Lancome

Noone at the lancome counter, the gall working was too lazy to come and help so she sent a generic makeup sales person, who sold me the wrong product. when I can back a few days later, the sales person apologized, offered to mail me the right product, all Macy’s out is stock, everywhere… and it never arrived, she sent out to the wrong address, this is the 2^nd time Macy’s had sent the wrong address

I love Lancome! And I needed to make a quick stop because I had run out of my favorite liquid foundation…
The young lady behind the counter was loudly and obnoxiously chewing her gum and ignored me for a good 10 minutes until I said something
My complexion had lightened up a bit since summer so I was looking to get color matched a shade lighter… which she had no idea how to do either :/​
So all in all… I did end up getting the right shade no thanks to her… happy with my purchase but not with the poor service.
PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW THEIR STUFF… oh and hire people who at least LOOK like they want to be there.
5 stars for the product…1 star for the horrible service.

These ladies at the Lancome counter really know their stuff. They make u feel and look beautiful. Even if ur on a budget, they will help u figure out what is necessary. And u gotta love FREE GIFT!
