I don’t know why I keep going back to this Starbucks. Maybe because it is conveniently located close to my house, but today was the last straw. The employees here have the worst attitude. Minus the cashiers, who should probably take over the bar as well. My drinks have been made wrong, forgotten about, and dropped on the ground. Today however, I witnessed the barista talking crap about customers in front of my face! So disrespectful. Not only for an employee of an establishment, but for a human to do this to another human out loud. Unbelievable. Unlucky for this lady there is social media now where I can voice my opinion because to her dismay she thought«customers can’t get me I’m behind this glass» while she continually talked badly about customers. Thank you Unilocal for helping me let other people know what kind of employees Starbucks is hiring at this establishment. Only go here if you are a regular, for you’re the only one that will get served fast and with a smile. I will not be tricked again into going here.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Everybody there is very friendly, the place is very clean and its great place to study or do some work or meet. They have lots of seating inside and outside plus enough outlets to plug in or charge –your phones. And the parking is super convinient.

I come here almost everyday and I am always received with a big smile by the baristas even when they are busy. Drinks come out fast for the most part but it’s important to mention this place gets really busy around 8:00 am.

You can always how it is going to go at a Starbucks when you hear a barista say to a colleague, «Hey, do you know to make a latte?» The confinement station is also a strong indicator. My advice is to avoid drinking coffee in Willow Glen unless you make it yourself. Peet’s is terrible and Starbucks here joins the long list of a barista making drinks but the barista is really nothing more than a person who can heat up milk, add sugar and throw ice in drinks.

Usually this is my first stop in the morning before work, today was the busiest I’ve seen it in the morning. After waiting over 10 minutes for my drink I left as I needed to get to work. Only after I was in the middle of traffic did I go to take a drink of what should have been a vanilla soy Chia tea… only to find it definitely wasn’t that. To be honest I don’t even know what it was, as it tasted between a cross of burnt caramel and coffee. What ever it was has left the most disgusting taste in my mouth that will not go away. Very disappointed that I wasted money on something I simply had to throw out because it was so disgusting.

Worse Starbuck’s ever ran by a bunch of silly little girls who spend more time talking to each other about stupid issues and having every other word that comes out of there mouth with«like, like, totally,.. .and I like,…and he ‘like’ this and that» instead of doing what they are supposed to be: attending to the patrons. I go in there in the early morning when they open and there is never any creamer out, bathrooms not stocked, coffee not brewed, and so on. Additionally, when I do order something and pay for it, the lamo forgets it. C’mon. Then the attitude like(I sound«like» them) THEY are the one inconvienced. For cryin’ out loud; get it together and be grateful that you have a job you little brats!

Been to many Starbucks where on a hot day, I order my drink and later I would ask for a cup of ice water if it is too hot, all the places I have been to have been more than kind taking care of the request. This was my first time visiting this location, on the way to a little league game where I am sitting in hot sun, when I asked for some ice to put in my personal reusable water, I was told that I should have ordered it along with my coffee and they could not provide any ice!!! I was in a rush otherwise would have asked to talk to a supervisor to see if this is really a policy or poor customer service. Will not be back to this one and will find another one even if it is out of my way.

My favorite Starbucks. It’s like Cheers of the southern Willow Glen neighborhood. Friendly, clean and great place to study or do some work. Great staff!!!

It was a Tuesday afternoon when I was rushing in to get a frappuccino because there is this fantastic happy hour program that Starbucks has. I was all pumped to get my mocha frap when my dreams were crushed with the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life. The incompetent new employee made a rookie mistake and screwed the price attempted to rectify the situation. But I guess she didn’t have a basic understanding of a register and ended up taking all of the money off my card — I know there was money there thanks to the shitty USAA banking app but that’s another rant. She then proceeded to tell me that she was sorry her register had eaten my credit and wanted cash for the drink. I had not come prepared and this imbecile just stared back at me informing me «well I’m sorry». No. Do you know who the fuck I think I am? I am a gold card status and you have the audacity to rob me and send me away without an icy coffee drink. If I could give negative stars I would. I even made a Unilocal account specifically so I could inform the public about your crime to humanity. Literally Starbucks you are being SO rude right now

Was in the area and Starbucks is my go to place for coffee or tea. I prefer it over peet’s. Nice friendly staff and efficient. Nice outdoor seating as well. Lots of seniors chilling here it seems.

My favorite Starbucks by far. Staff always super friendly to all their customers even when there’s a line out the door.

This is the worse Starbucks and I go to plenty of them. Worse part is that this is my neighborhood Sbux. However, I make an extra drive to the Starbucks over by the Bagel Guys cause this Foxworthy one stinks. Employees are unfriendly and don’t ask those important questions like«Do you need room for your Americano? » I tried to tell the young lady but I was ignored. When I asked for room both women stared at each other and said next time ask ahead. I’ve been to Starbucks where I’ve seen customers ask for their drinks to be re-made and they get a quick response and awesome customer service. Hopefully, the manager here learns to train better. Even better, this manager needs to visit the Meridian Sbux and learn about customer service.

Omg this place is soooo busy on Sunday mornings. Wow! I think everyone and their mom from the surrounding neighborhoods come. That being said they are pretty efficient and friendly. They also have wireless charging for phones and free WiFi. Outside seating is super nice.

Quick and friendly service. The barista was more than happy to give the bf detailed short and sweet descriptions of a few different coffees(without holding up the line!) Negative: was so excited to try out the power mats and only 1 of the 4 mats worked :(

Five friends and myself decided to take a walk to this Starbucks location. We quickly realized that it was 45 degrees as our feet froze over. Many of us had to pee as well. Forty minutes later we arrived, inquiring the worker in the doorway whether they were open or not. His response was a sarcastic«does is look like we’re open?» We were very unimpressed and do NOT suggest

I have to say my first experience here a few years ago was not a good one. I had come in with my service dog and was told that I could wait outside with my «pet;“however one email to the store manage fixed that problem. He got back to me right away and apologized for the incident and it has never happened again. This place continues to be my morning stop before work and a great place to get a cup of joe on my neighborhood walks. The only reason I give it a four star is when there is a line you have to expect to wait at least a half hour. While the overall cashiers and baristas as nice they can be quiet slow during a rush. There are times I am willing to wait, but other times I’ll drive to the meridian location because they are faster. I do like this location as it is close to everything I need and the outdoor seating is fantastic. Definitely a neighborhood gathering hotspot.

Talk about Hispter heaven! I love it! It’s hard to find any like minded individuals in the San Jose area, most of them just migrate to SF, but maybe this Starbucks is the last remaining oasis of hipster-dom. Don’t worry though non hipsters — there are plenty of other normal folks around to balance it out. I love to bring my Mac Book here and just work on my latest project… Secretly though… sometimes I just like to people watch. It’s always fun to guess which drinks different people will order. Is she a latte girl or a frapp girl? Will he order a muffin or a lemon bar? In short, I love this Starbucks and come here all the time because its convenient and nice.

The World According to Noelle Allergic Girl’s Guide to Life This Starbucks has friendly and fast service. The location is clean and the drinks are well made. Only drawback is the parking is difficult. I love this Starbucks because its near one of my favorite grocery stores– Zanotto’s. Noelle’s Notes Good coffee Bad parking
