As I was walking out of Oakland Airport, the driver, Amilcar, was right at the door asking if I needed a taxi. Saying yes, he helped carry my bags to his plush Town Car. I was worried about cost at that point and he offered $ 35 to take me to Lake Merritt. Amilcar was polite, helpful, and drove well. He got me home quickly. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop, but he took my credit card in the car and indeed charged me only $ 35. The comfortable car and professional service makes for a five-star review. Will use again.
