See photos 18 and 19 for reference. Ok, so buffalo pizza is amazing and I was stoked to see it on the menu. Well, the sad thing was the pizza, which had celery listed as a topping, had NO celery… I know, you are thinking, no celery, boo hoo. well yeah… boo hoo. Put the toppings on that you advertise when your pie is that much money… Also, to add to the lackluster experience, the pizza had pesto on it. So my friend with the nut allergy, who went in on the pizza with me, was totally screwed and could have been totally sick if I did not catch that before she chomped down… Oh yeah, it also took them 2 hours to deliver the thing so it was cold when it got to my door… not cool, Extreme Pizza, NOTCOOL(or wait… yeah, it was cool but just temperature wise) boo I say

Had gone here a few days ago and it was meh Service was practically non-existent and I say that when you wait five minutes at a register for a soda We went with a friend and although the nonconventional pizzas were interesting, the normal pepperoni pizza was lackluster and had a lot of onions all throughout it which irritated my husband as he wanted just pepperoni and had told the staff as such Restaurant was so noisy we could barely hear our friend across the table Very overpriced for the sodas and they sell by bottle/can. Pepsi in bottle but Dr. Pepper in a can? o. O Parking was overall a zoo and you have to go like 8 blocks away if you dare try for free parking I’d rather eat Pizza My Heart, Slice of New York, or Pizz’A Chicago for the price I pay and get more convenience in the form of parking, refillable soda, better food and significantly better staff.

Don’t even bother getting delivery. I ordered through Eat24 because I’ve never had an issue with their service. Apparently, all hell breaks loose the second something goes wrong. My boyfriend and I ordered a large pizza and the extremely twisted sticks. Our order was confirmed, I was charged, and we were given a wait time of 45 – 60 minutes. Keep in mind this is a random Sunday night around 11:15. I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue since my order was accepted. It is now 1AM. Our pizza has finally arrived after we had to check on our order twice. Our pizza was cold by the time it got to us. Not room temperature or an over dramatic version of warm, but actually cold. Our twisted sticks were wrapped in tinfoil. Yay! They’re going to be warm! Wrong. They were room temperature(a step in the right direction), but they had been sitting in the tinfoil for so long that they were soggy and gross. Nobody answered when we called the restaurant to complain. Of course they didn’t. They closed at midnight, yet we were still waiting for our pizza at 1AM. I did file a complaint with Eat24 requesting a refund, so hopefully it works out. This place might be good if you’re in the restaurant babysitting them while they make your food, but you’re making a huge mistake ordering delivery. I really should have checked the Unilocal reviews, but Eat24 had never led me astray before. I suppose there’s a first time for everything.

Last night we tried them for the first time, delivered through Eat24. It was great. They ran late but stayed in touch. The communication makes the lateness not a problem for us. They navigated our huge apartment complex and showed up at the door, which means I didn’t have to leave to meet them at the gate. Good job on that — many have failed. Everything we ordered was a special — custom pizza, sandwich, and wings — and everything was exactly as requested. This is huge for me, as I’m allergic to undercooked poultry, so leaving the mayo on and the wings undercooked makes me sick as a dog. The pizza(bacon, spinach, and red onion) was not only to spec but prepared with a good eye to how the end result would taste. My husband’s favorite pie from a long-gone Phoenix restaurant has never been well-replicated until now, and he was thrilled. And the soda was cold. Loud cheers for that! The only reason this was four stars instead of five was my sandwich. It was delicious, made from fresh, excellent ingredients and well prepared, with really nice mustard and very clean lettuce(a must.) The problem was that the roll, while also fresh and tasty, was a couple of inches thick. Smashing it down still left it way out of proportion with the filling. Since moving to the Bay Area I’ve run into this a lot — huge bricks of dough in sandwiches may be the norm here — but I can’t stand it. Next time we order(and there will definitely be a next time), I’ll request that they gut the top roll by half. If they do that, they’ll get five stars.

I gave these guys a shot despite the generally terrible reviews because the Extreme Pizza locations in San Francisco are superb. This place… not so much. The pizza itself might warrant two stars; it’s not good but neither is it inedible. They use the same pricing as other Extreme locations, though, which means I’ve had better pizza for half the price. Hell, Domino’s is better. Unfortunately that already brings them down to one star, which means there’s no further stars for me to dock them for tarnishing the otherwise good name of Extreme. If I could give them zero I would. Seriously, eat somewhere else.

This place is getting some bad reviews but i haven’t experienced anything negative here. Its good pizza, good location if your taking the bus or lightrail, pretty speedy altogether. Nice guy at the register, im looking forward to visiting again to be honest. It looks like most of the reviews are negative about the delivery part so i have no idea about that aspect. And i would have given 5 stars if the pizza was over the top awesome but it was just really good.

Everybody else has huge long rants about this place. I’m going to keep mine short. I’ve never experienced this place dine in, but solely delivered. Their pizzas are average if not mediocre. Only their Hawaiian pizza I would consider good. Prices are exuberantly high for the quality. In other words, go somewhere else unless this is your last option. Lastly, the one and only one absolutely amazing item on their menu is the Thai style boneless chicken. This is also priced ridiculously but taste wise, its awesome! 2 stars for pizzas 5 stars for Thai style boneless chicken 1 star for price

NO. Stop. Really. This joint is not for the faint of jaw. We ordered a couple pizzas and might as well have fed on the cardboard boxes they come in. The pizza was as dry as the terrain of an alien planet longing for any moisture it could get. In this case my salivated mouth served as the moisture this hard-as-stone flavorless pizza needed. I rather eat copious amounts of raw kale to satiate my late night hunger pangs than try to ingest whatever atrocity passes for pizza here.

Wow! What a nice surprise! This is a nice find in d/t San Jose. I like it when I still get surprised by this town. Take this obscure pizza place. We finally braved up and stopped by in one of our walks. The place is clean first of all. The tables are nicely arranged. The staff helpful and willing to explain. We told them its our first time there. We ordered slices of the ff: Everest, Railroad and Yard Sale. Catchy names. Very good crust to back up the cool names. It’s the thin crust New York style pizza. We asked for extra crispy and got just that. Tons of meat on the meat order. Tons of vegetables on the vegetable pizza. You guys getting my point here? They don’t kid around here with their toppings. Look at the pictures I took! Their breadstick version is called the Twisters. Very filling! Now finding parking would be a challenge d/t. Do yourself a favor and walk your pizza off! :) Tip: check out the manager’s special to save some $$. It’s a slice and a can of soda for $ 5.95+ tax.

This review is for Pizza Delivery order: Over 1.5 hour waiting(advertised as average of 45 min for delivery orders) for an early Monday night? Not cool. Pizza arrived cold and crust was saggy. After such waiting it was simply disrespectful. To be fair, toppings were good.

Me and two friends came here on Sunday night because we needed a parking validation for the Parking Garage on N 3rd Street. We wandered Santa Clara St. for half an hour, asking businesses if they had it, but only this place was open. This place only had one guy working. The décor was was tacky, a bunch of surfboards everywhere, but whatever, I’ll judge this place after I’ve had their pizza. The three of us ordered a Paia Pie which took about ten minutes. It was basically a Hawaiian Pizza with mandarin oranges. It taste OK, but the structural integrity of the pizza was flimsy. You have to hold each slice flat or the cheese will fall off the tomato sauce which will fall off the crust. A 12″ medium pizza for $ 18 is pretty overpriced as I can get a 16″ family size pizza at Papa Murphys for $ 13. The only reason to patronize this place is to get a parking validation on Sunday after 6PM after all the other stores are closed. Before that, try Muchos Tacqueria next to the dive bar on E Santa Clara St. instead.

I have eaten Extreme Pizza that was good before in Redwood City. It was good — and we ordered delivery from this location… I feel like my stomach depressed into a sad ball of grease. WHY did I eat it? Because I ordered pizza on a Saturday evening without wanting to go out or cook, that’s why! But… now I genuinely feel stupid for not throwing it in the trash and just making my own. It would have saved me a night of unhappiness. Will never make this mistake again. How can you do this Extreme Pizza SJ? How can you take a good concept and torture it into a wafer-thin, unseasoned, undefined pool of fat? How do YOU sleep at night? I know I won’t… Ugh.

This place REALLY pissed me off. We went here after the bars one night and the cashier literally LIED to us trying to make a couple extra bucks, hoping we wouldn’t notice.(I’m assuming the prick thought we would be too drunk to notice.) Here’s what happened. - We went up to the register and ordered our pizza. Right before I was about to pay the cashier asked me if we would like ranch with our pizza? I said yes and he replied that it would cost 3 bucks extra. «Whatever, sounds good,» I said and paid the extra money. They eventually brought out our pizza and 4 cups with«Ranch». My friend took one bite and was like«WTF This is blue cheese.» He called the cashier over and said, «Dude we said ranch, this is blue cheese.» The cashier instantly became very uncomfortable, started shifting his eyes, and said«Oh… we’re… actually. out of ranch… but here! Let me refund your money for the ranch.» He grabbed $ 3 out of the cash register and handed it to me. I could NOT believe this happened! The guy KNOWINGLY deceived us by asking if we wanted ranch when he KNEW they were out. He was just trying to make a couple extra bucks on drunk people. These are PATHETIC business practices. I will never go here again for as long as I live…

This is a review for the gluten free pizza. The crust was not cooked long enough, so ended up floppy and doughy. It didn’t even seem to be cooked on a stone. No crunch at all. When you spend $ 25 on a 12″ gluten free pizza, you expect them to at least remember to include the sun-dried tomatoes that are in the description(we ordered a «Pandora’s Box» pizza). You guys use the exact same pizza base as Amici’s. They make it crispy; why can’t you? Gluten free baking is not difficult, people. What a shame.

Service somewhat sucked, the cashier seemed as though he has ADD because when my boyfriend & I were ready to order he seemed to be easily distracted to the point where he even apologized for spacing out. The pizza dough was chewy, there was no ice in the ice machine, the water(from the fountain) tasted like sh*t. Overall, this place was«meh». I think next time if I’m downtown craving for pizza, I’ll take a walk & go to «Pizza My Heart» instead.

If you’re hungry, drunk, and not willing to drive anywhere or craving for La Vic’s or City’s…why not grab a slice of pizza in downtown SJ? Pros: –conveniently located in the middle of all the mayhem aka clubs, lounges, bars, etc. –open lat until 3am –fast and easy to get your food –place phone orders for pick ups –barely any crowds –enough table settings Cons: –service is slow –bathrooms look dirty –you can’t use their bathroom unless you purchase something –NOT a cheap food fix unless you plan to split it among a small group –pizza tastes plain and forgettable but tastes great if you’re drunk

I like how this joint is open considerably later than some other food places other than La Vics in Downtown San Jose. Their slices are a bit pricier($ 4+) but they are also huge. My favorite is their veggie pizza which has almost every veggie on it possible; mushrooms, artichokes, even broccoli. One of the yummiest slices of pizza I’ve ever had around here and it wasn’t overly greasy. Plus they deliver so I will definitely try ordering delivery next time post-going out :)

I don’t know but for 2 slices of pizza for $ 9… A little overpriced may I say? It’s just 2 damn slices of pepperoni and combination. My slice of pizza was DEFINITELY not worth $ 4. It was a small slice. It may be fresh and right out of the oven but ummmm still didn’t make a difference to me. If you charge me for this much, the pizza should be freakin delicious. It’s just average. I rather eat at pizza hut then spend my money here!

I tried Extreme Pizza on Thurs 1÷8÷09 around 5:30pm. I was the only customer the entire time I was there. The place is noisy since they have 2 TVs going on at the same time, different channels too. 4 – 4 top tables and 3 – 2 tops. Happy Hrs special: $ 4.99 only for domestic/premium pint &6 buffalo wings daily 4−6pm. They have pizza by the slice and their slices are HUGE. It’s actually 2 slices so that’s really enough for lunch or dinner. I got the the veggie slice called Pandora’s Box: comes w/garlic, spinach, sundried tomatoes, artichokes(didn’t see any of those), feta, mozzarella, basil, oregano. Both slices were hot from the oven and tasted just ok, no sauce was given, you have to ask for the fresh tomato sauce — didn’t know that until I read the take-out menu later. Total was $ 4.60 exactly. I paid cash. Separate bathrooms available but only for customers. This one lady came in to use the bathroom and she was desperate. She didn’t buy anything but really had to go. The lady worker really gave her a hard time before she finally let her use it– the worker had to open the door for her. So mean. My pics above.
