McDonald’s

Modernized Macdo, super clean, spacious, pretty design and fast service. My only ‘but’ is that I ordered a mocha and was not asked if hot or iced one. So I assume is winter time and I will get the hot one, but instead I got the other type. No worries as I got the 2 drinks for the price of one:). Polite staff and good location close to one of my favorite Middle Eastern shops.

Night crew enjoys giving expired pies and when kindly asked for fresh fries they over salt them. I enjoy their fries because they actually do use salt, but when you can’t even enjoy one fry without gagging it was definitely a joke. This was drive-​thru btw. I drove back didn’t bother with the speakers went straight to the window and they hid from me. -.- After she shows up with a grin and I get my order without the pie I wanted. «they are all out.» .smh.

They messed up my order 3 times and the food tasted terrible the employees were so unfriendly also the place is very messy

It’s new, and the management must be doing something right. The order-​taker always understands English (no matter their first language), and perhaps the speakers are in better shape, because I haven’t had a problem with any order when I’ve been there.
Everyone is pleasant and alert, if not chipper – and since it’s in San Jose proper, they’re getting a better minimum than if they were in Milpitas or some other towns.
After so many incorrectly filled orders at the Fruitvale/​Valley Med & Almaden Road locations, we’ll stick with this one, even if it means starting slightly out of our way.

Great new place. everything is new and clean. Wish they could open late than 11pm. :)
