It’s very unusual to find a Starbucks that doesn’t have a massive line so early in the morning despite being close to a major highway. That is not all, the staff here is very amazing and I’ve never had a problem with my order. Overall this is my go to Starbucks when I need a coffee from my drive to work.

Rather poor service compared to many other Starbucks locations. 3 mornings in a row, they stated, we are out of a breakfast sandwich, which they clearly just didn’t stock. Slow service.

Honestly I prefer Peet’s over Starbucks for the coffee flavor, but if I had the option between this starbucks and Peet’s, I’ll probably choose this starbucks for the atmosphere, some of the employees are extremely friendly and remember me and my name(the correct spelling) and will strike up a conversation about things they may have overheard, or I’ve mentioned, etc. Then there’s the customers, some of the customers here are super friendly and will chit chat while waiting for the coffee. I would give this place 5 stars if it was always like this, but there are a few employees most recently who aren’t the nicest and even rude sometimes. I don’t know them, but I’ve seen them more the last couple months. There was one girl who made me feel like a fool when I asked for an orange rephresher and she said they hadn’t carried that in months, and I said I’d had one a couple weeks ago, she told me I was wrong, which isn’t how you treat your customers. But there’s about 5 or so employees that are exceptionally good at their jobs, I’m trying to remember their names, since they always remember mine.

Was there today at the starbucks, just came in to order a drink. Started off waiting to order while the employee named«Jessica» go on yapping about her life instead of taking my order. At first i was cool with too, until the btch had taken my order. She first take my order then before i pay she toss my cup across the counter to her coworker. The cup which i was going to be using to drink from is now being rolled over all kind of sht and then she looked at me and smile. You just threw somebody cup across the fking work area watch it land and look at me and smile and act like u didnt do it.

It’s Starbucks and you have to expect that you are sometimes going to get a grumpy person. The best part is when you have someone that isn’t and is mostly cheerful. The people at this location sometimes takes a little while to warm up to you. They meet grumpy and caffeine deprived individuals all day. I have started to frequent this location and usually spend a couple hours here meeting with clients and prepping my business for the day. This place is usually quiet after the morning rush has died down. I was in there today and ordered Iced Green Tea and the Cashier wrote Black Tea. I didn’t mind because they remade the right one and even said sorry and thank you for my patience. There was no reason to be sorry but that was nice knowing when they want to they have manners. Just like you, these employees are also human. They do make mistakes, just like we do. Accept the fact that not every time are you going to get amazing service. Even when it wasn’t the best experience, I still see that there is a positive. I am alive and I eventually received my drink. If they make it wrong, just ask and they will happily make another for you. I give them a five star rating because they deserve it.

This Starbucks rocks! I make an extra drive to go to it. Every employee that works here makes every drink that I order PERFECT. I’ve never been unhappy with the service here. Whoever is the manager here, keep up the great job!!!

This Starbucks was… mediocre. The space was pretty messy and dirty, it wasn’t the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve been to but also wasn’t the cleanest either. The employees that were working were also a little rude. I know that you like to take our orders in a rush and usually I am pretty good with my order, however today I stumbled over my words a little and apologized and all I got was a bitch stare like«Hurry up.» I’m sorry but that’s rude. My boyfriend and I both asked for iced drinks and I had asked for mine to be light iced, his came out with hardly any ice and mine was filled so much with ice that I finished my drink by the time had walked to my car and pulled out of the parking lot. I am huge on customer service, and this Starbucks did not have good customer service.

I have been going to this starbucks for 3 years and there is this new barista she is a young blonde lady with the worst attitude and customer service. I have been there 3 times now and every time she has rolled her eyes and glared at me. This most recent time I said hello and smiled and she stared at me and frowned. I finally decided that I would not be going to this starbucks any longer or at least until this young lady has a good change of attitude or is fired. I hope they have realized they have lost an every day customer.

Today I was one of «those customers» being very difficult bc I really needed my coffee and therefore bungled my coffee order twice. Thankfully the first time it was just an easy add in of syrup but oops I said vanilla instead of sugar free vanilla. I felt so bad but the barista, Ashley was really nice about it and remade the latte. The best part was that she made it amazingly! I was watching her pour the steamed milk and was pretty excited at how creamy it looked. Once I got it to my lips I was less than disappointed. She made my latte perfectly! And even with my mistakes, service was quick and efficient.

I mostly get vent mocha frappuccino 2 extra shots and tonight wanted to try the hazelnut latte but instead of their concentrated coffee wanted 2 shots instead. So total wanted 4 shots of coffee in my new drink. The new hire very friendly told me i will have a charge for the shots and sure fine. The barista who apparently has«more experience» charged me 4 shots. 8 $ for coffee. Got to pass. So lets get my old drink. Know what to expect and who how it taste with my 2 extra shots of expresso. Well i don’t think this barista should be serving coffee or dealing with customer. I knew my frappuccino mocha didn’t had any coffee in it and ask for coffee. Nop Rude and very selective on who she wants to serve correctly. Anyway If you want to serve coffee make it right or go wash dishes at mac donalds

I wish we could not give certain places any stars sometimes. I have been coming here now for almost 3 years and some of the staff here has attitude problems and need to be transferred or fired. It is not the customers fault that this establishment only has 1 restroom. Ppl if you really need a bathroom that bad. Run around the corner to the Shell gas station, Safeway or Rite Aid. I have had to do that myself. I don’t b***h and complain, I do something about it. It is also not the customers problem that the staff only gets a 30 min break. And just happens to need to use the bathroom at the same time that a customer needs to use the bathroom. Get over it! Okay I have a lot more to say but I would be here forever. The last thing I will say is that they need a new manager. The manager they have right now has the biggest attitude problem of all and when she is calling out names and orders at the bar for ppl to pick up there drinks or food no one can ever hear her. But, when she is just talking to her employees or other friends that visit she has no problem letting everybody hear what she has to say. Even when she talks crap about customers that are still in the store. Does that seem right and okay to you??? Okay I am done now. :-)

Visits: 20+ Rating: 4* This location is on my way to work & makes for a convenient stop. I’m glad the drinks here are consistently good. I haven’t had my favorite drink taste funky or off yet. Wish I could say the same at other Starbucks locations. My drink: Skinny Hazelnut Soy Latte. Delicious!

This is one of my favorite SBUX. They open up nice and early and are located in a convenient neighborhood with good parking :) Good coffee, friendly staff and great customer service. The only thing I dislike is thy sometime the wifi is really hard to connect to and is SUPER slow. Other then that, it’s great!

You would never know that this starbucks is where it is. It is located in a little plaza and Its tucked away in a corner next to the Nothing Bundt Cake place. The staff is friendly and it is clean and well kept. I like this location.

Anna was so nice and fast. My buddy and I were studying at Sbux. A lady came up to the bar and started crying her dead cat. Anna was busy with making drinks but she still engaged in the conversation with the lady. My friend and I were looking at each other and rolling our eyes because the lady kept going on and on non-stop about her cat. However Anna didn’t seem to bothered by it. She was multitasking, passing out drinks, making the next one and engaging in the conversation with that lady at the same time.

Aunt, mom, and I went in for a quick coffee run before my doctor’s appointment. Ordered: Grande white mocha nonfat no whip, grande in a venti coffee, and tall green tea soy latte at 120 degrees. Along with parties, multigrain bagel with reduced fat cream cheese, banana chocolate swirl, and raspberry loaf. Total of $ 11.53 with my discount. Good customer service and efficient.

Booooo! I’m a road warrior so I usually take my drinks and treats to go. Stopped in this afternoon for a quick oatmeal to keep me going for the rest of the day. When the gave me the oatmeal they told me to let it sit for five minutes so that the oats would cook. When I finally opened it(A few miles down the road) I noticed that they didn’t give me the brown sugar that I asked for. At first I wasn’t to disappointed because cutting out a little bit of sugar is never a bad thing, right? But when I went to eat the oatmeal, I realized that they didn’t put hot water in the cup. The oats were completely uncooked and therefore in edible. I know it’s not that big a deal, but it’s just irritating when someone can’t Complete a simple task like putting hot water into a cup. Disappointed. I returned later in the day to let the staff know about my experience and, to their credit, they happily offered a replacement. I declined and requested a refund, which they happily provided.
