Got here around lunchtime at 12pm. This restaurant welcomes all walks of life, ranging from your local firefighter to families of four. I ordered the chicken with rice and fried roll. My dad ordered the beef with rice and fried roll. I was pleasantly surprised how flavorful the food was. My dad also enjoyed the food. My favorite part of the meal was their complementary soup. I will be back to this restaurant given its proximity to my church and the good quality of the food.

Never coming back again. Went with my Co-worker who ordered #18 and found a hair. We sent it back not once but twice and all 3 bowls came out with hair!

One of my girls wanted«noodle soup» but didn’t want *insert list of things not wanted here.* I found this place(which takes split checks and credit cards) and it was not half bad! Service was decent and the food was out quickly.

Eat here a LOT. Probably more than I should — the service is incredible, the food is beyond good and the value can’t be beaten. The staff remembers our orders, and I’ll drive from across town to go there if I’m in the mood for Vietnamese because it’s that good. Usually get the #1, #18, #21 or #44.

I love this place. It’s close to my house and very inexpensive. I probably come here 3 times week! The staff is super friendly, attentive, and quick to get you seated and get your order in. The food comes out very quickly and ive never been disappointed by the quality. I recommend the number 1. It’s my go-to, the steak phở bowl. Also, their fried egg rolls are !! Plenty of parking and huge tables so bigger parties can be accommodated.

Have been before and always enjoyed Phở here but this last time, I ordered a bowl with the thin egg noodles instead of Phở noodles, and there was approx. barely a half a cup worth of noodles! So skimpy. Also, since there was not much noodle and not much meat even, had to just drink the broth and it was rather watery and tasteless. This last visit was disappointing.

The place is very spacious and they are quick to take ur order which was good! Now onto the bad. The ice coffee has a hint of rubbing alcohol in it, which I’ve never tasted before. It was uncomfortable for me. The spring rolls were half the size of the average spring rolls I’ve tried since I started eating Vietnamese food. It has a very thin slice of meat and the smallest shrimp I’ve seen. The broth of the noodle soup was only ok, the meat was the same as other places, u really can’t go wrong with the meat. The broth didn’t have enough flavor unfortunately. Lastly when we were wiping down the the chopsticks before using I noticed some has a layer of grease on it mixed with dust so that it’s hard to clean with a napkin. It was closer to home than driving to Sunnyvale but you know what, now I wish I had driven farther! This is the worst because I emphasize a lot on customer service and there’s nothing wrong with it, just that the food sucks!

This is my go to phở place in the neighborhood. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years, and nothing has changed at all. They have a wide selection of dishes, but I always get the number 14. It’s the phở with flank, tripe, tendon etc. and it’s delicious. The broth is on point, and they don’t skimp on the meat. The regular is more than enough. I also love that the phở comes out super fast. This is a dependable phở restaurant with friendly owners and a great staff. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

I have eaten in most of popular places for phở in San Jose but this is my favorite place! Their number 1. steak phở with extra Lemmon juice and hot sauce is bomb! Very nice and friendly people are gonna be serving you! Give it a visit.

I like their wide selection of soups, rice plates, and vermicelli plates. But I gotta tell ya… they’ve got basic flavors for a high price. I think I’m spoiled to be able to eat this good on the East side for way less. Also, they never came by to refill our waters or check on us. Service could’ve been better…

I’ve only ever gotten spring rolls here but they’re delicious! Service here is much friendlier than similar places.

My Family and I love this place! I order the Bün #42 and an avocado shake. Spring rolls are always fresh and yummy! Plus they will make any dish a kids size which my 7 year old daughter loves. She gets the #32 chicken and rice with egg roll. We’ve been going here for years and the owners are friendly. They even know me when I call in an order. I highly recommend this restaurant for some great comfort food!

Super Americanized. So thirsty afterwards. No taste in the phở broth. Very disappointed.

I love this place, this is my go to phở shop. With that being said, the phở is what you should get here. I have tried a lot of phở places and the broth here is the best. I did find a piece of newspaper floating in my bowl once, but I’m willing to forgive and forget. The meats /noodles are really nice as well. The bean sprouts /sides are always fresh. Other stuff on the menu like vermicelli bowls, rice plates, etc. is OK, not spectacular, but there are better places to go specifically for that around SJ. Oh and they put a little orange wedge in your complimentary iced tap water; so cute!

Cockroach in my ice! Disappointed with my drink having SO much ice and not filled to the top, only to find a roach in my ice. Food was ok but I’m pretty disgusted now.

One of my favorite place to go when I’m hung over. Too bad they aren’t open on Sunday. The beef phở is really good and the people who work in this place are very nice and professional. Go there for quality :)

It’s a mom and pop phở restaurant which my friend recommended, and on a rainy day, I suddenly wanted to eat phở. I had the beef brisket phở and a spring roll. It was the second best phở, second best spring roll, and second best peanut sauce I’ve had in six months. The number one honor goes to Le Quy(but it’s not like I’m a phở expert or anything). What Long Thinh is good for is the value. I had a small bowl for ~$ 6.25, but when I ate all the noodles, I was thinking I should’ve ordered the large for a dollar more. I think Long Thinh takes an extra step in giving you a lemon wedge(not lime) to squeeze into your broth. Also… make sure you don’t add both slices of the hot pepper. They are potent. The restaurant is small and easy to miss. If you’re heading toward Mitsuwa and the I-280 entrance on Saratoga Ave, it’s in the plaza RIGHTBEFORE Ringer Hut.

Found a bug floating in my coconut drink after I had finished drinking most of it & was about to scoop out the coconut… NEVERAGAIN will I go here!!! This is disgusting… if u can’t keep bugs out of people’s drinks then I can’t imagine how clean it is where my food is being prepared. Definite thumbs down

Best phở in town easy. period. I live maybe 5 mins away so I am here whenever I am craving the warm delicious broth. I get the large 15 everytime and give my gf the tendon(because she’s odd and loves the stuff) I love eating phở with all the goodies! jalapenos, bean sprouts, lime, and the green leaves(basil? or mint.?) the meat is very authentic tasting and always plentiful. Service is very… mild? They are nice people and will happily get anything you need, but don’t expect them to come up to your table and check up on you. Cute family though

I used to go here for phở when I lived in the area and decided to hit this place up after some shopping at Westgate. I never really liked it before and I was reminded why. The phở broths aren’t very good and there’s never enough meats. It does get pretty packed here on certain days but I really don’t understand the why. I’ve had at least one dish from each category on their menu and it falls below my expectations. I ordered the seafood phở this time and was disappointed. The broth was flavorless and the seafood meat was a joke. 2 shrimps, 1 imitation crab chunk, a few pieces of calamari. really? The prices here is a bit high as well, maybe because of the area.
