I have now been to this location twice. The first time I was there the girls behind the counter acted like I was bothering them by placing an order for lunch. I do food runs for the people I work with and we rotate places to go. Since this Subway is right around the corner I figured it would be convient and quick. I was upset after the first trip but figured everyone has an off day. I went again today and realized it was not an off day. I went just after what is considered lunch time. Ordered a meatball foot long. The girl stirred the pan for a moment, looked confused, then told me they didn’t have any. I asked how long for more, she said she didn’t know. I understand that maybe she doesn’t know how long it takes to microwave meatballs, but you can’t tell me there wasn’t someone there you could ask. She told me 20 minutes so I called back to work to find out what else they wanted. Then, mid call, she says it will be 5 minutes. The manager jumped in to take control of the situation, but the sandwich«artist» was still very confused. I asked for bacon to be added and once again, confusion. I have no idea the girl’s name, but she has zero place in customer service. I will drive out of my way to not go to this Subway, which is sad because this is so convient. Whoever is in charge of hiring and training should reevaluate how they want their customers treated.

Subway food is Subway food, you either like it or you don’t. I like Subway so my review will not be driven by the food but by the customer service. I have been coming to this location at least 2x a week for the past 3+ years. But lo and behold these ladies still act like they don’t know me. I get that they see a lot of different customers on a daily basis but you think you would remember a regular who chast you up, makse you laugh and smile. I initially thought, okay they are just not nice so no big deal, it is not personal. Then a few weeks ago this guy walks in and they all wave and say hi like he worked there. They even asked if he wanted the usual. This was peculiar because I order the same sandwich every time, every single time. This is when I decided their customer service sucks. Good Subway food, poor poor customer service. As one other reviewer said it does seem like the ladies are bored. Might be time to fuse in some new blood by shuffling positions or something. I will probably still visit here because it is the closest to me but I will be leaving the smiles and friendly talk in the car from now on.

Came on a lunchtime on Thursday and it was on the emptier side. Not sure how fresh the veggie patties are but I think the green veggies were fresh. I don’t really like subway but it’s healthier than fast food when I’m on the go. I always get the veggie patty on flatbread. In my opinion that’s the best thing on the menu. Service was quick but uhh workers didn’t seem so friendly.

I’m stuck writing this review from my car in the parking lot because of the lack of seating inside this place. There are only 7 tables. So on my visit at 12:45pm there were 5 tables of singles and 2 tables of multiples. When the employee asked if I was dining in, I asked her where she supposed I would sit and after looking at the depressing seating situation offered a smug, «Oh,» and proceeded to bag my sandwich. Thank God I don’t live nearby and will never have to return. I cant see how they can do any high volume lunch service. Sandwich was on par with the Subway brand, but the experience cost them in this review.

Placed an order with Eat24. After an hour I got a call saying they were lost. Talked 8 times over the next ½ hour and had to go out in the street to flag them down to get my delivery. You have to order $ 30 worth to get delivery, so I got 4 subs with extra or double meat, and even that was wrong on 1 of the subs. Terrible service.

Unfortunately, this is the closest subway nearest to my house but the service here is terrible. There is always only 1 person working during the busy hours. With such rush, my sandwich has not ever been properly edible unless it’s slow and the ladies are bored. Poor service.

After experiencing the one on hamilton/winchester I have a new respect for this one, and others who conduct themselves alike. Free spinach, right amount of bacon when you order extra, and your charged normal prices… BTW the one I mentioned earlier does the exact opposite. Avoid it and come to this one. Kudos to the owner of this one for being competitive.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I have been here three times, and only gotten food once. Both times I did not, there was one person working and a line of 2 – 3 people. Each time, after about ten minutes, I walked out and spent my money elsewhere. I don’t care if it was almost my turn, I’d rather spend my money somewhere else where they actually treat you like you’re paying them for the food. I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon.

I have been coming here regularly the past couple of years for lunch. There was some confusion about the prices in the past concerning when tax is added on and when it isn’t. I let them know about it and they got their act together with a sign explaining(Not necc. because of me). It was just misunderstandings I believe and no sinister plots at play. The employees are very nice and they even remember the items I like and don’t like on the sandwich. If you ask them for extra this or that they will add it on well and not just a tiny amount. Overall they have a good work ethic and run a nice business.

This franchise is new and located on the busy Camden Ave between White Oaks and Bascom. I stopped in here for dinner recently and there is a young Indian man that works there(sorry, didn’t catch your name) who is the most helpful and friendly I have met. Not only that, while my friend and I were eating there, a local crazy lady walked it and started to preach to him about joining some religion and he sat there and just listened. We felt so bad for him. Crazy lady(no joke. something is off with her) then left, but not after asking what his name was and which nights he works. He was so courteous to her. We asked him after if he was okay and he said she comes in frequently and he doesn’t know what to say to her for her to go away. Aside from witnessing this, this franchise is really clean inside and this particular sandwich maker was quite pleasant and helpful There is a small parking lot behind it as well.
