Starbucks

The customer service is bad. I was asking for a promo card that you put the sticker on and they didnt give it to me. I have 5 stickers to put on the card and i told them that im going to give them the other one but still didnt give me it. The lady that has tattoo on the back of her ear is not professional. When i got there her and her co-​worker were just talking they didnt even say hi! Im never going back to this starbucks anymore.

They are super fast with orders/​making drinks for large orders. I have to order coffee for 10 people in our office once a month and this is my new location for doing so, used to go to the one near Good Sam but they have gotten to busy over the last few moths, this location gets busy but they are efficient.
Ashley was super sweet and accommodating when receiving my large order, as some employees get annoyed. Thanks Ashley!
Parking is not the best. Crammed parking lot with few parking spaces.

Pretty lame went there on a Friday evening around 7pm. Employees were in the back with a family in front. No one ever came out to help I left. Went to a differnt Starbucks and mentioned what happened they laughed and said smokin and joking. That’s just great.

I visited this Starbucks in the afternoon just to realize the middle school down the street had just gotten out of school for the day. The line out the door, kids everywhere! The staff handled the situation very well even though there were very little of them! They worked quickly to satisfy everyone’s needs.

Great staff always super freindly. Always make the drinks right. Best starbucks ive been to in this early.

My matcha green tea latte was so powdery… And you can see the powdered clumps. So inconsistent. 2 pumps of sweetener for the matcha is good enough.

I live close by and always stop by. Service is fast and folks are friendly. I always bring my baby with me and they always smile and make baby noises to her to keep her entertained.

Congratulations on earning my first 1-​star review. And I do mean earn. I’m not one of those people who has one bad experience and then writes some emotional 1-​star rant. Rather I’m giving this Starbucks a 1-​star rating because it consistently underwhelms me. They are constantly out of the breakfast item I’m looking for (before 9am) and then there is a good chance my drink order will be wrong. Or, if they actually get it right it will be prepared differently each time with it often being overly sweet. To top it off the parking is a pain and the staff could use a refresher on offering good customer service.

Parking can be tight and sometimes the line gets long but the baristas are friendly and keep the coffee coming.

Like the green tea. Also love peets! Try peets if you’ve never tried this coffee. Amazing stuff if you like a little bit stronger less burnt tasting brew. If u do try. Let me know what you think.

Not only is this starbucks 1 minute from my house, its got the best staff! always friendly and i have never had a problem here! and i am here almost everyday lol

What a hot mess of a Starbucks. No line, yet no employee to help you. There out of half the stuff, and then they gave me a mocha instead of hot chocolate. I don’t drink coffee so it’s disappointing they can’t get it right.

Th people here are very kind, however the parking SUCKS! And the outdoor seating is «eh» at best. It works in a pinch:)

Lets be honest not all Starbucks are the same. I like this place. Even when it’s busy they seem to get my drink out pretty quick. Everytime I have gone in everyone has been friendly and in good spirirts. They get my drink right everytime! 5 stars

I’ve experienced WAY better Starbucks than this one. The employees are horrible and no one seems to know how to make coffee here. I hate dealing with them and only do it if ALL other Starbucks in the area are WAY too busy.
Plus trying to park at this location sucks as well!

Oh god, this place has the worse customer service ever! I have been here a couple of times and had really bad service. I just don’t understand why? Maybe its the complexion of my skin?
The first time we went there, we had a very rude barista. While we were placing our order with the barista at the cash register, another barista abruptly interrupts my girlfriend by asking her to repeat herself. She asked about 3 times in a very aggressive manner. I don’t get what her problem was. We were giving the cashier our order, not her.
The second experience we had was short but bitter. Starbucks is offering a promotion if you come back after 2pm with your receipt, you can get another coffee at the promotion price. The CAUCASIAN gentlemen in front of us was offered the promotion. When it was our turn, we weren’t. Why is that? This was on July 10, 2009 around 12:30 pm. The employee was a CAUCASIAN female with Blonde hair.
I guess these people are just inexperienced with customer service. I recommend that everyone here get re-​trained.

Not to bag on this location specifically, but more on all Starbucks, because they are all the same. I don’t really ever choose to go to Starbucks, but I’ve been dragged there on occasion, and specifically to this one, because it’s closest to my house.
Firstly, I don’t agree with the philosophy of Starbucks. Here’s what John Starbuck or Dick Starbuck or whoever polluted the earth with this scourge thought: Hmmmm… I’ll roast a shitload crappy beans to high hades. To cover up it’s nasty taste I’ll invent a type of drink and call it «Italian Coffee». What I’ll do is get a 20-​ounce cup, put a couple shots of this nasty espresso in it, add a cup of high fructose corn syrup, and fill the rest up with milk heated to 200 degrees. That way, when you finish your coffee in four hours, it’ll still be hot. Brilliant. We’ll put 9 thousand stores in every city.
I wouldn’t ever purchase their espresso drinks, unless I was stoned and I was getting a caramel frappuccino. I have made the mistake of ordering their drip coffee. Think of the aromas of dish water and charcoal combined. Yummy. I wish I could go back in time and stop Starbucks from ever existing. The world would be a better place.
By the way Starbucks, the only reason you get the second star is because of your consistency and customer service. I don’t speak Starbucks and your people have always been patient with me.
