We hired Junior (Monico Ruiz) after interviewing several other contractors and doing much research on the web. Junior was originally hired to demo an old concrete patio and aluminum overhang for our back yard. He and his team replaced it with pavers and built a small retaining wall. His team arrived promptly every morning, and worked late to complete the work. His team did such a great job installing the pavers for the new patio that we expanded the job and had Junior and his team remove the old sod from our back yard and replace it with artificial turf.
As with any jobs like these, there are always unforeseen problems and issues. Junior was always very responsive, and he and his team worked hard to ensure our satisfaction with the jobs. We were so impressed with his ethics and work quality, that we referred him two additional jobs for two family members.

Recently worked with the owner and crew from this company who happens to be neighborhood proud. Junior and crew chief David were professional, respectful, prompt, hard working, and left the project clean every day. Estimate was very fairly priced, Junior listened to our needs, and met them with a smile. After care has been going well. Any and all concerns have been answered, and or fixed in a prompt and timely manner. As we all well know sometimes after a contractor is paid, they are gone. Junior has not only finished the work as promised, but has also kept in touch to make sure we are happy with the outcome.
I would recommend them without cause for concern.
