A busy crowded starbucks with typical starbucks drink. I’ve been here many times in my life but I think it’s time to support local business rather than large corporate business.

The people that work here are beyond amazing. I’m there every morning and they are always welcoming. They know my name and my favorites and are always wondering how I’m doing. Today I actually had a pretty rough start to my day and not only did they replace my tea that I let it stay out for too long during my morning, but I was hugged. :) thank you girls. 10 stars if I could.

Ordered a tall iced Americano. Waited for 10+ minutes even with 5 people working. People behind me got their drinks and my patience ran out.
Asked them for my order and the baristas finally take their sweet time making it… and mess up. Starts laughing and chatting. One other friendly guy comes and works on my drink. Total — took 15+ mins with no line and 5 people working.
At least apologize please. They need to work on customer service minus the friendly guy.

We had to wait 20 minutes for a latte and a cap. I’m no Boston Consulting Group partner, but I think the problem is they had 2 people taking orders and only 1 person — not a fast person — making the drinks. And then, in the midst of this crushing backlog of drinks, the coffee-​maker decides to play hardball when I ask for «more» packets of sugar (because there was no more at the condiment stand). She gave me like 2 packets at first. Then I ask for more and she carefully hands me just one more. This goes on until I have 7 packets and when I ask for #8, she goes «I’m sorry sir I can’t give you any more sugar here.» She could’ve made at least 2 frappucinos in the time it took here to play out this little standoff with me. (And I can see, she’s got a big old bin of sugar packets back there).
Why on earth do people pay $ 5 a cup to put up with this type of nonsense?

I consider this my «home» Starbucks location. The staff (led by Deborah) is always friendly and courteous. Paul is the man! If it weren’t for my bad back, I would be there every morning for a Grande coffee. They brew it with pride and give it to you «on the house» if it’s not ready. Love it!

This is my first time here at this Starbucks and this Starbucks is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The line goes all the way to the door and people are all crowded by the drinks area waiting for their drinks to be done. Haven’t even gotten my drink yet so I can’t comment on the quality of their service here. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I love Starbucks but not this location

I must say I love this place and its’ friendly staff. I only get my drinks from here since I moved here the way they talked to their customers is super nice and friendly. Every morning I go here, they make my drink and know what I need. I must say thank you !

I love this Starbucks location! All the workers are so friendly! I enjoy my getting daily Starbucks fix here! I do think they take an unusually long time making drinks but they are friendly so I’m not mad about it.

My flatmate and I come to this Starbucks regularly. I’ve got to say, of all the Starbucks’ I have been to, this one by far has some of the best customer service. The people here are all incredibly friendly, even at the crack of dawn! I can recall actually, one very early morning, my flatmate and I had a track day and walked in right as they opened, and eveyone here was still very friendly! We were taken care of with haste but with great service. There have also been several times where we come in, and they will let us try a new beverage, and if we don’t like it, we can go about getting something else!
This Starbucks is pretty awesome! If you need a cup of joe, and you’re in the neighborhood, this place should be a stop!

This morning one barista who was restocking shelves alerted the employee who was assigned to work the register that I was waiting. His response was «Oh fuck.» Pretty rude dude… if you don’t like your job get another one. Other than that, staff is usually very friendly which makes up for the extremely slow pace at which they pump out drinks.

My friends and I have gone here every single week for the past 3 years. For the past two weeks we have seen flies in the pastries space. Steevo and peter are by far the only cool people here. They r the only ones that smile. Nice overall.

Good location– spacious patio facing away from the major street, which is a plus. Service is attentive and quick as you expect from this chain.
Good place to relax with a cup while your kid is at the Russian School nearby, without having to move your car. Drinks made as ordered, no issues with service here. Also a plus that the lot is large and wifi has not been down when I’ve visited.

It’s a pretty nice and open Starbucks with lots of room to hang out in. However, and sadly, it did not have a huge selection of Starbucks products that I was looking for.
I’m not a Starbucks fan simply because I think their coffee is pretty awful. However, I have an absolute obsession over Starbucks drinkware. I feel like Starbucks drinkware design is like the Apple of drinkwares … haha not really but they’re just usually very aesthetically pleasing and nice to use.
I think I have like 50 tumblers. Not really, or do I.
Anyway, I was disappointed because I came here many times to buy other people presents and gift cards but the one time I came in for myself, I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Boo.

Dropped by after dinner at Panda Express because my boyfriend was craving a caramel frappuchino. The store was cleaner than most Starbucks I frequent and the baristas were friendly. What stood out the most for me was that one of the baristas came around with a platter and was providing pastry samples to guests. I thought that was pretty neat. It looked as if they were sampling a lot because all of the tables had various pastry sample cups! If I wasn’t such a peets coffee girl I would definitely come to this location more.
