I was ordering an Italian soda with a water, the Italian soda came after 5 min but I have been waiting for the water for an extra 10min while the 3 staffs were chatting and ignore me. So I ask them if I can have the water, and the barista just tell me to wait. So I have to wait for an extra 5 more min because other customers were ahead of me which are 2 more blended beverages, 3 more other beverages. No apologize and the barista seemed to be annoyed because he forgot my water? What a bad attitude!

Consistently very friendly staff here, which is the main reason why I go to Ebar and not the other coffee places at Valley Fair. Their drinks menu is not as thorough as Starbucks, but what they do offer is a handful of unique drinks as well as the necessary standard ones. My favourites are the Mint Chip Ice Storm and the Orange Spritzer. If you love good customer service, then definitely give this place a try.

The honey almond latte is amazing. (I had no idea you could create those flavors from syrups, but they pull it off.) I’m more of the black coffee/​espresso type, but it really scratched the sugary-​warm-​liquid-​bomb itch I happened to have as I walked by the café. No complaints about service.

So in reviewing another coffee place in the mall I remembered wait a minute Ebar rocks and deserves a review. The place is great ! Fast service as soon as the line gets long someone comes out and starts taking orders in line. The staff is always upbeat and happy to help.
They have some great cheese and fruit trays along with pastries and salads. Plenty of seating and comfy chairs right up front. definitively the best coffee place at this mall. Just know that for most of us Ebar customers a simple «hello» and smile will go along way and you are appreciated. thanks guys!

Just like the great service Nordstrom offers, they offer here. I have ordered a drink I didn’t like and they were super cool about making me another drink I would enjoy. They also make recommendations and have been helpful with answering questions.
I like that they serve fun drinks here you don’t find at other coffee shops. Such as tropical green tea cooler, sparkling hibiscus tea cooler, sparkling pomegranate lemonade. They have lots of great options to choose from, from drinks to treats.

I’m a fan of Starbucks and Phil’s Coffee and I wanted to try something new so I tried Ebar. I was shopping in Valley Fair and came across this which was near Nordstrom.
I ordered the salted caramel mocha and it turned out to be okay. It didn’t taste as well as the one I had at Starbucks. Also the one from Ebar was more expensive and that was the smallest size I ordered.
The employees here were friendly. Had a small chat with them and appreciated them telling me about the mall since I’m new to the area.
It was an okay place. Nothing special about it.

Best iced coffee I’ve ever had seriously in my life! I had ordered a regular iced coffee sweetened with coconut syrup and I added a little bit of creamer just for taste and oh man it so good not too sweet but just right it was so tasty! I have a new go to when it comes to iced coffee in the mall

As far as mall coffee goes, eBar is as good as it gets! I love love love their iced white mochas — they are the perfect blend of espresso and white chocolate. Most white mochas are too sweet but these are just perfect for my taste buds. They don’t skimp on their espresso either — two shots in a grande that really pack a punch! They used to also make a mean zebra mocha (white and dark chocolate) but I have outgrown those, as they are too sweet for me now.
Their non caffeinated drinks are delish as well. On the rare days I’m not in the mood for coffee (hah!), I go for the sparkling pomegranate lemonade or the orange pineapple spritzer. Both are fruity sweet and refreshing!
The line does get long at times but the baristas usually process the line fairly quickly. Sometimes they’ll have one person take drink orders before you get to the register to expedite the line.
As an added bonus, some of their male baristas are quite nice to look at! So visit often, Unilocalers! ;)

First off, the Nordstrom eBar has awesome service. The employees are always friendly and helpful, with really good manners. How often do you hear ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ in customer service anymore? Exactly. The cashier notified me that if you buy any ground coffee for the home, you get a drink on the house! What a nice promotion.
I swung by for an Iced Mocha on my way out of buying a gift at Nordstrom, and it was one of the best mochas I’ve had. Perfectly blended with just the right amount of sweetness upon adding a packet of Splenda. A small cup turned out to be humungous, and it was really cool of them to have given me a complimentary upgrade. I must have looked like a dead zombie walking.
There are tons of tables right by the eBar and free wifi for you to Unilocal your review while sipping on your coffee. Can this eBar be any more awesome?

Nordstrom really has their ecosystem plotted out dont they? Like a casino they have food, drink and no windows and clocks to keep their target audience inside their premises. Very smart. Now I didnt do any shopping but I did do drinking and eating. After my meal I came down for a nice large iced coffee. THis place is almost as bustling as the restaurant is. I noticed on the perimeter of even the café they have stands with the menus for their restaurants. Great thinking. The seating area is definitely fun to people watch while you take in caffeine and digest your meal. Or for everyone else, power shopping

I’ve only been here a couple of times, but have been pretty impressed with the drinks so far.
I’ve tried the honey almond latte, pomegranate iced tea, and sparkling pomegranate lemonade. All were great drinks! I’d definitely get the honey almond latte again on a cool morning. The pomegranate drinks weren’t too sweet or syrupy.
This might become my new coffee/​drink place in the mall!

Great place to grab a quick drink when you’re in between stores or just walking around the mall and don’t want to line up at Sbux or The Coffee Bean.
The Pomegranate Iced Tea is sweet and refreshing, I like the teas here! Haven’t tried the coffee, but it is popular among the workers at Nordstrom so it looks promising.
The service is fast and the drinks come out fairly quickly so there’s no worrying about the long lines or wait times.

I’ve come here a few times now and I’m impressed with the service, selection and coffee.
Today I needed and pick me up and decided the next coffee shop would do. BAM! So, luckily the line was short and soon I was telling the cashier, «I want just an 1⁄8 cup coffee and the rest milk. Really, it’s just a splash of coffee in milk.» She seem confused for a second and suggested perhaps a latte would be better as it’s basically just that. With a smile and no judgement she helped to find what I wanted. Great, friendly and quick service! Each time has been similar and friendly.
The coffee never takes too long and it tastes just as it should. Another great item I love to get here is from the cold section — edamame with citrus sea salt. OMG! It’s so healthy, fresh and that sea salt gives it a kick. You should totally try it.
So, pop it, get your coffee on and all with a smile!

Delightful service. When the line gets long, a server comes around taking orders (writing your order down on a paper cup sleeve). The prices are comparable to Starbucks and Peet’s. I paid $ 10 for a large strawberry banana smoothie and a large iced tropical green tea. The green tea was pretty good, but I was thirsty and got down to the ice before even making it to the crosswalk to Santana Row. Last time, I tried their mocha ice storm and it was really good. There is a lot of seating at the café and they offer free wi-​fi!

Every time I go to the mall i HAVE to get a sparkling pom lemonade. I like it because it has that carbonation that I like but not the sweetness of a soda like sprite or coke.
So refreshing especially now that its starting to get warm!

Decided to try this instead of my usual starbucks since the dark chocolate mocha seemed appealing. Anyway, prices are comparable to starbucks, but in terms of taste, i was a bit disappointed. I would probably give them a go again and try something different, but for this particular experience — a solid 3 stars.
They do get plus points for having great service. They also had waters ready in case anyone wanted some. And when my dad asked for a cup of hot water, they gave it to him with a big smile!

Came by for coffee after grabbing lunch upstairs at the Nordstrom Café Bistro.
Ordered an Iced Mocha. Luckily, I requested for half the syrup as the drink still came out on the sweet side.
The drink itself was okay, nothing stepped out at me being above the ordinary.
The staff was nice and they accepted my Amex.
…there was a line of ~5 people in line after the lunch rush?

REFRESHING is the word that comes to mind when i order tea’s here at the eBar! My current favorite at the moment– Iced large sparkling hibiscus tea cooler! (i asked for only two pumps of sweetener instead of the usual four). I love this drink, you won’t be disappointed!

I always make it a point to run into the eBar to indulge in an Americano or Spiced Chai.
Actually, my brain is programmed to run straight here before I start my journey around the mall since shopping doesn’t seem complete without one of these beverages in hand. Their espresso seems to beat out a lot of other places I’ve been to. But, I’m really not surprised, since this IS Nordstrom ;)
Employees are always generally helpful and pleasant. Lots of sweet treats, breakfast and lunch items to enjoy with your drink as well.
