Meh. sometimes its good but other times, they forget what I ordered and get the order wrong or the food is just dry but I recommend the filet I fish

This review is based on their drive thru, I had to go to work so I decided to grab something to eat before, I didn’t want to take long so decided to use the drive thru cause it’s supposed to be faster well I got in line at 2:30pm as it was the line moved a lil slow. Once I finally got to the window to pick up my food that was just one number 4 they told me that I needed to to move to their reserved parking and some one would take my food I went there and didn’t get my food till 3 pm lies come on really a half hour to get a simple meal? Ridiculous!

Been here twice from out of town and both times the ladies were SUPER rude… Like, I’m giving you MY money… Let’s fix the way you talk to people, please.

Perty durned good for a mcds! A lot cleaner then the one that closed down.
Their 2 for 2 is on point and I am semi addicted to their mozz sticks!

this Mcdonald’s, obviously an older store, is inaccessible via a left turn. i had to turn into a side street, then left into their lot. same ritual going out.

My favorite McDonalds. I get food here every day (sometimes more than once a day). They know my voice and by sight. I start my order, «small iced coffee, no liquid sugar, extra ice, hash brown». As soon as I start the order, they can finish reciting it for me. One girl even gives me a cup of ice and cream on the side because she knows I hate to ask for it. They get my order right every time. Very consistent food and service. Lovely people. I will forever be a loyal customer and tell everyone I know that they are the best.

This McD’s so ghetto but it satisfies my fatgirl cravings. Food is consistent across the board, but what bothers me the most is the non-​trust they have for their customers. Napkins are behind the counter, ketchup too! Yikes.

no biscuits after breakfast hours at this location, totally lame. looked online and it seems this location chose a limited menu. NOT COOL!

I never say iced latte and for some reason they don’t understand the difference between hot n cold!

I rarely dine at McD’s, but needed a place to have a coffee and to wait this afternoon while near the old school Catholic Church on East Santa Clara. The staff was very friendly and the coffee much better than I remembered.
For a buck and nine cents, the coffee was excellent and the dining room pleasant. Bathrooms were clean as well.

So if I could I would give them ZERO stars. So I went thur the drive thur today and after paying at the first window, I went to the second window and was accused of paying with a fake $ 20 bill. First of all I didn’t pay with a $ 20, I paid with 2 $ 5s and 2 $ 1s. So the girl at the second window said they won’t be able to give me my food becauSe I used a fake $ 20 and said I could wait here for the cops to come or leave. So I waited and went inside. When I went inside the people in the front came out and said sorry it was a mistake and tried to give me my order. After all this BS this McDonald’s just try to accuse me of using a fake $ 20 when I didn’t even give them a $ 20. I was like no I want my money back. And to top it off the cashier in the drive thur did not come out and say sorry. The worst service ever. You should tell your employees to not accuse people before checking your facts!!!

I just went to this McDonald’s and I am a regular in the morning. I went for dinner and the person was very rude and unpleasant. If this person doesn’t like their job quit and let someone else have it

NOT happy with today’s service!!! I went through the drive through and there is two lanes that take you to place your order. I decided to go to the left lane to place my order. Employee kept saying to «hold on.» While I was «holding on» she helped two cars that were in the right lane. I finally placed my order and she got it wrong! I ordered orange Hi-​C and I get a small cup of orange juice! I also ordered a small Oreo McFlurry and they gave me a large which means it’s pricer. To top it off my McFlurry also came with some kind of red syrup, I’m assuming it belongs to the ice cream sundaes! NOT happy at all today, sucks that this is the only fast food place next to my work. I guess this means I need to start packing lunch!

They rarely get my order right. I like substituting soda for just water, but for some reason they always give me a problem about that even when I tell them it’s ok to charge me for an actual drink, then they’ll say it’s not possible & they have to give me a dasani bottled water. They almost always over salt the fries and seem to be rude and have attitude when I ask for more sauce even after I tell them I’m willing to pay for them, I mean how the hell do they expect me to be able to dip 20 piece nuggets & 2 large fries in one sauce?

Early to an appointment means a cup of coffee for me to wait.
I tried to find a Starbucks but was unable to locate it. McDonalds has made me a fan of their $ 1 coffees. McDonald’s has great coffee. I’m not going to deny it.
As I parked right in front, a worker was outside cleaning gum off of the side walk. In general McDonald’s cleanliness terms, this one wins the clean award.
This location isn’t in the most nicest part of town. And we’ll some of the patrons made me grip my knife harder, but it’s all good.
However scary the world may be, at least I can go into a clean well lit McDonald’s for my cup of $ 1 coffee.

If you watch your money like I do (and who doesn’t nowadays) make sure to double check your receipt to make sure you’ve been correctly charged. I bought a Mini Meal today for $ 2.99 plus tax it came to $ 3.67. I know it’s not a big jump in price but I know that my total should be no more than $ 3.25. I asked if they charged for the BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets and the answer was no. And when asked why it’s costing 40 cents more than it should the cashier at the drive-​thru said it’s because the Mini Meals went up in price to $ 3.19. Then he realized he overcharged for the drink.
The menu at the drive-​thru said $ 2.99 but fine if it’s now $ 3.19. It’s the principle. Come on, charge correctly! This McDonald’s is not in an affluent neighborhood, so this makes me wonder how many people they «mistakenly» charge? It may be just a few cents but it adds up. I am not a fan of being ripped off. And I am especially not a big fan of businesses that take advantage of others (who may not be so attentive).
They got my order right and fast, so I give them credit for that.

My grandsons and I started going to this McDonald’s a few weeks ago after Bible Study at a nearby church. The first time we went, the food was cool, no problems, but the second time was so bad.
The soda machine was not working, so the clerk told me we had a choice of some to the frosted drinks that they make that we were charged for at the regular price! We made our choice and sat to wait for our food. The clerk told me that she would call us when the order was ready… yeah sure! After about 15 minutes, I went up to the counter only to realize that our food was there.
The fries were cold and brown, not golden brown, but sat too long in the fryer brown. I took the fries back up and asked for some hot fries. One of the clerks took the fries and came back in just a few minutes. She suggested I try them to make sure they were hot.
They were hot, greasy and soggy! That was the last draw! I asked for my money back and got out of there. Ended up going across town on my way home at 10pm to get something at Burger King for the boys and I. Tasted better and was about 4 dollars cheaper.
McDonald’s on E. Santa Clara Street, I know that you all can do better, I have gotten lunch there during my lunch break.

Unilocaling a McDonald’s location??? What could this cog in the mass industrial single serving food industry created on a foundation of uniformity offer? Let me tell you in 4 minutes. Which was the exact amount of time it took me to place my order, pay, receive food and then off to my quick escape.
My commute takes me from eastside San Jose down Alum Rock Ave into Santa Clara then onto 87 (no traffic, this route beats 280 madness any day before 9am). I was running late that morning, missed breakfast and my empty stomach was really getting mad at me for it. A growling tummy finally took precedent over the possibility of being late for work.
I pulled into this McDonald’s drive thru. Once you turn the corner you’ll realize that the driveway splits into two, as in two order stations and then you merge into one lane again to pay and receive your food. I placed my order, merged, paid my money in the first window and my food was already waiting for me at the second window. DONE! Pulled in at 8:43 and exited the driveway at 8:47! The attendants at the windows were both exceptionally cheerful and full of perk. I myself, am real chipper in the morning so it was a pleasantry I greatly appreciated.
Love this McDonalds! Keep it up folks!

Yes, I’m reviewing a McDonald’s Location… but it’s only to warn you guys.
I’m a student at San Jose State who lives in Checkers Drive, a neighborhood lying in between Alum Rock Avenue and McKee Road. So on the way home from school, I always drive by this place, and I’m sure many other nearby commuting SJSU students do as well.
I was hanging out with my friend and decided to give this place a shot. There was a carnival nearby, and considering the close proximity to a church, we thought it would be a great location.
Unfortunately, we were greeted by wanksters before walking in.
We also took our order. The clerk at the counter looked like he was from the same gang, and he kept giving us weird looks. I ordered a double cheeseburger and some freshly baked cookies… The cookies turned out to be extremely cold, definitely a mistake to buy those.
When we walked out, we were being gawked at the entire time. So much for being a friendly neighborhood McDonald’s located next to a church.
If I didn’t know better, I’d say this McDonald’s location was a prostitution ring… or a drug dealing building.
If you value the well-​being of your life, avoid this place at all costs!
