i worked at this KFC in my 20s. n the one on el Camino… good food friendly service. manager is doing cashier knows you by name over the years… Mexican guy. not very friendly. place is dirty and packed. the letus makes me sick taste like the white powder they use to preserve it nasty. the ice machine broke last time I was there… i give 3 stars the managers a snob. he knows who you are if you come regular. doesn’t say hi just stares at you if u don’t speak Spanish.

Came back here and the service has improved a lot! Servers are on point and get your food fast. (I must’ve only been in for 5 minutes total).
They must have revamped the staff because the customer service difference is like night and day :-)
Not 5 stars because the place was a little dirty, but I always take my food home anyways so it wasn’t an issue.

This review is for Hector, an employee at this location. He is always great, fast, and friendly. He also makes the best food! Whenever my boyfriend and I dine here, he remembers us and makes our visit fun. He really should be running his own store.

This is by far the slowest location I’ve been to in the entire country. They never cease to break their consistency of slow service, and lack of sense of urgency with customers. Sometimes it feels as a bunch of monkeys working here. But I’d bet the larger blame is management and leadership. Simply poor and ridiculous!

Ordered twelve pieces of the chicken tenders and coleslaw to take home. I was hungry. Disappointed in the quality of the chicken. It was tough. NOT TENDER. Was this made two days ago? At $ 19 a dozen, I expect a FRESHLY cooked chicken! Not coming back to this location. Coleslaw was good at least.

The service was incredibly BADDD! THE YOUNG HISPANIC lady stood there as she Twitter on her phone while I was waiting to take my order for approximately 10 minutes if that doesn’t spell bad service I don’t know what does!!! As for the food. It was delicious KFC as usual.

Place is a mess! Told cashier there were napkins, food, bags, and cups on the floor. Reply:“oh, we know”.
before we left she started wiping tables while kicking everything on the flour out of her way. DIDN’T SWEEP!

Really dirty! And we got here before 9:30, mind you they close at 11, and there was no crispy chicken left and they said they wouldn’t make more for us. All they had was grilled. And trash was everywhere… Such a mess! I will not be coming back to this one!

I used to go here maybe once a month for food and the service has gotten very spotty. They cannot seem to get my order right. I’m not sure why. It’s not that complicated. The final straw was when I ordered a kids meal and I received BBQ chicken strip instead of the regular strip. My 6yo doesn’t eat BBQ and I am so glad I had something else to feed her. I did the online survey and even wrote into the KFC web site. Not one response. Not even «oh we’re sorry». I am never going back to this restaurant even though it is close by. In fact I think I will swear off KFC since the parent company can’t even respond. Also this is one of the dirtiest restaurants around.

This place SUCKS! We walked in at 9:40pm…over an hour til closing. They had the dining room blocked off with chairs. We went back to the door to check the hours of operation sign which showed open til 11pm. Nobody was at the counter to greet us. The manager came out of his office to take our order. After paying and proceeding to get our drink, he said they were out of boneless chicken and asked if we wanted strips. With over an hour left of operation you would think he could have 1 of the other 4 workers toss a piece in the fryer! But no. Then as I watched him scrape every last potato wedge out of the warmer tray to hardly, I thought to myself yay those are gonna be tasty.
Horrible location.

I too experienced the 35 min. wait for a chicken breast. I ordered a breast, two drumsticks, small mashed potato, coleslaw, one biscuit…$ 14.95. I could have gotten a ten piece meal for less, I think. The floors were also dirty. I saw that they just shaked off the trays, no washing, and put another placement on them.

So my husband and I order a famous bowl and they say it includes a drink and biscket, but than to the right of this it shows a soda and potato wedges. When we got our order they didn’t come with either. I asked the lady behind the counter didn’t I order a meal? Her response was yes, but it doesn’t come with wedges or a bisket. I told her well that miss leading to the customer and where does it state that this combo only comes with a soda? She shows me very small print next to the famous bowl. Everytime I’ve come to this location I’ve had to wait a half an hour or more, horrible service, very slow. I had to wait 20 minutes once for a small side of cole slaw! I don’t know why all the other reviews are so positive, it’s the worst one I’ve been to. The only reason I go there is because of the location!

I went to Lincoln and ate here almost every day during rehearsal season. The workers were always nice and handled us annoying kids with good humor. I used to think I was so funny and would give the stupidest names for them to call (like «Sexy McSex– sex» and «The majestic unicorn»). They never said «No, give me your real name» or anything, they always went along with it, even the poor people who would look at the receipt and roll their eyes like «God, why me?» before calling it.
I’ll never forget the good times I had at the old k-​faco. It sounds really sad, but when I think of high school, I think of quick dinners with my friends here and at Zanotto’s.
