Metro PCS

This is a good location and it’s also one of the headquarters for MetroPCS. I was treated really well at the door I had a problem with my phone a major problem. They ordered a new phone for me and told me that I can pay upon pickup of the phone which would come in about a week. They called me 5 days later and let me know that my telephone was an aka cell phone. I came to pick up my phone they reset it and it all the technical work and gave me a free screen protector. I thought that was very courteous of them this is in a challenged area so please lock your car but 4 out of 5 stars for the simple fact that they are a good group of people they acted professionally and met all of my needs. Could be a little bit better with phone selection and prices, those recommendations they can take to above their heads for being the headquarters they should have the best phones available and not the generic phones on display which did not work. Almost 5 stars you guys almost. I however recommend this place to those in need of a cell phone and use the metro pcs service over any of the local dealers because their prices are honest and their service is meticulous

Awesome… Kim, the store owner never let’s me down. She conducts real customer service. Had exactly what I needed and treats me with respect. Won’t think twice next time… will go there first.
