Honestly, I have never met someone so sour and unhappy in my life. I get it buddy you had a bad day and you don’t want to be at work, tough shit we all have those days. The employees there are rude and make you feel so uncomfortable. Never coming back again. The only positive was the fact that they didn’t close at 8pm. Not like they are in control of that anyways.

This store has the worst customer service ever. When I arrived at the store ten minutes before closing time, the counter person, Ali was rushing to lock the door so I couldn’t get in. I told him I had a quick return that I had purchased the day before and had my receipt in my hand. He right away said he couldn’t accept it and was trying to prevent me from entering the store. I explained that the item, which is supposed to be a heater, fan and defroster powered by cigarette lighter, didn’t work he said he couldn’t accept it and I needed to leave. I then asked for the corporate number for customer support he went off into a back room and returned with a number and ushered me out the door. I got to my car only to discover it wasn’t a customer service number at all. I will never shop here again. It’s ridiculousness that you can’t return a faulty product a day after purchase. I will most certainly be in touch with higher ups. Don’t shop here

The place is clean and they have everything that’s you need in stock
I come here for my basic automotive needs.
Too bad they don’t honor the «Kayla Discount.»

This location has better customer service than others I’ve been to. It’s still not a place for a lady. Some guys can be too creepy and perverse. Definitely not O’Reilly’s fault though. Other than that, these guys have a ton of car parts etc!

This isn’t one of the better-​run O’Reilly’s. They have all the same stuff but the staff is less than helpful. I’ve had to ask for the location of items a few times and have been guided properly but not with any level of friendliness. Several times I’ve had to wait in line with several other annoyed customers while one person slowly ran a checkout and several other employees wandered around seemingly not helping. You have to be a patient person to shop here.
