Pizza my heart is one of my go to places for pizza in the San Jose area. Their pizza is always fresh, delicious and speedily delivered and /or served. The service at this location is great and the store is pretty clean. I wouldn’t consider this to be my favorite pizza(as I do prefer NY style slices), however it is good. This location usually has a few beers on draft.

I come here entirely too much for my own good. It’s centrally located to both SJSU and downtown San Jose in general. Almost every time I’ve come in the place has been pretty clean and haven’t had any problems except once with a homeless man causing a scene inside and outside the establishment. The za is always good. I usually pig out and get a slice of cheese and a slice of BBQ chicken when they have that going. Overall the staff is nice, pizza is always hot and yummy

This place is a solid good. I got the combination where the crust starts of very very thin the the middle but then gets a little thicker on the outside. They have those fancy soda machines which is cool and the place is clean. Expect to pay 25+ for a large pizza. Get the special pizza. Not the combination 3.5÷5 –Super Starlord

in undergrad, one of my dorm mates used to wear a Pizza My Heart shirt all the time, and I never really understood what it was, until now! Pizza joint with on display pizzas that are around $ 4 each slice, so you gotta choose from what’s available and they’ll heat it up for you. If you’ve got some mouths too feed though, feel free to order a whole pizza to your topping liking. the slices are pretty large but pizza is nothing special, so i guess its more bang for your buck than anything casual joint with outdoor seating which was perfect for us since we biked here and were enjoying the cool night weather

This place sucks… My first time… I order my pizza and get email confirmation and 5 min later I get a call telling me I am .3 miles out of the 2 mile radius … I am in the customer service industry and I would never do this to my client … I never ate there pizza and now I don’t want it even it was given to me for free … Choke on it…

Absolutely horrible service. Pizza was done and just sitting on top of the oven and no one told me anything. I had to ask about my food and I get a response«oh it’s right here», not even an apology, never coming back

We love this pizza my heart. Whenever I call to place an order — I somehow end up asking 10+ questions, splitting pizzas, creating my own etc… They are always super patient and accommodating regardless of how many dumb questions I ask. Pizza always comes out just how we want it. Delivery is really quick, the ‘delivery boys’ are always super nice. Last night we ordered a medium half pepperoni half big sur — medium is a good size for two people. It seems so boring but I think they have the best pepperoni! Favorite pizza there. Big sur was delicious though too, just has a lot going on and massive pieces of garlic that I can only assume everyone pulls off before eating.(We did — but still had great flavor) Great thin crust — keep in mind: when in doubt, go pepperoni! Yum!

I love the pizza at Pizza My Heart. Only reason I am giving this location 3 stars is because I went in for my favorite salad, Chinese Chicken, and they did not have any. It sucks when you are craving something so bad and then to be let down. My slice of pepperoni and mushroom was very tasty of course. Can’t go wrong with any slice especially if you enjoy thin crust pizza.

Yummy pizza! I been here quite a few times for lunch and to support my friend’s fundraiser! Heard this is a great place if you’re looking to do some fundraising for sports and clubs :) Anyways, the pizza here is great and cheap! If you get a slice of pizza + pizza my heart shirt it’s only $ 6 or something like that. The pizza here is big, but the crust is very thin. It’s cool to watch the pizza guys toss the dough in the air! This place is big with lots of indoor and outdoor seating, service here is good too!

After performing at the nearby San Jose Performing Arts Center, I was really craving some pizza. Fortunately, a quick Unilocal search told me that the infamous Pizza My Heart was nearby. This was when the Fanime convention was going on really close by, so costume-clad teenagers were swarming the block. This also meant atrocious lines at every restaurant within a 5-mile radius. Pizza My Heart was no exception. I felt especially patient that day, so I stood in a long line. To my surprise, the line moved very fast. Before long, I was at the front. I got the Big Sur, and a T-shirt, of course. If thin, crispy crust is your thing, you’ll love it here. The slice was good, it had mushrooms, meat, and garlic(but not too much). Nothing to rave about though. The good rating is mainly for the quick service and friendly employees. I’ll be back to taste more of their slices!

Decent pizza, good customer service, and average price per pizza slice. Pizza My Heart(PMH) mainly caters to the students and employees at SJSU. Due to its proximity to SJSU, many people visit PMH out of convenience. During my first visit to PMH, I ordered two slices of pizza: a slice of Pepperoni, and a slice of Fort Point pizza. The pepperoni slice tasted okay, but it was way too greasy. On the other hand, the slice of Fort Point pizza was less greasy and contained Roma tomatoes, pesto sauce, chicken, ricotta cheese, sausage, artichoke, basil, and herbs. On a scale of 1 – 10, I rate the pepperoni pizza a 6, and the Fort Point pizza an 8. Overall, the pizza isn’t bad, but it’s just average tasting in my opinion. I might go back sometime, but it won’t be anytime soon.

A friend of mine who was a San Jose native told me that if I was ever in the area, to try Pizza My Heart, that it wouldn’t disappoint. Well, I’ve had my share of pizza in my lifetime, and PMH does do the pizza game well. For my first ever visit, I went simple and had the already prepared pepperoni and sausage pizza that was in the window. Now, I’m not sure if it was the insane amount of hunger that was going on in my tummy, but the pizza delivered. I love thin crust pizzas, and this sorta reminded me of the stuff that I once had in NYC, but this pizza had considerably more sauce. The bottom crust was crispy and hot, and the top was piping hot with the pepperoni having a nice little crisp to it from sitting in the oven. My only complaint, if I had one, would be that the prices are a little higher than what I would consider«average» for pies of this caliber. A slice will set you back about 4 bucks, and whole pies can hit 30 bucks(ouch!). I’m not expecting Costco prices here, but still, we are approaching amusement park prices here. Nevertheless, the pizza was a treat and I’ll probably do it again when I return for my pilgrimage next year.

This is the first time I’m trying pizza from this location since the bad experience I had a while back. I’m actually very happy to update this review since I LOVED Pizza My Heart before that bad experience(pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through, and my friend and I both got sick for a few days). I ordered two pre-made Big Sur slices and couldn’t have been happier. When I had the bad experience, we ordered a large pizza for take-out. I’ve since found out that if you call in to pick up a whole pizza, ask for it well done just in case it accidentally got undercooked. The Big Sur is my favorite. I love the roasted garlic and scallions. Even though I got slices for take out, the pizza did not get soggy in the box on the way home. Whoo hoo! I only wish that they had Pizza My Heart in Los Angeles… *sigh*

I really like thin crusted pizza and this is the place to go. It has a lot of varieties and it’s cheap! It’s also close to SJSU so I can just grab some food on the go. I really like the vibe there and the service is pretty good. I usually order the slice of the day just because they’ve already decided for you so I don’t have to think too much. I am pretty much open for any type of pizzas, toppings wise. So I don’t mind which one I get. It’s a great place to get your pizza for here or to go, and to just hangout and eat with friends. It’s very affordable for a college student like me.

Hmmm pizza was just ok. It’s great if you like thin crust pizza. I ordered the pesto but thought it was only mediocre. Their pizza + shirt is a good deal. $ 7 for a slice of pizza and a shirt :)

Apparently Pizza My Heart is the best pizza around so we decided to try some delivery while gorging on new animation domination. We ordered a large, half pesto half meat pizza for $ 30. The price was kinda steep buy for the best pizza we were willing to give it a try. Our pizza got here in about 45 minutes, which was happily before the estimated time the website gave us. The delivery guy was possibly the coolest delivery guy I have ever encountered; points earned. The pizza was delicious! And they gave us paper plates, napkins, Parmesan cheese, and crushed red peppers with our delivery, points! I’ve never had pesto pizza and was not disappointed, more points. All in all, yes this was an awesome pizza, probably the best gourmet pizza I’ve had, but because of the cost I will probably make this a special occasion pizza place.
