A small, quaint Starbucks. I got my usual venti iced green tea sweetened and received it in a very reasonable time — about 2 minutes. There were no lines when I went which was convenient. You must be wondering why this is getting a two-star rating. The reason why was because that there was no bathroom… And if you need to go to the bathroom, you have to go outside and punch in these codes. No problem. I went and the bathrooms were locked… What? Not a great place to study and/or work.

This place is mostly alright. The plaza is one my regular hangouts so this Starbucks is a frequent stop. The baristas are friendly and eager to serve you, I saw this firsthand after the person in front of me was finished ordering. I appreciate that the staff understands the words small medium and large as well as the crazy Starbucks invented words for their drinks’ sizes. I don’t usually sit and do stuff on my computer but there’s plenty of space if you want to set up here. The last time I came here I ordered a small caramel macciato. It came out with a really nice balance of caramel mocha and coffee. The music they play here is bland but I’m not usually here long enough to mind. Overall, not bad.

Pros: The service is really good with friendly staff to get you your drink. The artichoke sandwich melt is really good and they can heat it up for you. The environment is very well lit with windows all around. Cons: The Starbucks is conveniently located inside a corporate office but convenient for those working in that area of course. It is probably the smallest Starbucks I’ve ever seen so it may be difficult to get seating if you wanted to chill for a bit. Nothing special about this Starbucks and actually a little less home-like feel than your typical Starbucks. Overall: If you are on the run and happen to cross paths with this Starbucks, sure.

Love that this is near my job. However, I always need to check who the bariata is. For the most part I’ve come to the conclusion that I can’t order a caramel macchiatto here because each time i’ve ordered it, total disappointment. So for my other drinks I must say it’s improving. At least the one girl who worked the register is gone. She couldn’t get a coffee order right let alone your name.

Mitchell was so helpful very nice barista! Across from my bank. The location is beautiful and convenient. Although they do not validate tickets for the parking garage they are cheerful and welcoming providing a great experience! Also accommodate for their guest happily.

This location is sooooo convenient for me. Very glad they reopened it. There is a Specialtys right next door with Peets inside but I like a little variety. And I can pay with my handy starbucks app on my phone, no wallet required. The only gripe is customer service can be a little lacking here and the drinks aren’t that hot. I find myself asking the barista to make it extra hot and still it could be about 5 degrees warmer.

This location is perfect for anyone working in CityView Plaza! It’s a smaller Starbucks and is only open during the week, which makes sense because I am pretty sure that the of the bulk of their customers are CityView Plaza employees and they are getting coffee before running to work anyway. There is a parking garage under the plaza or you can find street parking. You are always greeted with a welcoming smile or warm«hello!»; the baristas are always so friendly and remind you about their app and the giveaways or promotions that are going on. During the holidays, they give out a sticker card to promote their holiday drinks. When you buy 5 Holiday beverages, you earn stickers for each one and once you have purchased 5(Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulee Latte or Chestnut Praline Latte), you get a free grande beverage. It’s perfect for avid Starbucks-goers! :-)

Came by for a mocha the other day and it was mediocre at best. …I thought this location closed down many years ago… but I guess they reopened it?!? The ordering process was rather cumbersome… with a new employee behind the counter?!? …tried to use my birthday rewards using my Starbucks app… but didn’t realize that I had to inform the barrista that I wanted to use my drink first?!? …my drink was mediocre at best… it was still too sweet at half the pumps of syrup… …at least they had some talent behind the counter making drinks?!?

I love that they reopened this location after several years of it being closed! It’s a perfect location for me because it’s close to my work and my bank! The next nearest Starbucks is on Santa Clara and that place always has a crazy line anytime of the day. This new location, I only had one person ahead of me :)
