Yummy meat ballzzzz. I love the meatball phở here ! First off the broth alone is really really tasty, no need to add anything to it at all! But I personally love all the toppings. The get the usual every time which is the meatball combo plus the tea/boba drink.(They also have jazen tea here). My only issue with this place is that i feel like they’re skimpy with their meats!!! And it’s so annoying when I’m a hungry paying customer! For EXAMPLE: I like to order my regular meatball phở with extra flank meat on the side, however when I order that way, they put about 3 meatballs in my so called«meatball phở» and serve it like that. BUT It’s funny how when I DONT order extra meat on the side they usually put about 7(the amount it usually has) meatballs in my soup. WEIRD. That’s my only issue, don’t be cheap with the meat bro, I’m a paying customer! I stay loyal to this phở place cuz it’s my fav but damn get my order right for once! Lol that’s it.

*Hot and Sour SeaFood Phở + Green Tea/Fruit bites* About 6 months ago late night, my cousin and I stumbled into this place. I ordered the chicken phở and she ordered their seafood phở. I personally do not care for seafood but out of curiosity I took a taste of her broth. Boy! I was amazed: D It being I was highly intoxicated the first time I tried it I went in a second time… sober. Yes! This broth is freaking amazing and the shrimp and salmon just go. Good knowing you Chicken Phở

Needed some phở, and this place offers vegetarian option so I opted to try it here vs Phở Ha. They don’t specialize in it so it was okay. I thought it was better than the one at Phở Ha in terms of freshness of the vegetables. I would probably come back if I have mad cravings for phở. The broth was bland, but what can you expect when it’s not made with beef bones. ~$ 10 for regular bowl is a little out there for mediocre phở though.

It’s always a hit or miss with this place. I love their seafood phở and chicken phở bc there’s no bones in it like most phở places are but wow the customer service sucks!!! My most recent visit consisted of: — worker asking us if we were done yet since they had to clean up and close down. — a woman yelling and screaming and threatening to call the cops if the manager didn’t give back her credit card.(Card machines were down, but still printed a receipt) — uninterested server The JazenTea workers are more enthusiastic and friendly than the regular workers. I always make sure to say please and thank you and have a good day yet I don’t get the same reply. Maybe it’s a language barrier? But I’m pretty sure they’ve been taught«you’re welcome.» Disappointed with this place but I haven’t found a favorite phở place yet so the search continues.

I haven’t eaten here in so long. Decided to stop by here the other day. I ordered a combo that came with a bowl of phở and a drink from Jazen. One number #45(off their special bowl section which was basically a beef phở with other cuts than the standard rare steak) and a tutti fruiti. Phở here seemed a but pricier than other spots and I was starting to get nervous when I saw the menu but I was rest assured when I got my bowl of phở. The broth was tasty the beef was good. This hit the spot. And I was able to order from Jazen here, super convenient. And lastly, they accept credit cards which can be so sad at some other phở establishments that do not.

Came for my first time today! I’m pretty picky about my phở but my friend always comes here so I decided to try it out with her. The people working here are pretty young but really nice and polite. Whenever I try a new phở place I just order chicken phở to play it safe, and I did. I ordered the size called«just enough» and it was a pretty decent size(I wasn’t TOO hungry). Their menu really isn’t too extensive though, just mainly phở and some vermicelli bowls. The basics. But it’s cool, simplicity is nice sometimes. The phở was actually better than I expected, however pretty salty. I had to keep drinking my water. PLUS: it’s super cool that jazen tea is located in the same room and you can order milk tea or slushies with your phở! They have a ton of flavors so I’ll definitely be back for that(-:

My first experience here was in 2008, when the door on the left hand side would grind on the floor and be a disruption, also when the counter to pay was straight on when you walked in. They did renovate I think about 4 years ago now, and with that renovation I’ve experienced different customer service. There were 2 old ladies that work there and would always remember me, they’re still there I’m sure but they were very attentive. They added the milk tea place which gets crowded but it’s very much expected. The prices for soup have gone up cuz well, it’s inevitable when appearance changes. Get a regular sized soup @ $ 8.95 and $ 1.25 for hot tea. I used to really love their spring rolls until: they got a roller because they’re definitely not like they used to be and now the peanut sauce is more watery, no idea why. It was my favorite phở place but I can’t say the same thing now! My last visit I ordered the vegetarian phở(number 103 I think) because I normally don’t order that. .My boyfriend got the #5 and that broth was more tasty(obvi) because of the meat. My tip to you is, don’t squeeze lime over the tofu unless you’re into it. I couldn’t finish my tofu for said reason. The girl who worked at the tea bar came to our table without a smile, also without saying«here’s your milk tea» or any type of greeting. I don’t work in the restaurant business but I have the sense of ‘IF I WANTTOGETTIPPED, I WILLBENICEANDCOURTEOUSANDACKNOWLEDGECUSTOMERS’ but of course, not everybody is me. How some people get hired, I’ll never know.

Today is not the only day I ate here. Don’t get me wrong this place is really good, but it happened today that I found a caca Roach in my soup. The lady that helped me said it was a fried garlic but i said no because there was legs and shaped like a roach. They need to clean this restaurant. This is not the only time that happened. This is the 3rd time. Omgeeeee. They need to inspect.

Went here recently and was my worst experience. There was a waiting list, I waited about 5 mins and two parties leave. I had to actually get someone’s attention to seat us. There were three open tables & lots of other tables that just needed to be cleaned. Mind you… They aren’t that busy, it wasn’t chaotic or a full house. The workers that day weren’t the usual and did not seem to care for customers. Slow service and lazy workers. Didn’t seem the urgency in helping customers, taking orders or even cleaning. Had to flag them down for everything, & they were missing from the main floor for a good 5 minutes before I got help for other items. I have been here on numerous occasions, probably 10 in the past 2 months. Really disappointed this time. Used to be my go-to spot.

COCKROACHES. COCKROACHES. COCKROACHES!!! Before: My girlfriend and I use to come here religiously. I got sick of it, but my girlfriend being the Vietnamese girl she is, wanted to eat here every week. even when it was scorching hot from the summer sun! Now: NEVER again. according to my girlfriend. Yes, her, not me. That should show you how disgusted she is with the place. As a lot of other reviews have said, this place is infested with cockroaches and the management seems to not really care much about it. How they’re still open, that’s beyond me. Even though you might not see it while you’re eating, all customers should BEWARE and keep in mind, the roaches are there! Just observe the floors and walls as you eat, eventually, you’ll make eye contact and never want to return. I swear my girlfriend was obsessed with their seafood and chicken phở. I mean their food is honestly an 8⁄10. But every time she craves it now, I tell her to go on Unilocal.and. she instantly chooses a different place.

This review is about the older man at the register. I was actually at Jazentea waiting for my drinks with my boyfriend and I brought my puppy with me. I was still holding her because I didn’t want her running around. When my boyfriend left to go to The bathroom, the guy at the register yelled at me to leave because I had my puppy with me. But the employers at Jazentea were perfectly fine with it. I’ve seen PLENTY of other girls that would bring their puppy into Jazentea and they didn’t have to leave. And my friend who works at Jazentea recently posted a video on his Facebook of a puppy that was brought in by a customer and the puppy was even tied to a table. One thing that was common here was that the other girls who brought THEIR puppies were Asian. So is this an act of racism? Someone correct me if I’m wrong. And if they don’t allow dogs, then put a sign up.

Surprisingly they’ve improved in the last decade. Their noodles aren’t as overlooked and soggy as they used to be in the past. But I’ve got to say I was quite weary to come when I saw all the roach posts lately. Service is like any other phở restaurant, you got to wave down your waiters/waitresses otherwise nothing will happen. We sat there for 30 minutes till we realized no one was coming unless we said something. I ordered 33 the bun thit nuong with bbq pork and prawns. The prawns were saucy, not like one the ones I’ve been accustomed to. The bbq pork was okay, not bad. But it’s tough to mess it up. It was a safe choice because I was scared, to be frank. But it was a small portion so u was left hungry. The plate was sides and I was left hungry so I ordered a small phở. Totally forgetting they served tiny kid sizes but it was a perfect side to compliment my dinner. Loved their tender brisket, didn’t care for their flank which I normally love but it was a bit too fatty for my taste when I didn’t ask for fatty flank. Anyhow, it wasn’t too bad of an experience and it seemed pretty packed so give it a try if you haven’t tried it in this present decade.

I’ll keep it short and simple as usual. Food: Phở is phở. You can read the reviews of others if you want to know a little more about the food. Personally, I think it’s average. Service: Wasn’t greeted by the waiter who dropped off the menu. Price: Outrageous! A regular size is $ 9 and large size is $ 11?! Get outta here! That’s $ 2 above competitive market price. Side Note: Why the heck is my server sagging his pants!?? Pull it up! Conclusion: Won’t be coming back.

I love Phở! This is one of my favorite phở places and I come here occasionally. I like how this place offers different sizes(even kids size) so they don’t force you to eat a big bowl of phở when you aren’t that hungry but still want food. Usually, I get bloated from a regular sized bowl. I also like how this place is connected to Jazen tea. You can order your Jazen tea at your table so you don’t have to order separately. Service here is great and opens late too!

I LOVEEEEE the phở here just as much as my mom’s phở. I’ve been to many different phở places but so far this have taken my phở soul my favorite order is phở tai bo vien dayummm. They never disappoint me with the soup and the amount they give you. The restaurant is really clean and the way they set up the tables is really nice, which is not akward looking. Phở hoa isn’t as crowded as night. Sometimes there could be a line at night. But you will get seated ahort with their fast service. The long i had to get in line was like 10 minutes. The worker is really nice, just tell them what you want and they will get it for you just the way you like it. Phở here arent expensive at all if you compare it to other places and the soup is always on point. They came in three sizes, small, regular, and large so feast your beast. They also serve other things like bun. Com and ja-zen teas. If you have chance check this place out i promise you won’t regret it.
