I love this Starbucks. Amanda was awesome. Keep up the good work.

Well well well, I’m extremely picky, and I always ask a lot of thing (witch I understand is annoying) but for first time somebody in a Starbucks surprise me, Zack was happy to answer al my questions about coffee with passion and knowledge. (he does Love his job)
I 100% recommended this Starbucks.

I order a difficult drink and I really appreciate them making my drink correctly each time! Plus they offer excellent customer service and a clean facility. My favorite Starbucks :-).

It takes forever to get your coffee!!! I wish there is another Starbucks near my place!

I come to this location often enough but never really had an issue with what I order. Today, I order a Venti refresher without ice. And this is what they gave me. Are you really telling me I pay almost $ 4 for half my cup?

I don’t know if it’s just bad luck with timing but I find this location consistently sub par. Today unfortunately was no exception. The Barista forgot to make a customer who ordered before me her drink, and I found that 3 drinks ordered after mine were served before mine. One of my complaints at this location has always been slow service and I’ve often wondered if it might be a training location. Who knows. The worst thing about my visit today though was the mess. See photos. And, the cinnamon jar was empty…

Friendly Staff and Patrons… Nothing but good things to say about this particular Bucky’s (a nickname a close friend’s 9 y/​o daughter calls it, so it stuck).
Other than visiting during my personal time as I live down the street from this location I’m in the military (Navy) and also come here when it opens on weekends 1−2x a month to get a traveler for my unit and receive nothing but Good Mornings & Smiles from the morning staff at 0530−0600…You guys rock!

I’m within walking distance to this Starbucks, just moved to area, went today… Dude wasn’t friendly, just asked what I wanted to drink, I told him my order which included a sandwich. After he took my order I went to the bar to wait for my drink and sandwich, drink came out fast but they forgot my sandwich. They stood there talking about their relationships for a good 3 min until I asked for my sandwich (they forgot about it) and then I bit into my sandwich which was still cold in the middle. I’d rather drive to another location.

My morning and afternoon pleasure is a green tea latte w sugar free vanilla
They always make it right the first time, they get to know their customers, and are always quick with a smile

Coffee is made to order !! I’m very picky about my coffee, but the baristas here do a pretty awesome job!

This Starbucks is nice but really loud. I don’t think it would a good place to talk to people, read a book or search the internet because of the distracts from the loud noise.
The people who come here are pretty friendly and the staff are nice.
I ordered a green tea with ice. They did a nice job in getting to me fast even though there were a lot of people.

Hidden partially in an old strip mall, it’s quieter than your average Sbux. Super friendly employees and a small outside area to hit too. Nice weather today permitted lounging outside for a while. Iced tea to fight the lunch food coma and a sunny day = happy

The ONLY Starbucks near Campbell border which grounded my espresso correctly for my espresso machine. Why… suspense…because the THREE other Starbucks. on Bascom next to Whole foods at Hamilton, and the one near EBAY cross street (You will see EBay employees ALL day at that place…(wheres your ordered product?) AND downtown Campbell don’t calibrate their grinders. I’ve asked all 3 places when I lived past 2 years.
So this Starbucks the employees are friendly, care and make your drink in a good amount if time. They don’t allow transients to sit in the chairs outside like the one next to Whole Foods. I’ll be commenting on their page next.

Morning staff needs to wake up! Double charged me, moving slow, she couldn’t get the order right, I think the barista needs coffee!!! Usually better than this, we all have off days so let’s see if the opening staff can get it together next time…

Standard Starbucks. I like the location of the store because it’s right next to a Nothing Bundt Cake. Great store to stop by for a drink and go next door for a quick snack.
I love the nice out door seating they have right in front.
I always stop by this location for their water.
There’s also a phở store in the same plaza!

Amazing customer service! My mom and I are addicted to Starbucks and this is our go to starbucks. All the time. My moms drink: grande espresso frap in a venti cup– extra ice, blended twice. This is the only Starbucks that gets her drink the way she likes it. And since we’re regulars, they’ll start to remember your order!
Plus really fun, upbeat baristas that make their work fun and super welcoming to their customers! Recommend this place so much! Ashley & Zack are super nice! I forget all their names tho… Joe?
Either way, I recommend this Starbucks over any!

The staff here is a lot more upbeat. There’s a drink pick up counter and a pastry/​food pick up counter instead of all of us crowding one spot to pick something up on ONE counter. Which is a good idea, the space is a little on the limited side.
Coffee is made to order the way I ask– I’m very picky about my iced white mocha. And they get it right! Chyeahhhh!
My newest favorite from the food section is the spinach croissant! The way it’s warmed up, still makes it nice and flaky and delicious!
Panini recommendation? Tomato caprese! :) — caution, it will burn your tongue when consumed immediately.
It’s probably due to the location of where I live that all 4 – 5 Starbucks near me, there’s a lock and key to get to the restrooms. This was the first one where I didn’t have to do a little dance to get keys to unlock my way to the ladies room. More like Unisex room, it’s men/women’s room
My main dislike is the HUGE HUGE HUGE no smoking sign posted outside in the seating area, yet all these business-​attired folks (and the 2 guys in the wheel chair) is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS smoking out there :(

Love this Starbucks. I come here every weekend, hang out outside with my pup, and use their free wi-​fi.
Not too loud, friendly people, friendly employees, relatively clean.

I stopped by this Starbucks wanting a bit of a pick me up and I have mixed feelings if I got it.
The Barista was friendly… to the woman in front of me. For a good few minutes after she rang her up they stood chatting. Which would have been fine, great service in fact if I hadn’t been standing right behind her, waiting patiently.
When she finally acknowledged me, and not in a rude or mean way as you would think I gave my order as I do at Starbucks, was run up quickly and moved aside to wait for my drink while they still chatted.
After I was asked by the second Barista to explain what I wanted on it, repeating what I’d just said a moment before I simply sighed.
It’s not that it’s bad service, It’s just obviously not well trained service.

I prefer to frequent Willow Glen Coffee Roasting Co downtown… but in moments of desperation I have stopped at this Starbucks, as it’s on my way in to the office.
It’s standard Starbucks… and I just drink regular drip coffee or the occasional cappucino so I can’t comment on the drinks but I do like the sandwiches and panini’s. Makes for a good on the go breakfast.
Nice people. Fast service. Parking is a bit of a pain though… small lot. Be careful backing out.
