumbers! Especially when you slice them paper thin. Ugh I like Subway in general but not when I have to keep asking you to put more veggies on. It’s not like I was asking for extra meat or cheese, it’s freaking pickles!!! This location is kinda ghetto because the little plaza is all rundown and the lady who I presume was the owner had her three kids there which made it seem even MORE ghetto. They might’ve saved a few pennies by skimping but they’ve lost me as a customer. It’s not like they have a unique product, there are 3 Subways just in Campbell!
