0 stars! HORRIBLE! I’ve been waiting over 2 months! Some of my friends and co-​workers almost 3! Her office is so unorganized I’m sure all of our returns are just crammed underneath someone else’s unfiled tax return from ’09 somewhere. Now she will not take any calls. She has them forwarded to a full voicemail box so can’t even leave a message. All the people that mailed their own returns got theirs back no problem. I asked to mail it myself and she said she’ll take care it. Well she sure did. IRS still hasn’t received anything. I know all the business she Is getting from my coworkers is out the window after this year.

Allow a good day for this. Don’t expect to make other appointments. You can’t rush and don’t bother asking when it will be your turn. Everyone’s taxes are different. You might get an estimation on time but don’t hold her to it.
