The weekend gets very busy here. There is usually an attentive attendant here performing Wash/​Gold services and assisting customers as needed.

I came here to wash my clothes and when I am I just did it to be on hot water water then it washed in cold water never coming back again

If I can I want to gave negative feedback.

I have same problem with others. This place destroyed my husband shirts and my son pants and socks. I sent the email and Ron replied my email. He will investigate and let me know the results. No words for 5 days then I texted him he said he is in meeting will contact next hour. No call or mail or txt ever. I send them proof pictures of my husband’s shirt. They used bleach for no reason and the shirt is not white color.
I will avoid this place and this business owner. Be aware everyone. They are no good and no responsibility at ALL.

Definitely not bringing anything here ever. Came in here today (12÷29÷14) to see how much it cost before hauling all my laundry out of the car. The place looked clean enough, but when I went to get quarters from the change machine a man who I assume was the owner or manager physically blocked my way to the change machine and said I ‘couldn’t use the change machine if I wasn’t doing laundry’. It’s not like I was trying to sit and mooch their wi-​fi; it was a normal coin machine meaning they wouldn’t have lost any money, but they definitely lost a customer.

Haven’t been to a Laundromat in like 20 years. However, I needed to use a large capacity washer for a bedspread. This place is great. It has all sizes of washers and dryers to choose from. Also, this place is super clean. In fact, the whole time I was there, the woman working there was cleaning, sweeping, dusting, etc. the whole time. I highly recommend this place.

I like this place because they are new, and you can use your card to pay instead of coins n cash. Updated equipment, free Wi-​Fi, TV, and great customer service.

Beware when submitting your laundry to this place for wash, dry and fold.
On September 5^th, I submitted 29lbs of laundry for wash and fold. The next day I came in for pick-​up, got home and noticed that my wife’s underwear was missing (5 pairs), likewise with 3 pairs of my shorts. I called them to report this. The guy on the phone couldn’t have cared less. He told me to file a trouble ticket and wait for the manager to get back to me. I called everyday and came in every other day so they wouldn’t forget who I was.
Eventually, Leo calls me and sounds sincere when he tells me how apologetic he is that my laundry was lost. Though his sincerity appeared to be genuine, I knew it was fake as I never received a follow-​up call.
I went there today to see if any progress was made. The lady had the audacity to say that my lost laundry is not important enough to bug them so frequently. I told her that it will cost me 100 – 200 to replace my lost laundry and that a store credit does me no good. This means I have to trust them and that is impossible at this point seeing as how they have been very unresponsive.
Do not trust them with your laundry because not only will they lose it, they will show their true colors by not caring and ask you to replace it yourself. She brushed it off and just kept saying «yea».
My next call will be up the food chain to Leo’s manager until this situation is resolved.

Favorite laundry place ever!!! On tuesdays and Wednesday’s it’s only $.75 per load. Can’t beat that! The service is so good, the ladies are friendly, and so helpful. They are always making sure the place is nice and clean. Last week my detergent didn’t all rinse off (powder detergent is the worst) and they paid for me to do my load again to rinse off the detergent.
Definitely worth my 7minute drive out there!
The location is kinda shady, but eh that’s not their fault…

Excellent laudromat! Very clean & there are people on-​site to help you if you need it. High recommend this place.
