I’m a regular weekly basis customer. This is because pretty much anywhere else I go they tend to mess up my orders and make it really bad. Service seems acceptable on my end.

I don’t even want to give one star for the service today! We started ordering so we ordered mine and my brothers food and before we could say for a boy she was like: go to the window up ahead and we were like no we are not done but she said just move to the window and we said we were not done again and she said you can finish ordering at the window ahead and we were like FINE! And we went to the next window and my mom was like hi and he was like what we ordered and my mom inturupted him and said I did not get to order my food and he said ok order it here I’m so sorry and my mom was like I don’t know what I want and he was like oh so my mom said what is a #2 and he was like it’s a cheese burger and she said ok and my mom said can I see the manager and he was like yea and more stuff after so we went to the next window after that we only got one cheese burger and we were like can we see the manager(again) and she was like I’m the manager and we were like NOWEALREADYTALKEDTOTHEMANAGER! SOSHECAMEANDTOLDHERABOUTTHE burger and we got our money back so NEVERGOTOTHISMCDONALDSEVER

This store gets orders wrong a very high percentage of the time. Be sure to check your order before leaving. Tonight I had a big order for 5 grandkids and 4 adults and overlooked 2 missing sandwiches. So I had to return to get the missing sandwiiches. Come on McDonalds, how hard is it to have employees who can fill an order correctly! Also note, their shake machine seems to not work more often than it works.

I come here every morning the last few mornings one time it’s a 24 hour McDonald’s but they were closed at 6AM because they weren’t ready came here this morning now it’s cash only to the drive-through with no warning no you’re stuck in the drive-through these ladies are very incompetent do not come here!

I had a very unpleasant experience here tonight. I only write Unilocal reviews when I feel that something constructive can come from it and I absolutely never want anyone to lose their job. But, I feel like this is a learning experience for the manager as he is severely lacking in the skills needed to deal with customer complaints. I arrived around 11:40PM and stood in line until approximately 11:55PM. I placed my order for a single McChicken sandwich. I received my sandwich at approximately 12:20AM. The manager was working the counter and was calling out orders and handing them out. I never received my order and approached the counter after about twenty five minutes of waiting for my sandwich. «Oh, it’s right here. I was calling out ‘340’ the whole time.» I then showed him my receipt with«339» printed on it. He then changed his statement and said«I was calling out 339!» and I said that it was unacceptable to have a customer waiting that long and he said, «Well, I was calling it out the whole time.» and walked away. I left feeling pretty stupid for giving my business to this establishment. At this time, the appropriate response from a manager to a customer in this situation is something like, «Sir, I am very sorry for the wait. I was incorrect in calling out the number of your order. I understand this was an unacceptable wait time. Is there anything I can do to make up for this oversight on my part?» My reply would have been something like, «No, I live down the road and I usually have a fantastic experience with this McDonald’s. I understand you are very busy and shorthanded at this hour, so I will consider this an anomoly.» An apology and recognition of the mistake is not too much to ask. Nobody should be in a fast food joint for thirty minutes waiting on a takeout order.

Okay, I so when I entered the place to take my order I kept being interrupted by the cashier. When taking my order I had to repeat myself over and over, what really got me most upset is that I went in and asked for 2 Apple pies with my order and then some one behind me comes in and orders to 2 Apple pies as well, not to mention it wasn’t quick service took them over 10 mins and it was very slow in the restaurant, but 2 minutes before they give me my order they gave the person behind me, their order witch I though was strange … And they gave them their 2 apples pies and when I got my order after the person behind me they told me they ran out of apple pies. I was upset Because I ordered first! … I got my $ 1 dollar back I would rather pay someone else to flip my burgers but certainly not this location, I was patient the whole time with a smile and the manger was all mad that I asked for my $ 1 … Like really ??? Very bad service in my opinion would you be upset

My experience last night and this morning just let me know that I will never again come here. The drive thru employee working last night yawns in my face with a loud noise NEVER greets me or when I say thank you never responds with a your welcome. Proceed to next window and I purchased 3 sundaes and I have to ask for the spoon and nuts again a no your welcome or thank you. Fast forward to this morning they charge my card twice I ask to speak with a crew manager she tells me her manager will be right out and I wait there with my food getting cold and the manager does not come out. I ask for corporate number and nobody has it. That’s ok I will be calling first thing Monday morning. Very sad and unprofessional. I make it a point to be polite and respectful that is a lot more than the employees at this McDonald’s do!!!

It is a fast food place, I went here to get something to eat that would be simple and fast, and this takes care of the need. I know the restaurant is clean, but the bathroom are not taken care of and are dirty most of the time. The employees are less that happy to be working. Overall if you are looking for something fast and hot in food, then this McDonald’s is OK.

This one messes up more orders than most and has more idiots that go through the drive thru(obnoxious people or truck is too big, etc.) I get that its fast food but there has to be a better pool of applicants and since I can’t fix stupid I’d rather not go to this one.

The food quality here is usually good, however i’d say two out of five times my order is incorrect. They have always been willing to make my order right, however it sucks having to make a trip back there. Everyone knows how much McDonald’s fries suck when they get cold. I’ve started to request new french fries whenever they mess up my order, so far they have been willing to do so. I can’t give them more than three stars because of how many times they forget or mess up my order. And it even happens when they’re not busy.

I ordered two filet of fish and a chocolate shake. The filet of fish were obviously stale and made long before I ordered them… It was awful. I asked for the shake thick. Oh my kosh what a joke it was thin and runny. I live two blocks away from this Mc Donald’s but I doubt I will give them a try. I wasted my time and money.

McDonalds is McDonalds… but why is it that this location always gets my drive thru order wrong? Then what’s up with prices here at least for a(hamburger) happy meal 50 cents more? I went to a diff location 2 weeks ago and it was after tax $ 3.03. A few miles away, this location with tax is over $ 3.50? Did the food price increase just coincidentally happen between then and today? hmm…

One of the nicer McDonald’s around. Food: Compared to other McDonald’s, the food seems fresher and hotter. Service: Employees are generally friendly and competent. Mistakes are made from time to time, but nothing major. Atmosphere: Much nicer than most fast food places. Almost always clean. Has an updated modern interior. Large seating with plenty of options like bar stools, booths, and traditional tables. Price: The standard McDonald’s prices. As far as McDonald’s restaurants go, it’s a pretty good one. 4 stars.

The drive through here is always long for some reason so we went inside to place our order today. My daughter wanted a happy meal so I asked the cashier if she can pick her own toy and she says I just take orders. Wtf? Then we got home and found out her chocolate meal is missing from her happy meal. I don’t know about you but that is pretty darn important to a 3 year old. So I thought I call to let them know about the missing item and then have them give me an insincere apology but they didn’t even bother picking up their phone! Again wtf!

I don’t come around this area often but it was 7am and we were hungry. Nothing else was open yet and we needed to fill our tummies before heading over to Guadalupe Oak Grove park for the Great American Litter Pick Up for Earth Day. *My friend ordering at the drive thru* McDees(Her): «Hi welcome to McDonalds! Can I take your order?» Friend(Him): «We’re not ready yet. Can you please hold?» Her: «Ok what would you like?» Him: «We’re still looking at the menu. Please hold on.» Her: «What’s that?» Him: «Please hold on.» Her: «Okay. How many?» Him: … ??? Me: *LOL* «Tell her to ‘wait’» Him: «Umm…can you please wait?» Her: «Okay. How many?» LOL! Worse case of miscommunication ever! We weren’t too sure what she thought she heard us order, but in the end we just told her we wanted a McGriddle breakfast sandwich and got it over with. Still was pretty hilarious though. Food-wise… Hashbrowns were crispy but my McGriddle(Bacon, Eggs & Cheese), was only alright. Not as good as I thought it was gonna be. Maybe it’s cause I’m not used to having pancakes as buns? Probably will go for the biscuit next time. Service was okay and since it was so early, there was no wait time at all.

Finally found a drive thru near me, and they’re open 24 hours! I had to write this place a review because their drive-thru is top knotch! Came here on Saturday am for breakfast. Was still in my PJ’s, which is why I was only looking for drive-thru service. There’s a worker outside(like on a busy In-N-Out day), takes your order. The cars move rapidly in front of you, as you pay at one window, and as I was paying, I see my breakfast food in a bag already waiting for me outside the 2nd window! Fast, friendly, and efficient! Never experienced this at any other McD’s!

What can I really say? McDonald’s is exactly that… I grew up with this being one of the two locations I would frequent before it was torn down and remodeled. There’s not much to complain about besides the occasional not-so-fresh fries… I mainly just wanted to post about how I asked for a sweet and sour sauce to go on one of my visits with my food and one of the women working at the time had the audacity to say that it would cost me 75 cents. I’ve never been asked that before and it made me so mad that I didn’t bother saying anything about it and left. I look back at this now and laugh at it… but come on, really?
