Plan B Weight Loss Clinic

PROS: Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. The clinic is fairly new, and it is well kept, both in the lobby and each individual room is well maintained. There’s no waiting more than maybe 5 min in the lobby at the very most. Dr. Gherman is amazing on a levels! Her main goal is to allow you to live a fulfilled positive lifestyle! Both her RN’s are fantastic and very knowledgeable. This isn’t only for weight loss… this is place also guides those who have hormone deficiencies. Get your life back on track… The San Jose office is incredible…

I thought I was making an appointment at what used to be the Fremont location, and the day before my appointment I was told to go to the South Bay office. No problem! When I get there, I’m informed that they’re no longer affiliated with Fremont– no one bothered to inform me within the last 2 weeks? Mind you, I live 2 hours away, so this is already very inconvenient. Anyway. Meet with the doctor, and I felt she wasn’t really listening, as I know about the medications already, since I’m only restarting the program, but she decided that I should start another medication that I’ve never used. Three days into using these pills, I’m GAINING weight, I am constantly drowsy, and I feel woozy. I call the office and ask the doctor to change my medication back to what I’ve used in the past, and she leaves me a message stating she won’t switch me and she urges me to continue using it. She said make an appointment and come in for reevaluation, and I did. The nurse was very friendly and kind, but the medical assistant was horrible. And the nurse also couldn’t change the meds, so why waste 2 hours of travel time if no one can help me? I demanded a refund for services that did not work and for horrible service, and for being forced to take a medication I don’t agree with, and the rude assistant wouldn’t even listen to me. When I went to the office when it was plan b, people were nicer and actually listened. This place was a joke. They’re definitely asking people for Unilocal reviews because I’ve heard it myself. I will never return to this place after the experience from the doctor forcing meds on me, and the rudest MA ever. Customer service is key, and this place needs to learn that. I will be seeking legal counsel (FYI).

Easy, painless, guilt free. The doc doesn’t make you feel bad for being overweight she just wants to help. The front desk staff is great and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. The price is relatively cheap too compared to other weight loss places around here.

The entire staff of professionals are welcoming and empathic to our individual needs. The clinic is fashionable decorated which gives off a nice Zen energy. I olé this place and I feel comfortable with the staff and the treatment I am receiving. Overall fantastic and I recommend it to everyone.
