My first time here was excellent, but he employees this day… not so much. It was the day that the sunrise menu came out, I didn’t know that it started at 3pm, I came in at 1pm and asked for the strawberry lemonade and the chocolate trifle. the girl looks at me saying they don’t have anything like that. So I bring them up on the app and point to their door window saying it was part of that and it was on their window. She got a little snootie with me and another employee came over and said it was only after 3pm. I said ok, and I ordered a double fudge bar frappacino. I also wanted to reload my card, so I had them add $ 25 to it and I gave the girl my credit card and was charged $ 29.95. I called the customer service number to add my card to the app because it wouldn’t let me do it and the lady told me my balance was only $ 22, I said no it should be about $ 27. She said that $ 4.95 was taken off the card and I said that I paid for my drink by the credit card, so I was double charged for my drink by the girl.

I don’t know why people give this place bad reviews. It’s usually pretty clean and the staff are amazing and friendly. Drink orders may take a bit long sometimes, but that’s expected given the crowds that accumulate during peak hours.

Dude. I purchased a breakfast sandwich and I politely asked for a cup of water. For some strange reason, the overweight dyed blonde girl took offense when I asked for the cup of water. I waited 10 – 15 minutes while enjoying my breakfast sandwich and I never got the cup of water. Wtf? You may think, «what’s the big deal? It’s just a cup of water.» Well I’ll tell you that when I eat breakfast, I need something to drink after I eat! I WILLNEVERRETURNTOTHISSTARBUCKSLOCATION. Bad customer service and bad attitude. I get better service at McDonalds.

This Starbucks has the stupidest baristas in San Jose. Not this first time this happened and its frustrating. They always get my order wrong and I tried to talk to the barista but he ignored me. This might be the closest Starbucks from my house but I’m NEVER coming here again.

I’ve been a long time Starbucks customer and probably visited most of the Starbucks locations around the Bay Area… this location’s staff takes the cake on incivility! Unfortunately, it’s the only Starbucks near my business. I recommended their staff go through customer service training and a leadership change, one that will instill first-rate customer service.

All the staff should get adequate and thorough training at this location! It’s simple to get an order correct. The baristas are lazy and the place isn’t always stocked up. Employees here need to smile. Also, not talk about your personal life on the floor or keep talking to your coworker and not acknowledge that I’m at the register and need to be helped. I’m aware that the teas are to be shook in the shaker about 10 times before poured in the cup and that never happens! My hot pastry has fell out the bag because they put it in the bag that is made to put cold food in.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 2 years now since I started teaching in the area. This Starbucks makes drinks way better than some other ones! Or they just know how sweet I like it. Mwahaha! They are also so on top of their drinks. When I make Starbucks runs for people at school, the baristas always end up asking me more specifications than their order and I’m always like. «Uhh. I don’t know– they didn’t tell me. Whatever you think would work best in the drink.» When it comes to my own drinks though, they don’t ask. Haha. The baristas are very helpful in helping me decide on new drinks to try if they run out of something. I just enjoy coming here. This year, I’m here way too often. Always maintaining my gold status. Wow, not surprised you only have two stars. Starbucks as everyone know is a chain, so the quality of the coffee I will not discuss too much. Really, the only reason to rate on Unilocal is for service. I believe if you’re going to charge four dollars for your drinks, ANDYOUOFFERSPECIALIZINGINDIVISUALDRINKSFOLLOWTHROUGH. This morning at this Starbucks, made me so disappointed. First, the cashier did not give me a cup discount for which I am using a cup I purchased through Starbucks, and when I asked she did not say oh sorry about that. At which point if she did, I would have been okay with it. But she didn’t. She then goes on to say it’s because I added whipped cream on my drink. No. Whip cream has and always been free. I asked for my drink stirred before ice ATTHEREGISTER. The barista did not do that also. I asked her nicely to remake it and she said«next time let us know». I had it! I said«I surely did», I order this drink over and over again. I know how to order it. Then, neither did she apologize for so rudely accusing me. Neither of the girls had name tags. Which they should. One was a blond girl and the other a little older lady at the register. Honestly if it wasn’t for convenience, I wouldn’t go to any Starbucks.

I work as a barista at Starbucks and there is defiantly something wrong with this location. I have come to this particular store many times and I have had horrible experiences. There condiment bar is always dirty and out of sugar and napkins. What happened to your store support? I walked in once and found more than 5 fruit flies in their pastry case. My drink has been handed to me with syrup and coffee stains all over the cup. The barista’s that work here do not provide good customer service. Observing the way they act reminds me of the people you find on Maury and Jerry Springer(East Side Service). This Starbucks truly needs help because they do not know what they are doing.

This is the second time Ive came to this location, both times I’ve received horrible customer service. The baristas here are just rude. If you’re going to have the audacity to talk shit about your customers the least you can do is be quiet about it. I definitely will drive out of my way to a better Starbucks with much more respect for their customers.

I’m a Starbucks fanatic and love checking out different Starbucks locations. This Starbucks is definitely one of the bigger locations I’ve been to, maybe even the biggest so far. When you walk in there are multiple booths for two on the left, large tables in the middle, and smaller tables and high tables on the right. All the tables and seating choices are spaced out so you’re not up close and personal with the strangers near by you. In fact, there’s so much space that they can probably add a few more big tables without making it too crowded. Additionally, there is seating outside for those nice sunny days. Despite how nice it looked inside, the service was just alright and my drink and food were just okay. The cashiers and baristas forgot to ask for some of our names when taking our order and quietly called out the drinks(without our names) when they were ready. Luckily, I got a hot drink while everyone else got a cold drink, but the people that got the cold drinks were confused as to whose drink belonged to them. Especially since it was very difficult to hear what drink was being called out. I ordered an espresso macchiato with soymilk and a slice of lemon loaf pound cake. My coffee was warm, not as hot as it usually is or how I would have liked it. Also, it was only filled about ¾ of the way. If I’m paying for Starbucks coffee, which isn’t that cheap, I’d like my cup to be filled all the way. Also, my slice of lemon pound cake didn’t taste very fresh. The icing on the top was kind of hard and rubbery. I probably won’t return to this location unless I’m in the area and am really craving Starbucks or if I want to just meet up with some friends in a very spacious Starbucks. 3 stars for the coffee shop environment(soothing music, constant but quiet chatter, nice artwork) and lots of seating options with wireless charging for phones.

This Starbucks is my «go-to» destination every morning. There’s usually not too many people but if there is the line moves quickly. The staff is friendly and curious and always gets my order right. I’m pretty simple anyway(usually blond roast and soy.) I’ve always had a bad experience at some point at any Starbucks I’ve been to and it’s never really bothered me but for this particular location that’s just not case. Maybe not that my order is super simple it’s hard to do. Pros: it’s Starbucks!, fast service and friendly customer service. Cons: area, east side and parking.
