Caroline is located directly across from my hair professional and I’ve been wanting to see her for some time. After checking on Unilocal and seeing all of her great reviews, I now know why. I had my very first Brazilian with Caroline and she was a pro. Wonderful manner and was quick and diligent. I’m very happy with the results and can’t wait to go back for my first facial with her. 5 Stars all the way, she’s GREAT!

I’ve been following Caroline around the South Bay for the last six years! (Creepy, right? haha) I was first introduced to her at Yogasource in Los Gatos, then she moved to Brixton Hue in DTSJ, and now she has her own space at Sola Salon Studios in Willow Glen. I will only see Caroline for all my waxing needs. She has continually provided superior, outstanding client service and I’ve never considered going anywhere else. She takes the fear out of the waxing experience. She is quick, clean, and professional and I’ve never felt uncomfortable around her. I will continue to support her small, woman owned business by remaining a loyal client for years to come.

I started coming to Caroline at Faces Skincare because I also work at Sola Salon Studios Willow Glen. I’m a hairstylist and a few of my clients were clients of hers from her previous location. They spoke very highly of her so I thought I would try her out. Being in the beauty industry I have definitely had my share of facials over the years. But BY FAR, HANDS-​DOWN, the best facial I have had yet!
I typically get the European Facial. It’s 80 minutes of pure bliss. At my first appointment we probably spent the first 30 minutes talking about our lives and of course my skin, but she was sweet enough to say «Ok now I’m going to shut up and allow you to relax…» I really appreciated that because I have had facials where the Esthetician talks the entire time. I like to take this time to be quiet and pamper myself.
Most facials I have had in the past only last one hour and I feel like the Esthetician is speeding through all the steps. Caroline takes the time to do each step, cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, massaging, moisturizing. She allows a full 15 minutes for the mask to set, which usually makes me fall asleep! I’ve never done that during a facial before! SO RELAXING! She massages your hands, face, neck and shoulders… she even gets the knots out of my shoulders [which I probably get from lugging around my heavy purse] I would probably go to her for a full body massage if she ever became a massage therapist! She’s THAT good! I love her pressure: firm, but not painful.
She uses great products. Her room is very relaxing and features a wonderful fountain. She plays great music. Her check-​out system is a breeze from her handy iPad. And like most of the single studios at Sola the room is a little small, but definitely not cramped… it seems to be the perfect size for her services. Plus, she is a total sweetheart. Can’t beat that! I recommend Caroline from Faces Skincare to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

I started seeing Caroline for my waxing needs, close to a year ago. She is hands-​down the ONLY person I will let touch my eyebrows! She is THAT good. Caroline is also very professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very comfortable (SOME waxing services can be awkward in the beginning). Her studio is very calming and extremely meticulous. Recently, I added a deep cleaning facial to my appointment. The products she uses smell/​feel insanely delicious. If you have yet to do so, you must visit FACES SKINCARE!!! A+ all the way.

I have been seeing Caroline for 13+ years for waxes. I used to be every month kind of girl, but after kids, mostly just summer months. I never felt judged or pressured about that change. Her waxes are good, she is attentive, explains the procedure when I got something different done, etc. Love my eyebrows this last time better than ever before!

I have been going to Faces Skincare for waxing for (yikes!) almost 15 years and I think Caroline is terrific. She has very high professional standards and a pleasant manner. I really appreciate that she takes great care with her work but is fast as well. I highly recommend her services.

The new location in Willow Glen is extremely clean, parking is easy and her prices are reasonable.
