Jack In the Box

My 2^nd time coming to this jack in the box location. today I ordered a jumbo jack (no cheese) beautifully made btw with an original iced coffee and a side of curly fries much better than the one next to my house on Hamilton Ave.

Me and my family went to this location to get something to eat today (drive thur) our total was $ 7.03 we handed her a 20 bill but was still looking for another penny! She was very rude and didn’t wait handed our money back. She handed the dollars and change all together which is I think it’s common sense that when you are in the drive-​thru you hand one with the bills and then hand the change after. Our change spilled all over. She didn’t even say sorry or anything just closed the window to turn around to keep talking to her other coworkers. I will be giving corporate a call no customer service at all!

Yeah well this Jack super sucksss. They have tried to keep my money 3 times now…
within a months time. — twice a 50 $ and once a 20 $. all three times I was like «hey I gave you a _​and right away she says ok. and hands me rest of my money, and doesnt even look at me– I’m lik, and you guys keep shorting me my change. the vest lady was rude — and says «I dont think so»…
I was like yeah you did. It’s like Dame — too rude and desperate for my liklihood, she sucks. I’ll go to the Hamilton Jack from now on. everyone else should too.

Well, I personally like other burger joints better (Habit, In&Out, 5Guys,…). But as far as Jack In The Box restaurants go, this one deserves the 5 stars. The staff is always very friendly and as competent as one can be. The order is always perfect.

Horrible service from the lady that takes our order at night. She wears the black vest with maroon shirt. Super grumpy and not willing to let us modify our sandwiches. She will just say «it doesnt come with that». Well yeah thats why we asked to add it?

Didn’t realize it’s rocket science to put sour creAm in the bag. Especially considering I asked for it twice and made sure it was charged for on the screen

My go-​to Jack Stop for late-​night grub, after being out and missing dinner, looking for a quick snack of the economic burger or chicken sandwich, this is the spot. Plenty of these classic fast food spots in the area, this one does the job for service (professional, prompt), product (hot, quick food), price (the Value Menu). I’ve not been one to get any of the higher priced items, but for what they represent in my world, I say, «A-​OK!»

Better go to another one. They half ass their job and my burger just looks like two buns put together. Where the hell is the rest of my burger?

Horrible service. Horribble food. Not fully cooked nor fresh. Very disappointed. It smelled like the oil wasn’t fresh and the chicken strips I got tasted like fish. I don’t think I’ll return back to this one.

This place is advertised as 24 hour open drive thru but every time I go its closed…
I get off work really late (usually 3am) and based on my work schedule 3am is my dinner time. Sometimes I don’t want to cook anything and would just prefer fast food but it seems this place is not able to offer their services at that hour.
I remember back few years this place was always open and would be the spot to go for late night munchies but guess its not 24 hours anymore even though on their outdoor sign it states 24 hour open drive thru…
A little disappointed and leaving a one star review because I am hungry right now…

Beside McDonalds, Jack n. the Box is probably the fast food place I most frequent because there are tons of them around and, unlike McDonalds, they are open all night. I don’t eat at fast food restaurants as often anymore because they are fattening. When I used to eat at Jack n the Box all the time, I would get the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the curly fries. I also love their cheesecake and Raspberry ice tea. They have a lot of yummy different things on their menu like the Fajita Pita and the Bacon and cheddar wedges too. I also like their commercials. They are probably some of the funniest out there. The people at the drive through are exceedingly nice and always ask me how my experience was. They probably have some of the best customer service people of any fast food chain. All the locations I’ve been to, they are fast, friendly and efficient.

Can’t go wrong with some tacos when you have the late night munchies idk if that’s from the Taco Bell comer rival but yeah instead of going thru drive thru my friend and I decided to go inside and order. It was empty but the service was slow took like 10 minutes to get 2 burgers and 2 tacos but overall typical jack in the box not the newest or cleanest but gets the job done by filling you up

Very careless management. They let loud and drunk people in there late nite. Lots of fights in parking lot.

They were unapologetic about the long black hair I found in the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. They also were hesitant to give me my change for the difference between the Teriyaki Bowl & the replacement item I ordered. Most restaurants will offer a free drink or dessert; I could hardly get my 40 cents back.

Very clean and bright inside. And their chicken burgers are juicier than other fast food joints. One of the better jack in the boxes I’ve been to in the area

3395 Steven Creek Blvd 95 117 location sucks! Rude service, rude manager, rude employees! Had 4 of 5 in an order of mini churros wanted to charge customer full price. Ordered large sprite, was given a lemonade. Will not go back to this place again. I will Unilocal this location with complaint and make sure business goes elsewhere.
Roaches in the parking lot, so disgusting and gross! Will not come back to this dirty place again!

Oh beef paste tacos. So artificial — so unnatural — So NOT my first choice when I want a snack. Yet, you somehow always get my $ 1. What gives?!
Not even close to the best food you could ever get, but they hit the spot — and at ²⁄₉₉ cents — why argue?
On a side note, the curly fries are usually overly crispy and feel like they’ve been there all day but their regular fries are good, the oreo shake is to die for (and from… Don’t ever make the mistake of checking the calories –seriously) and the breakfast sandwiches are pretty tasty too.

It was «free new sandwich when you buy a large drink» day. Even though I got there at about 1:30, there was a good sized crowd, but they got through the line quickly. Everyone seemed to be ordering one of the free sandwiches (shocking!), including me, and the staff were sure to point out the deal to everyone who came to order.
My sammie was quickly ready, and I munched away. Not the best deli sandwich I’ve ever had, but it was decent. If I was with a group who wanted to go to a burger joint, I’d consider ordering one of these if I didn’t want the typical fast food (although they also have other items to pick from in that situation). If I was picking the place to eat, and wanted cold cuts between bread, I’d pick another place.
The layout of this JitB is a bit odd. From most of the parking spaces you have to walk through the drive-​thru line to get into the restaurant. There were several tables that needed to be cleaned when I was there, and there was a lot of water on the floor (it was raining), which could have been avoided by use of a door mat.

They do their job well!
They should smile more because they look like they hate their jobs.
But the manager is nice & I believe will turn things around for this location.
Open at all hours of the night, jalapeño poppers soo yummy!
