This is a small-medium sized store with a drive-thru. Inside seating for about 17, plus another dozen or so outside on the«patio.» It’s always clean. The service is friendly and fast enough but apparently, they are all hard of hearing… WHYDOESTHEMUSICHAVETOBEBLASTEDASIFYOU’RE A TEENAGERATHOMEALONEFORTHEFIRSTTIMEROCKINGOUT? Seriously, when you can’t even hear the customer’s order despite her yelling, and you keep asking, «What? I can’t hear you!»… It’s got to be a clue to TURNDOWNTHE F*INGMUSICVOLUME! Customers who stick around have to increase their speaking volumes just to have a conversation with their friends, thereby increasing the overall decibel level even further.

Hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Friendly staff, knows what they are doing and FAST! I always order a Zebra mocha in the am through the drive thru and it’s nothing but fast, always on point and extremely nice staff in the mornings. It feels like the same person always makes my drink… it’s that on point with these people!!! Love coming here!

Pretty standard Starbucks that you’ll find at the corner of a lot adjacent to the usual suspects(Target, Home Depot, etc). We found that it’s central location was convenient although the traffic pattern was a bit roundabout from across the street. This location is decently small, but it seemed pretty busy. The staff seemed competent although the place looked a little unkempt towards the end of a shift. Seemed like folks get away with running in here to just use the bathroom which had us waiting a bit before we got back on the road. We would stop here again in the future if we had other business in the shopping plaza.

This Starbucks is always busy, the drive thru window is convenient but the line is always super long so I usually just go inside. But the staff is always working hard and super friendly. I’ve never once gone in and thought anything bad about how they treat their customers. And I’ve always gotten great drinks. I come here multiple times a week. And they play great music! Haha

Wow what can I say about this place they are awesome… I work at capital Volkswagen and I order an average of 12 to 20 Wendy caramel frappé’s at one time and also get an extra shot blended and fire all sugars on top and extra extra extra caramel this is a very difficult drink to make and on top of that they have to make 12 to 20 of them and every time. And I get this order every two weeks for my co workers in service dept and detail department at my dealership that I work at. Hands-down this Starbucks is the best one around because these guys never complain and they do their best job and never mess up on the order and they are as fast as they can… wow wow wow

I hate it when when workers keep asking what my order is as if they didn’t hear the first time. They then go off saying how it’s an unusual order. This is exactly what the drive-thru worker did! I don’t even see how a green tea latte is an unusual order! I don’t know if it’s his first time dealing with this drink but honestly fix it.

Really annoyed with the lazy cashier. While I was in line I saw they had cake pops so I tried to order and she looks over her shoulder not even stepping away from the counter and says they are out. I was going to question it but thought maybe those were old until the drive thru cashier brought more for her order. So either the cashier was just lazy or is a liar. She also tried telling my fiancé they were out of crème Brule frap until one of her Co workers corrected her. She’s a chubby Hispanic cashier but I didn’t catch her name. Will not go back to this location due to poor customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Came into the shop because the drive thru was very crowded. The wait was not too long but when I received my simple order of a caramel macchiato, it was disgusting. I’m a very simple to please buy this tasted like old grounds and water. No milk at all. I will definitely not come back, hopefully they can get their stuff together

The only reason this location gets a star is purely for location and convenience. Otherwise, their drinks are inconsistent; one day my drink tastes fine and the next day it’s HORRIFIC! Even their service is inconsistent where one staff is friendly and the other seemed like they hate being there. The layout is also horrible because it’s not customer-friendly. If you’re looking for a place to meet with someone for a cup of coffee, DON’T COMEHERE. But if you do… g’luck!

Bad service with bad quality drinks. I ordered green tea frap but that was just like a green tea latte. And there was no line but took like 15 min to get drink. Also some people who was behind me got drink before I got drink so that was weird too.

Half the employees here don’t know what’s going on with the company’s special promotions. In most cases, I might excuse this as a simple mistake, but I’ve found that if the employees don’t know what’s going on, they will straight up lie to you, saying the promotion is over or that it hasn’t started yet… Even despite evidence to the contrary. This has now happened to me twice at this location. The first time happened a day before Halloween when they released the promotional Frappula. My husband had ordered this drink the day before and wanted another before they stopped making them. We came to this Starbucks, ordered one and… No one knew what we were talking about. Even though there was chalkboard art featuring the drink. When our cashier asked one of the baristas(managers?) about it, she told us without hesitation, «that hasn’t started yet, it doesn’t start until November 2nd.» When we pointed out the chalkboard art on the wall, she said«I don’t know why they put that up early.» OKAY. Can someone explain to me why Starbucks would release a special edition Halloween drink after Halloween? So we told her that we had ordered the drink from another Starbucks the day before. She had nothing to say after that. We ended up instructing the barista on how to make the drink from a description from an article detailing the special release. Okay, fine — maybe that was just one stupid employee. BUT. This morning, I dropped in to pick up a grande peppermint mocha — I’ve been participating in the«buy 5, get 1 free» promotion for grande Holiday drinks. The card says«purchases must be made 11÷16÷15−12÷25÷15 and I’ve never had a problem with any other Starbucks. So the cashier rings me up and I hand him my card so that he can add another sticker. He doesn’t have any at his station, so he starts to look around and ask other cashiers if they have any. One tells him to look at the drive-thru. Then, a barista pipes up and tells him that«we’re not doing that anymore.» Dude, what the hell? So the cashier hands back my card and tells me that the promotion is over. Despite thinking at first that the promotion was still ongoing, since he and several other people were looking for the stickers. So I looked at my card and told him that the card says the promotion ends on 12⁄25. He didn’t really have anything to say to that, just told me that they didn’t have any stickers. Okay then. I used to come here fairly often and generally got okay service. But these two experiences, which show that the employees here don’t know and don’t CARE to know what’s going on with their own promotions, have convinced me not to come back at all, despite the convenience of location.

At first I was excited because the drive threw was empty and I was in a hurry… Then I found out why it was empty well when I got to the window to pick up my drink the window was closed while the cashier was taking another order I guess right away i saw my drink(straberries and cream FRAPUCCINO) Just sitting there I guess the cashier decided it was easier to go make 3 more drinks that he had just gotten asked for then to just give me mine so I could drink it nice and cold and frozen how it is suppose to be even though mine was already made and ordered before the other 3!!! So after he was done with the other drinks(6 – 7 mins later) he finally opens the window and hands me my melted watery drink and charges me for it since he saw I wasnt happy with it he told me to taste it so I knew it was ok of course i didnt need to taste it to see its just been sitting there since I was actually watching with the window closed… So he took it and smashed it into the garbage can he didnt look very happy… Came back 1 min later with a new one that was leaking and sticky… I just threw it away dont wanna deal with that bullshit It sucks cus this was my favorite starbucks o well theres so many others that I can go to!

So I went to this Starbucks today and ordered a drink that I’ve had at this exact location countless times. The chick asked me if I knew the recipe for the drink… umm if I knew the recipe I would make it myself instead of coming here. She proceeds to apologize for the wait and informs me that it’s because of some difficult customers inside. Hmm I wonder if they were difficult because they were also asked if they knew their drink recipes? Amber(the chick at the window) had a pretty positive attitude for the situation but it still irks my mother loving nerves that they didn’t know THEIROWNDRINKRECIPE –_-.

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drive-thru window takes longer than actually walking in the store and the employees don’t care for your business. You would expect the employees to be nicer considering that they do work at a customer service based environment. Only reason I go here is because its conveniently close to home. You’re better off driving further to a different location where they will treat you like a person.

I like how this place has a convenient drive thru and outdoor seating. When I’m in a rush or have the baby in the car and don’t want to get out it’s great to not have to get out of the car. Love Starbucks coffee!

Really annoyed, I came here to do some work and find out it closes at 10pm and not 11pm as stated here. Why not keep open until 11? If the drive through is open? Or change the hours to reflect the correct times on here for each part of they are separate. Normally I come here early and have no problems with the drinks or service.

Not my best experience with Starbucks. Heavy advertisement for their new mini frappuchino. Get to the counter and they are out of minis.. Then I asked for the«new» chicken artichoke sandwich. Guess what…,.out. Not wanting anymore disappointment I grabbed a pre-made Frap in a bottle, payed, and left. Was and now the bottom on the bottle just fell out when I opened it. Went all over my car. Gezz!

I really dig this Starbucks. The cashiers are all nice and smiley. It’s also a drive thru so they have a large staff working at a time. They actually get my name right on the cups and it is not packed from 5PM on.

Just ordered the Secret Menu Snickers Frappuccino… And it was Made perfectly! The young man that made it made sure I was getting what I wanted. Everyone was very nice. The girl who began taking my order even suggested I stick with my choice when I noticed they had new drinks on there menu. Glad I did. Thanks guys. It’s delish!!! Always a pleasure. I like stopping by this spot.(=

5 stars for my man Daniel! The drive-thru line can be ridiculous sometimes. The wait is incredibly long and when you get to the window, they’re mostly annoyed anyways. I don’t get why Starbucks employees are so rude. Do they train them to be like that? This is a customer service job, you deal with customers. I work with customers all day long in a restaurant, so I expect a little better from a place that has customers from the minute they’re open to the minute they’re closed. I have to point out this one specific time when I came late at night to order the new caramel flan latte. They had a sign on the doors saying that they closed their lobby early and to go thru drive-thru. After the extremely long wait, I was greeted by this rude Caucasian women, I wish I knew her name. She handed me my latte and my drink was HALF full/empty. I wasted so much time sitting in drive-thru to get only half a drink. I don’t understand why the wait was so long if they were only giving out half made drinks. If i had known at the window I would have said something, but being on the go, I placed it in my cup holder until I got home to discover this. Best believe I will be contacting corporate and making a formal complaint about this location.
