James and his buddy did a deep cleaning of the whole house after my tenant moved out. I was amazed when I walked in the house. The connecting area where the carpet meets the wall was hard to reach by normal vacuum and it has collected a lot of dust which discolored the carpet, James did such detailed job to clean those area and the whole house looked so much better because of that detailed touch. Thanks for the wonderful job, James!

I gotta start off with saying that this review is way overdue. I lost James’ business card from July 31, 2013 and had to search for his number from my old cellphone’s bill history. Sorry I took over a year to write you a review, James!
Now to the review… James did a wonderful job with cleaning our carpet. Before we moved into the unit, I found James and gave him a call. He was very friendly the entire time we communicated by phone. He was also very friendly when we met him in person. He cleaned our carpets very well and got it to it’s original light tan color. He was very efficient and arrived on time to the time he promised us. We would definitely call him back if we needed our carpets cleaned again.

I was needing my carpets cleaned an unfortunately the service used for the past 20+ years had sold so I was on the hunt for a new company. Platinum Carpet Cleaning was recommended so I took a chance. James was professional, showed up when he said he would (actually was showed up early which was refreshing!) and did an amazing job on a relatively high traffic carpet. James pays attention to detail and did an excellent job. We could not be more pleased with the outcome.
I will definitely use James again and look forward to a long lasting relationship.

I checked on Unilocal reviews and found Platinum Carpet Cleaning. Normally I would use a business with more reviews, but I wanted my carpet cleaning job to done as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. I checked out on several other carpet cleaners on Unilocal,most are not available until late next week. Platinum is the only one that can do the job quickly. So I took a chance to hire them instead. The results were great.
They showed up on time as scheduled. My carpet was in pretty good condition prior to their cleaning, so I asked for standard steam cleaning. Instead, they did deep cleaning which makes the carpet looks great! Their price is also reasonable in comparison to several other carpet cleaners I called.
I will definitely use them again!
