I’ve lived here for 3 years. I have no complaints about the property or the management. In fact I couldn’t ask for a more friendly and professional management staff to deal with when it comes to Romy and Joanne. I’ve always felt very safe and secure in this complex. They do have over-night security patrols which i’m happy about. During my tenure of being a resident here I’ve never felt harassed or questioned about what I’m doing, or what’s going on within my unit. The management staff here truly do go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Any one time fees such as installing a Satellite dish or anything discussed contract-wise has always felt very fair and professional. I recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Two words: ANTINFESTATION. My husband and I moved into the Foothill Manor Townhomes in December 2014. Within the first week, there were ants coming from our downstairs bathroom, kitchen, patio door. They were all over our house. At the time, I was 6 months pregnant, and I recalled having ants crawling all over me while sitting on my couch! We called management and they said they would send over exterminators. They sent over 2 «exterminators» who walked in my apartment with a can of ant spray(something I could have likely purchased from the store) and sprayed 2 areas inside my home. They didn’t’ inspect the house to find the source. Just treated the area. Completely insufficient. Also, I had to vacate the premises for 3 hours because of the fumes. Needless to say, the ants were back the very next day. So, I called my father in law and he came over and treated the inside and outside of my house. It held off the ants for a week or so. They returned. So we called our own exterminator and he said that there were likely colonies of ants in our backyard and our neighbors’ backyard. We then contacted management and let them know what the exterminator said and they didn’t respond for 3 weeks! In the meantime, we had to keep treating the problem ourselves and I had to keep vacating our place. Threatening to break the lease, management sent over the same«extermination» company again, and to no avail the ants returned shortly after. Most apartment/townhome complexes are required to have pest control. Management has told us that we must request pest control if we want it because they need consent to come into our backyards?!! So basically, you can be treating your ant/insect infestation problem, but your neighbor might not and the problem will inevitably persist and will never improve. EVERYONEINTHECOMPLEXTHATWE’VESPOKENTOHASADMITTEDTOANANTINFESTATIONPROBLEM. I don’t know why people still continue to live here. My husband and I have sent a letter to break the lease. If they do not comply, we will likely sue and break the lease regardless. We have only been here a little over a month. DONOTMOVEINTOTHESETOWNHOMESUNLESSYOULIKESHARINGYOURHOMEWITHANTS.

Rusty pipes, mildew, ghetto neighbors, paper thin walls… wow luxury. I just remembered while watching an episode of house, that the lanld-lord told me i was crazy or something to that respect when I said my shower pipes were rusted… The old manager was like; «well, none of the other neighbors complained».
