Ok, I seriously cannot get over how amazing of a job Ashleigh did on my hair. For starters, she had to work with fixing a major mess up the previous stylist did on my hair. She not only fixed this but she made my hair look identical to the picture I gave her for my inspiration. Ashleigh is not only awesome at giving the client exactly what they want but she is patient and passionate about what she does. She will not let you leave the chair until you love it.
So so happy!
She is a PRO at blonde. You will not be disappointed.

I attempted to see this woman for getting my hair done. She dragged me down to her salon three times for various reasons (i.e. consultation, misunderstanding in appointments, she mistook me for someone else and sent me home while I had two hour look appointment). Anyways, on the third and final attempt, I go there and yet again she is not ready to take me in because her previous client has showed up late and she has made the decision to take her in. Bottom line, my time is valuable just as hers and I will not be going there again.

Ashleigh is the best. Her extensions are beautifully done to the point they blend seamlessly with your natural hair. The products she recommends will turn your hair to silk. Not to mention that she will always call to let you know if she’s running behind or if you want to come in earlier (I usually do). The thing I love most about Ashleigh is that she knows exactly how to handle fine hair. Many stylists make the mistake of treating it like normal hair, which will fry it beyond measure. I leave her salon after a color and I swear my hair is softer than it was when I went in.

This was my first time having extensions. Ashleigh explained everything, no surprises. I had lost a lot of hair due to illness and was growing it out but was going through that in between stage where it’s not shortcuts cut. I got 18 inch extensions and she blended the color and hair so well. I love my hair. If feels amazing to have long healthy hair. I just got them adjusted and root touch up the experience was just as good. She is personable and really great at what she does.

Ashleigh is super nice off the bat! She did 18in hair extensions on my head and it turned out perfect! I am super in love!

Ashleigh is fantastic! She knows her craft through and through – from extensions to coloring and more. I found her on Unilocal for extension help after moving from Southern California and I could not be more thrilled with my find! She has great products, excellent customer service skills and a great studio (can’t wait to see the hardwood!). Definitely a must if you’re looking for a new look or new hairdresser. Ashleigh is an incredibly talented hair extension specialist. Her techniques far outweigh any other past experiences. She was able to place each hair loc (about 65) in under an hour and beautifully blended my hair. Her private salon is comfortable, private, and beautifully decorated.
Our next venture is color, extension move-​up, and cut. Excellent work, I could not be happier!

If I could give this salon 20 stars I would.
I followed Ashleigh from Strada to her place on Lincoln Avenue downtown Willow Glen.
I am a licensed cosmetologist but not practicing in the field, however I am very picky and I know a little bit about color, cuts etc.
So with that said the reason why I like Ashleigh is because she is spot on when doing color and she’s a very good haircutter.
I mean she is excellent!
I’ve always just had her cut and color my hair but when I’d be sitting under the dryer I would see numerous women come in to get hair extensions. They would look so amazing when they left her salon. I always thought maybe I’ll get them some day and I’d tell Ashleigh that «yeah someday I’ll get em» but it took me over a year to actually bite the bullet. During that time she never ever pressured me about getting them, no big sales pitch etc. So anyway I did it, I love them, she did an excellent job. I’m so happy I got extensions. Nobody can tell, the color matching is perfect it just looks like my regular hair.
I don’t think I’ve ever stayed with the same hairstylist as long as I have stayed with her!
Along with being very good as a cosmetologist she is such a sweet person and I love how she remembers conversations that we had in the past and will ask questions about things I might’ve told her on my last visit about my personal life or things I just want to share with her.
One of the things I also really like about Ashleigh is that I can call her up after hours ask her questions, she gets back to me in a timely manner. She’s more than just a hairstylist she actually cares about your hair and takes the time to tell you what you need to do to keep your hair looking good.
One Saturday night I had a hair emergency (my doing) at about 8 PM. I contacted her and she helped me out. I don’t know too many hairstylist that would do that.
The only con that I have about this is that she is SO good and SO popular that you really need to get on her books as soon as possible and book as far down as you can.
I think I’m already booked through the end of this year! HA.

Love Ashleigh. She’s so sweet, fun to talk to while she’s doing your hair, she’s super organized and gets back to you promptly AND she offers her services in emergencies and is super nice when it comes to rescheduling. She’s been pretty busy and it’s very understandable. Because she’s great at what she does!
She put extensions in my hair and I love them. She works diligently while doing so. She’s fast and careful.
First off, apparently she does different types like the clip ins and the sew in and. Maybe another you’ll have to ask her.
She color matches your hair or can even dye your hair the day you plan to put the extensions in to match them. (She told me she had one client that was going from black to red like Eva from total divas with extensions too)
Ok so the juicy part– The way she does it is she puts in these little micro beads in small sections of your hair and weaves the extensions in nice and tight with a string a hooked needle it’s really cool. The hair she uses for the extensions is real human hair so it can be pricy depending on the lengths but it’s really worth it considering how long they last and how good they look. All of my friends thought it was my real hair! ;) and it looks GORGEOUS when curled.
After a time they slip down about a half inch over 5 or 6 weeks. When this happens she makes an appointment which takes about 15 mins for her to push up the rows and straightens anything else she sees out.
She asked if I was having any problems with them. I had a little tangle problem for a while but she gave me a little blue bottle of some spray that breaks up the chlorine and other chemicals that caused the extension hair to get tangled and rough and it worked like a miracle. No more tangles and they’re nice and smooth again.
She also gives you so much information before she puts them in to make sure you’re prepared and 100% about them. And even after she has all the answers to your questions about little things like the tangles.
I honestly love her work. If I dyed my hair I would have her do it without second thoughts. I’ve seen her work she’s stylish, she listens, she knows her colors and her hair. I highly highly highly recommend seeing her!
Next time I get my extensions redone I’ll post some pix of before and after too. But I think the ones that are up now give you a good idea of her work.

Right before the holidays Ashleigh transformed my hair. We did an ombré and hair extensions. I was very skeptical about getting hair extensions at first. however I’m glad I did them. She cut them so they look natural and I literally receive compliments everyday. Thank you again Ashleigh!

I have been very happy with everything Ashleigh has ever done. I never know exactly what I want and let her do what she thinks would look best. Every time I walk out of a appointment I am so happy. I am a picky person and I think she is awesome. I recommend you going to her and experience the same happiness I do when I walk out.

It’s about time. I have been looking for a stylist I love for so long. I have gone to 4 other stylist over the last year asking them to give me heavy highlights and make me a light natural looking blonde and no one could figure it out. I left her salon on Saturday with a huge smile because I am finally the blonde I have been hoping for. She did exactly what I wanted. No mix of colors, no brassy, no streaks. Love it and love her. She is awesome.

If you’re looking to get extensions, seriously stop looking and call Ashleigh, she’s the BEST!!!

You are here because you want to know if you can trust your hair to Ashleigh. Well I am giving her 5 stars and highly recommend her for hair extensions. Nothing is better than transforming your hair into long beautiful locks in a little over an hour. I remember the old techniques that would take 8 hrs. Who has time for that? I have really thick hair so I actually prefer the hair extensions over my own hair. I live a busy life style and my hair is sometimes up in a bun and other times down and curly. The point is that the extensions stay in. She also colors my hair. (greys shhhh) but being that she is blond she is really great with blond hair highlights too. Thank you Ashleigh. You can never leave us.

This review is for Ashleigh (formerly of Strada in Willow Glen). I have been getting my hair done by her for years. I get extensions and color done by her. Most recently I decided to go with an ombré look and Ashleigh got it exactly how I wanted it! Her extensions are really great, they are very natural, and give you that full long haired look. She is also a genius when it comes to color, she is always able to match my hair to the extensions perfectly. I constantly get compliments on my hair! On top of being a great stylist, she is very nice and professional. For anyone who is interested in extensions, I would highly recommend Ashleigh!

Ashleigh is amazing! She has your own personalized method of extensions that are amazing, natural and comfortable. I’ve had every method under the sun. These are the best ever. She’s awesome, sweet and so talented!
