I want to preface this review by stating that Hayley really is the best trainer that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I have done training sessions with other trainers in the past(with mixed results), and what sets Hayley apart is that she truly cares about her clients. To say that she goes the extra-mile would be an understatement and she deserves better than just a five-star rating. I started doing training sessions with Hayley back in June of this year. To give a little background about myself, I am 31, very active, pretty athletic, but have always been on the heavy side. I had gone through an ACL reconstruction the year before and had put on some extra weight during rehab period. I wanted to shed the extra weight and get into better shape with the ultimate goal of running a triathlon. Hayley really tailored a workout program to help meet my goals. Her first focus was my nutrition. She had me start a food journal to really see what I was putting into my body. This really showed me the reason why I was working out 5 – 6 times a week and losing only a minimal amount of weight. Focusing on the nutrition was such a key to my success and has helped to shed nearly 10 pounds a month for the last 5 months. In regards to the workout program, she had me doing interval drills that seem simple but really do the trick to helping lose weight. From running sprints up and down a hill, to holding yoga poses, the different drills really helped to shock your body and avoid weight loss plateaus. One notable aspect I also wanted to mention was how she was able to create a workout programs to help me work through a very severe case of turf-toe which I encountered about two-weeks in. All in all, I was able to lose a little under 25 pounds working with her. With that said, the most important thing is that since we finished the training sessions, I have continued to lose more weight. The tools that she provided me have really helped to continue to succeed on my own. In closing what set Hayley apart from other trainers is truly who she is. She makes working out with her enjoyable. She pushed me when i needed to be pushed and she was supportive when I needed support. she puts a lot of time and effort creating workout programs and helping you to exceed your goals. I would definitely(and have) recommend Hayley to anyone who is looking to get into shape.
