I use to love this place a year ago but lately the food is not good anymore. 2 days ago I went there with my daughter and I asked for a booth. They told me no I had to get a 2 seater table and sit across from each other. I told him that I needed the empty booth to sit next to her and help my little girl with her food. They told me no and I walked out of there and will not step foot into a place where there food sucks and customer service is really awful.

Came here around 8 for dinner. Ordered #59(rice plate with prawns, grilled pork, egg roll, and salad) and a small bowl of phở with brisket, substituting egg noodles for the traditional rice noodles. The waiter took our order, then about 10 minutes later came back to say they lost our order and asked us what we wanted again. Weird, but glitches can happen. As for the food, I’m not so lenient. The rice plate was the most mediocre rice plate I’ve ever had. Extra large serving of rice, next to three small, extremely thin slices of barely flavored grilled pork, one small prawn(definitely not jumbo), and a small salad(1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of cucumber and few shreds of carrot and daikon). The brisket phở was fine, the broth flavorful, and I liked that I could substitute thin egg noodles. As for the service, when we wanted the check, we called to the waiters. The waiters nodded their heads at us, then just sat at a table across the room. I wasn’t sure if they understood, so I called again and asked for the check. They nodded their heads again, said, «Check?» and still just sat there. Finally, one of them brought us a check. For the price, I would go somewhere else, for rice plates and better service.

Ladies who work here are nice, business oriented. but the men? Not so professional. they treat it like home, lounging around, it’s obvious they don’t want to be there, they don’t greet guests. just uncomfortable to be around. The food is rated a 2 out of 10 for me. I tried it once and thought the same, decided to give it one more chance, and it was a fail. Soup is not flavored as much, noodles are tough and meats are dried. Would I come here again? No.

I really like this restaurant, although it is a little bit out of the way for me. They seat you quickly and the food arrives hot and fast. I think they have improved on their Chicken Phở, giving it more flavor then it used to have. I used to order the Filet Mignon Phở, but in an effort to be slightly more healthy with my Phở choices(really?!) I’ve been going with the Chicken Phở, and have been pleased. Would definitely recommend to those in the area. Restaurant is clean, and parking is easily accessible.

As Phở places go, you have an abundance of options as the Bay Area has many, many to choose from. There are few absolute stand out — and this is top tier. It’s fast, fresh and tastes amazing. Plus it’s the only Phở place that I know of that offers Filet Minon Phở, which before here didn’t know was a possibility. If you have a friend that is unsure of trying Phở for the first time, I highly recommend taking them here for the Filet Mignon Phở. It’s a little pricier and only comes in one size. A challenge to finish in one sitting, but I’ll take that over running out of noodles half way through. The location is fine, not the most prominent. Though that is good to keep the crowds lower. A lot of people come for the chicken Phở which is a good option to – especially for the sick or hungover. I also like how they have Sriracha and Hoison sauces readily available. Surprised when I don’t see these automatically out at some other Phở establishments. Clean and you can order delivery/pickup. You can’t go wrong with Phở 24. TL;DR Filet Mignon Phở — ’nuff said.

Horrible service. Told an employee I was picking up, he shooed me away with his hand not providing any eye contact and pointed at the employee behind him.

Pretty good phở. Place is TINY… like I think only 20 tables. Across the street from honey ham bakery and isabella’s. Ordered custom with tripe and flank since there’s no meatball option. nbd though. One of the people with us has his molars removed hours before so he’s only able to have liquids. Waiter who took our order had an annoyed face! I swear he rolled his eyes when our friend told him he can only have broth. Other guy who brought us our food was really accommodating without us asking. When we got the bill, our broth only friend was only charged under $ 4. The phở broth here wasn’t too MSG-y, or salty, but beefy. Noodles were cooked prefectly. I like how it’s open until 10pm which is a little bit later than most places. Good portions with decent prices. They also have banh mi, but I’m skeptical of ordering it at non banh places.

Shout out to Phở 24 for being the first place I’ve ever had a sit down dinner all by myself. My car broke down in the parking lot so I figured if I have to wait, I might as well eat. Like many phở places, the service here was quick. I’m pretty sure I waited around 5 minutes after ordering for my food to come out. I ordered the coconut juice and I guess I didn’t read it all the way because I was real surprised when they brought out a whole coconut! Still good though! The wonton noodle soup I ordered came out shortly after and it was perfect for the cold night. It wasn’t exactly the best phở I’ve had but it was still good. The prices were pretty standard for phở restaurants too. Less than $ 10 for a good sized portion of soup. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again but if I were in the area and craving phở, I wouldn’t mind stopping by.

This has become our go-to Vietnamese restaurant in the area. It’s close to home, has good food, and satisfies our cravings. So far, I’ve ordered beef phở and the wonton soup. Both have been super satisfying and very tasty. We definitely want to keep coming back to try more things on the menu. Plus it’s soup season and phở hits the spot on a blustery, cold day. Service is so-so. Sometimes they’re really attentive and other times we get ignored. But the food will have me coming back.

Best WonTon soup I ever had and I have had a lot of different wonton soup. very tasty broth. Had it with extra rice noodles as well. Banh Mi sandwich was really good and the bread was fresh as can be …

HAIR in food. Seriously, read the reviews, it’s a common theme. I thought I was the only one until I read at least 3 others. Someone in the kitchen is consistently losing hair in the batches of food and if hair is going in there, I don’t want to know what else is. I live around SR and am desperate for decent, clean Vietnamese food. Come on, step up your game.

We ordered the crispy shrimp pork egg rolls, a large bowl of flank and brisket phở, and the small vegetarian phở with tofu. Really good food, ambiance is a little meh but I wasn’t really expecting too much. I couldn’t even finish the small bowl and I am usually able to finish a bowl of phở, so I would recommend just going for the small. Really appreciate their late hours on Sundays too!

Still fresh, tasty, and no msg. But the servers are annoyingly aloof. The floors aren’t always clean, too. Still, it’s my favorite phở shop in the neighborhood, and it’s open late and seven days a week.

I checked this place out on Unilocal after ordering takeout and got real stressed, but I actually really liked the food. When I went in to order, the waiters were very kind and friendly. They recommended a few dishes to me — the rice paper roll and the vegetable/tofu stir fry and I loved both. It’s cheap and they serve in huge portions so as a student, I have to say it’s the best of both worlds! Will be back here many many times!

***************************** 1406 *************************** Phở 24 was a nice surprise. I came in mid-day where the place was empty. Ordered the PHOTAI&NAM, Rare beef and beef flank rice noodle soup, a small bowl is only $ 8.50, generous portion, the broth was clear and tasty with depth. I enjoyed it very much. Service was attentive, I got my Phở in just less than 10 minutes after I ordered. The place was clean and airy. I’ll be back to try other dishes soon.

I thought this place was just okay. The space is located in a newer shopping plaza, the same one that Corepower Yoga is located in, so the building itself is new and clean. We were seated immediately and given menus. We ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls as an appetizer, and my friend ordered a vermicelli bowl and I got the vegetarian phở. For the veggie phở, the server asked me which broth I would prefer: beef, chicken, or veggie. I like that you get an option. I’m not vegetarian, so I picked the chicken soup, thinking that would be more flavorful than the veggie soup. The spring rolls came out quickly. But these were not quite as tasty as I hoped. And I didn’t like their peanut sauce. Not enough peanut flavor. And there was like bunch of random stuff in the sauce too, like carrots and some red spicy sauce. I just like plain peanut sauce and theirs had too much going on. My veggie phở was fine. It only came with vegetables though, no tofu. It came with broccoli, cabbage, carrots, onions, and a little bit of celery. And of course it came with a plate of sprouts, basil, and slices of jalapeño pepper. I was hoping it would come with tofu, but the menu actually doesn’t say that it does and I forgot to ask. But the huge pieces of cabbage and broccoli were good. And the noodles were cooked well. The broth was good too(though I did add a lot of hoisin sauce and sriracha). Service was fine, food came out quickly, the establishment was clean. But the food just didn’t amaze me enough to want to return, especially when there are so many options for phở in the South Bay.

This place is our family default when we want to grab something to eat fast without sacrificing the quality and taste. Both our kids love their Phở and the crispy Pork and Shrimp rolls. We’ve tried many of their dishes: Beef Phở Spring rolls Lemongrass Chicken Lemongrass Porkchop(which my hubby always orders with a sunny side up egg on top) Beef Luc Lac Crispy chow mein We have never been disappointed. I just wished their servers smiled a little or at least look a little more enthusiastic. :) Other than this, they’re all very polite and efficient. This place is usually busy.

My roomates went about showing me this place the other evening and I was quite happy with the outcome! First off, the sizes here are really generous! I usually go for a medium or large size, but they only have to sizes, small and large, so I went for a small just incase I didn’t like the food. The small size is pretty much a large size! It is a large deep bowl full of noodles and whatever else you choose. I went with beef, and was really quite happy with how much they gave me! The price at first may seem steep, but the place itself is really clean and nice, and the proportions are also really big! So in the long run, I figure it to be generous. Overall; great quality phở, and generously proportioned. I will definately come back to this place, and recommend you give this place a shot!
