Always love the coffee here, it is a treat for me in the morning. I appreciate the kindness shown by the fun staff there. They are always working super hard behind the bar. I don’t know how they do it all! I go as often as I can.

Peets is always my go to coffee spot. This location is great too. There is always parking nearby, never too crowded when I go, and the baristas are awesome! Shoutout to Meighan and Michaela :) Thank you for the great service.

Last week a friend delivered a latte and a caramel iced coffee from Peet’s. My latte was terrible with an intense taste of burnt mixed with loose ground watery coffee. The caramel iced coffee had a sludge in the bottom, alerting us to the fact that it wasn’t what we had hoped. During a break I returned to Peet’s with said drinks in hand for explanation and replacement. It took several minutes of asking about the caramel syrup to finally get to the point that the caramel syrup they offer is the kind made for ice cream, not drinks. It’s not Monin Syrup, which they carry, but not in caramel(?!), nor is it Torani syrup, it is in a big square plastic pump container made for ice cream topping. Anyway, once that was hashed out, the iced coffee was written off. The new latte came with some attitude, including attempting to ignore my questions about the syrups. If you have so many syrup flavors, is it really that difficult to have caramel also?! And if a drink is going to have a caramel syrup that is a milk-based product added to it, should folks be advised of that in case of allergies?

This is a convenient location and the service is exceptional. They really take the time to engage with you and make sure all of your questions are answered. Who knew that a coffee shop could be so helpful? I love coming here in the mornings and look forward to many more visits.

This Peet’s is the right place if you are looking for good coffee. The staff is consistent and key team members are tricked out with all-sorts of cool underground additions. Even though you are in San Jose, the quality of the drinks will transport you to your private prehistoric period of tranquility and mullets.

Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon I visited, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a press pot coffee which is one of my favorites the few times I have been at Peets. But the wifi is really slow. :( I’ve seen the same thing at Peets at Blossom Hill road, which leads me to believe that its a Peet’s wide thing, atleast in San Jose.

For some reason it seems like the staff are grumpy every time I go in to this store. It is just brutal.

Trying the Matcha. I’m sure it will be good there hasn’t been anything I don’t like yet. Pete’s coffee is just the best no matter what they make

There’s a happy hour special on the Javivas. We didn’t know about it, but the barista was sure helpful, and rang us up and told us about the specials. We got our drinks fairly quickly, and the Javivas is pretty good IMO.

I go here 3 to 4 times per week. The manager knows me by name. The service is quick, and sometimes I get a free coffee once in a while. The treats are always fresh in the morning. I love this place!

This seems to be one of the few Peet’s locations within San Jose. Since I was fairly close, it seemed easy enough. The weather has been amazingly warm for winter, and I ended up wanting a Mocha Freddo. Service was good with a slight delay to take my order. The woman who took my order asked if I wanted 2% milk, and I replied that I wanted to try the soy milk – cow’s milk allergy can be problematic. There were seats indoors as well as outdoors but I took the Freddo to go. it’s not a huge location, but it’s similar in size to the Starbucks down the road near PayLess Shoes.

Standard Peet’s. Worked on WiFi for a bit while waiting for friends. Slow to connect and eventually have up. Good, strong coffee. Outdoor seating. Easy parking.

This place has the best and fresh tasting flavors of coffee. They have distinct coffee varieties that Starbucks does not carry. The staff is friendly but a few if them does not know what their customers want because some people are very picky with their coffee. Sometimes if they made the coffee wrong, they would just toss it and have them make another one til it’s right. I guess that’s what so great about Peet’s, but I’m sure the workers get annoyed. I ordered a hot caramel drink. The hostess recommended a better alternative. I thought I should try that. My wife ordered the same thing. Guess what. we get a cold caramel drink… bham !!! The hostess never told it was a frappucino. It was a cold morning and our drink was disappointing for the weather. They were not ready to replace it(unlike Starbucks).

Da chicks there make my pants guacy. Watching them make coffee hurts a little down in you know where. The manager there always keeps the coffee top notch and the ladies behind the counter just a notch above. Which is saying a lot about their coffee.

I go to this location almost every day on my way to work. Peet’s coffee itself is roasted better than the coffees Starbuck’s offers and Peet’s coffees never disappoint. The staff at this location are uniformly nice and helpful and take the time to get to know the regulars. The service is fast and they always get my coffee order correct. Beyond that, Peet’s is a local company and I’d rather support a local company. Fortunately, with delicious coffee and good service, Peet’s makes it a lot easier.

Me: Hey, you wanna get cracked out? BF: Uhhh ok?! Me: Lets go to Peet’s. Peet’s coffee is better and wayyyy stronger than Starbuck. Starbucks just has 1. wayyy more locations and 2. wayyy more perks(being a gold card member) Their Coconut lattes are the absolute best and their whipped cream is to die for. If I would get rewarded like I do at Starbucks, I would sip at Peet’s more often. Right now, use their check in offer to get $ 1 off your coconut latte. :-)
