We had to ship a piece of heirloom furniture across country and were looking for a reliable packing and shipping company to get our item there without damage.
Navis did a spectacular job of packing our item (which was awkwardly shaped). Further, they maintained strong communication with us while the item was on its way.
Delivery was easy and occured within the time-​window we agreed upon.
Their services are a bit pricey, but you’re paying for quality and care with your items. If you’re shipping valuable or irreplaceable goods, I’d definitely recommend them.
