Burrito Factory

Came here with my teenage son after checking out Bass Pro Shop cuz he was hungry. He ordered the super majado carne asada burrito and a jarritos. I opted a cup of water. He got a small cup of each of the 4 salsas to try and the pico de gallo. Super friendly staff although it took them a few minutes to acknowledge us standing at the counter which was odd as we were the only ones in there and there were 5 employees behind the counter. His food came quick and it was HUGE!!! Like the size of a small child. He ate a lot then passed it to me for a while, it was really good. There was a ton of carne, that was the main ingredient not rice or beans. He managed to finish it with my help. The salsas were good as well, the green ones brought the heat. My son rated it 5 stars, it was just under 14.00 and a decent value as its enough food for at least 2 meals if not 3.

Ate a super burrito there, then 7 hours later I was in the bathroom blowing chunks. The day after I was having chills and severe food poisoning. I know 100% it was the burrito that made me sick cuz that was the only thing I ate that day for lunch and dinner. Soooooooo I would pass if I were u. Definitely not worth it.

This review is for their commitment to helping out their community. I work at a very small school around the corner from Burrito Factory & they have helped us out on two different occasions in the last few weeks cooking up dozens of breakfast burritos. They called in staff early & even gave us a discount. GREAT chorizo breakfast burrito!!!

I was pretty disappointed with my shrimp tacos I ordered for lunch. I mean literally I opened it up to put the shredded lettuce and was expecting whole shrimps in the crunchy tacos, but instead found what looks like 1 shrimp cutted up into pieces and spread out. Compared to Rubio’s shrimp tacos I prefer their’s over Burrito Factory.
It was on the special’s board menu. And my friend had her shrimp burrito and her shrimps were whole and it tasted better than my shrimps that were just pieces. We even asked for sour cream on the side and they were trying to charge us .50 cents for it even though we asked for it during the order. We didn’t even receive it with our food. And to get extra sour cream later paid a $ 1 for a small size. It should just be illegal to charge a spoon size for sour cream lol.
Well I expect this to be my first and last time coming here. $ 7.99 for 3 crunchy shrimp tacos to me was a ripped off after receiving a poor proportion of shrimps. If you can’t afford to order shipments of shrimps please just take the off your menu cause that literally was false advertisement.

I’ve only eaten here once, but that was enough for me. I left feeling very dissatisfied. The whole experience was bad — from the beginning with the very rude/​curt man taking orders to the long wait time during a not-​so-​busy time to the very «meh» tasting super burrito with barely any sour cream or guacamole. I mean, I’m paying extra for these things, so why can’t you put an actual, edible amount on it? Also, their orange sauce is nowhere near as good as La Vic’s across the street. Go there instead if you’re in the area.

Awesome crispy Chicken taco and chicken burrito. Wonderful service and they sell beers and Margeritas! Delicious chips and salsa. $ 14 out the door!

Got a california burrito.
Tasted good and there was food to spare.
What else do you want from a burrito joint.

I have tried Burrito Factory a few times. I really think they need to work on the quality. Everything tastes greases and just not that appetizing. The service at Burrito Factory is also pretty non existent. There are lots of other very good options in the area.

Their chile Verde super burrito is very good. Pork is juicy, you might just get a deliciously bit of yummy fat. Service is good, they deliver to your table.

I am soooo bummed to have to downgrade my rating for the Burrito Factory. Unfortunately, this has to be done because they no longer serve my beloved TORTA!!!
I’ve had tortas elsewhere and have yet to find one that I liked as much as BF’s.
Oh well, time to look for a new Torta joint. Darn you Burrito Factory!!!

Came here due to a long line in a nearby restaurant. The service was nice and friendly nothing over the top. The steak burrito was cooked and wrapped excellent. The tortilla was a little harder than expect but the steak was nice and juicy.

I always order the same thing: al pastor super burrito. When it came out on a plate, my first impression was «DAMN, that burrito was huge how am I gonna finish it?!» But having 3 stomachs and eating more than the average 21 y/​o, I was able to finish it without feeling sick but I was indeed pretty full. Always use the orange sauce!!!
You know how some bites of the burrito sucks because they’re all rice and no meat, all tortilla, etc? This burrito seemed to have everything evenly dispersed so each bite had good amounts of rice beans meat and what not. Basically every bite was a good bite! Lol the meat was yummy, good flavor and not too try or too fatty, just the right amount. I tried some of my coworkers rice and beans and the rice was actually reallyyyyy good! It was a tiny bit dry but the flavor was there. Their beans weren’t my favorite compared to some other places but it was decent.
Also, get their horchata cause it is GOOD! I could easily down multiple cups of it. And the service was very friendly :) the only downside was that chips is an extra $ 1.09, I know it’s not much at all but at the other super burrito place, you get chips with your meal… idk, lol

Great customer service, delicious food that’s piping hot. Great lunch decision I made. The cashier smiled and offered recommendations. I chose a chicken torta. It was FILLED with chicken. So much that it was falling out. Also, my torta came with a side salad with lots of fresh tomatoes. I’m very happy.

Came in earlier this week for a burrito. Quality and flavor was great, and the menu items are average price for the area.
Only negative about the experience was that we ordered two burritos at the same time, on the same order, and they were ready 10 minutes apart. Won’t prevent me from coming back, but it made the meal experience a bit weird.
Good thing I wasn’t on a date or I would have been obligated to wait and eat a cold burrito haha.

Dropped in here 930am today for some serious grubbin’ ala Mexi.
Found the Chorizo-​egg burrito, $ 5.95 for this guppy of a burrito.
It’s packed with huevo’s n’ chorizo.
Stop by the salsa bar and git your self some fixin’s.
Coffee ala Mexi, $ 2.20 spiced with cinnamon and sucre.
Recommended.

First time coming here and I’m sure glad that I did. I couldn’t really decide what I wanted to eat since they have quite a bit of a menu to choose from. The cashier wasn’t pushy at all and I ended up deciding to have the taco salad.
For a about 11 bucks, I got a small fountain drink and got a carne asada taco salad. I’m not sure if certain meats cost a bit more or less.
Food was brought out to the table and it was HUGE! My oh my was the tortilla
shell/​bowl big and they aren’t cheap with the carne! SCORE! The salad is filled with Mexican rice, your choice of meat, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and sour cream! YUM!
I left a happy camper and I can’t wait to com e back and try some of the other goodies they have to offer.

The food was just Meh, and it was kinda pricey. HOWEVER the cantaloupe aqua fresca was OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING. I would come back just for that. But not sure if the flavor changes daily.

Came to my dentist appt a bit early and because I didn’t think I’d be able to eat dinner after my appt, I decided to come in to The Burrito Factory to grab a bite to eat. The restaurant was clean, however there was only one other patron in the restaurant… My mom and I shared a $ 7.80 Carne Asada Super Burrito with $ 1.00 Chips and salsa. The Burrito wasn’t very good. The cheese wasn’t even melted and I’m the type that likes my food «burn yo mouth» hot… lol The chips were sadly stale, but the salsa was decent — I like chunky salsa — and their salsa was.
But sadly, the salsa wasn’t enough to for me to come back again…

As much as I love the burrito factory their customer service SUCKS. I just ordered a super burrito with steak add lettuce & when it was done the guy who had also taken my order was cradling the burrito in his arms in a brown paper bag, at first I thought to myself, wow they must be very into what they put out, but when he had handed me the bag, the bag was ripped! The hell… I know you’re probably trying to go green but really??? I had to ask for another bag for my sauces.
Overall I’ll probably go to a different location. The people who work here seems tired & just wants to go home. So bummed out because this one is nearby my house.
