Lousy place wants you to buy something before they will give you the key to the bathroom. Don’t buy here!

Burger King has new items on their menu. got coupons, will eat.
service almost never a problem,. at fast food places, food’s the problem.
eats: XL fish sammie (5.19) buy one, get one free.
–sammie hot dog bun sized. thin bun length piece of tasty fried fish fillet within
covered with mayo and lettuce.
–tasted ok with slight mayo chemical aftertaste.
–fish whole fillet, not pieces mashed together
–not a good value @5.19, taste too much mayo, no tartar sauce

Soooo. The service here is bad which you could have likely guessed. Used the BK app for bfast 2x bk croissant, hash and coffee for $ 4 coupon. I asked for 1 to be bacon. He said bacon was a $ 1 more. I said no thanks. There wasn’t that restriction on the terms. Yeah, I read. The guy was taking drive thru orders while he was taking mine. Really annoying! The icing on the cake is when I told him not to touch my $ 700 cell phone and that I would press the button to redeem. I didn’t want his greasy hands all over my god damn phone. He didn’t have any problems with it. I had a major one and proceeded to tell him in a calm voice to which he ignored me until he was done. I also hate being ignored. Thanks BK. Your poor service ruins my day everytime. Seems like the only thing that is consistent bk has is piss poor service.

I have read all the other reviews, and I honestly don’t see what is wrong. I live about 3 minutes from this burger king, and every time I have gone, everything has been great! No cold food, rude customer service, or anything negative. Fast food will be fast food so don’t expect something AMAZING. But I like it here!

There were so many negative reviews on this place, I had to come and set the record straight! Because we happen to be close by, we come to this Burger King pretty often, and we are happy customers of this Burger King!
The food we have received from this Burger King has always been hot and delicious — knock on wood, we have never had a food issue.
Further, the service we have received from every person here has been kind, attentive (the attendant in the drive-​through always asks us if we would like ketchup, extra napkins, etc.), and friendly. In fact, Sue is the sweetest lady, and she is always here in the morning! Come by and say hello to her!

I never write reviews, but the service here Is so bad I have to share!
My vehicle was the only one in the drive-​thru, yet it took 5 mins for anyone to acknowledge us. After ordering, we arrived to pay and the man that was supposed to be at the register was eating a french fry and talking to the cook while we went unnoticed. After leaving the plaza, we check to see if our order was correct, well it was BUT — our food was so cold! I’m highly dissatisfied with this place. I have been loyal to this location, and have had some disappointments here before (yet i returned because its the closest bk)! but after tonight i am NEVER going back here again! The extra bit of a drive is worth it to Go to the one on capital and senter!

They have tacos here!!! Awesome!

the worst yet i don’t like giving bad reviews but there is nothing i can say good about this restaurant. they allow the homeless to hang out in the parking lot and inside and do nothing about. the place stinks and the service is not very good the employees are to relaxed and the management is no better. i would rather drive to another city and find a good BK before i ever eat at this one again.

There has not bee a huge wait line yet, I take the kids I nanny here and I do not mind since this is the place where they have my favorite fries at! I always get a large fry. Mmm my mouth just waters when I think about it. But it is 24 hours and I do wish the employees were way nice but other than them, I would probably still stop by only because it is convenient.

I guess the good thing about this place is that it’s down the street from my friends house and that it’s 24 hours.
I thought the staff was ok, the girl wasn’t friendly but she got my order right and I didn’t have to ask for ketchup she automatically put some in my bag.
I ordered a veggie burger and I assumed itd be like a whopper but instead of a meat patty with a veggie patty. But no it had mayo, tomato, lettuce, but no onions, and no pickles. WTh are my pickles at a holes? Vegetarians can eat pickles u know!

No stars. This review is for the staff alone. Ok, and their dangerously hot coffee.
Aside from not being able to speak clear English the staff here were very rude and imcompetent. The woman at the register seemed thouroughly irritated that I came in at all. I ordered my coffee, ignored the rudeness, and waited for my coffee.
As I attempted to pick up the cup from the counter the lid popped off (she apparently couldn’t be bothered to put it on completely) and scorching hot coffee spilled over my hand. The woman behind the counter made this clucking noise and threw her hand up, apparently appaled that I had spilled coffee on the counter. UM HELLO MY HAND IS ON FIRE!
No one asked if I was alright or if they could get me some ice. I finally had to ASK for a paper towel so I could get some ice from the machine for my hand! I asked why the hell they keep their coffee so hot and another girl behind the counter sheepishly admitted they always keep it well over 180 degrees (the hotter they keep it the longer they can use the same pot).
I was so pissed by their response I asked for their manager’s phone number so I could let her know how staff handled the situation. Ridiculous.

Just got back from partying in SF and it’s almost 6 in the morning. McDonald’s was open, but they only serve breakfast until 11, and Taco Bell was closed so I had to take a longer drive down to BK. Ordered a Jr. Whopper, 4 piece chicken tenders, and Fries. pulled up, paid, and was asked to back my car up and wait. Huh?
yea, just back my car up behind the window so I can’t see what they’re doing… and WAIT for FAST FOOD. The lady working was nice, but why would she ask me to back up?
Food was good… and like last time, they should have gotten a higher rating for serving burgers at this time… maybe they’ll get it together next time.

Recently, my curiosity got the best of me and I came by to Burger King to try their new «Burger Shots» item on their menu.
I am a huge fan of mini burgers. They are small, bite sized, and usually packed with flavor. But not at Burger King.
Allow me to describe my meal:
I got a 6-​pack of «Burger Shots» with cheese, side of regular fries, and a drink. I did not «King Size’ my meal and it still came out over $ 7. Wow. Pretty damn pricey for fast food.
The «Burger Shots» come in a box that had picture directions on how to eat them. Apparently, you have to grab hold of two adjacent Burger Shots, press down, pull apart, and then enjoy.
Well, I did not enjoy the process of taking them apart and I certainly did not enjoy eating them.
It’s really messy. These little burgers have cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard flowing out of them as you rip them apart. The bun gets squished and the patties move all over since they are so hard to rip apart.
The burgers were dry, tasteless, and oddly chewy. It was gross.
And why do I need to take apart 6 different burgers? How can two Burger Shots be adjacent? Oh, this is because 6 little patties are connected, cooked, frozen, shipped, and then heated up for your enjoyment. And the same goes for the buns.
How gross!
Oh yeah, my fries were disgustingly cold. They still had a little heat in them, but they obviously were fried up at least 15-​minutes before they served them to me. I asked for new ones and they obliged. The guy working there didn’t seem to care much.
So much so, for a bill that was about $ 7.37, I handed him a $ 10 bill and he gave me back 5 dimes (50 cents). Well done, Stephen Hawking.
I told him about his mistake and he thought about it for a while. I could literally see his 90’s era computer processor trying to process the data.
Flicker. Flicker. Flicker.
Eventually, I was giving my correct change. And speaking of change, there will be no more Burger King for me.

Be aware of the Indian guy if you go through the drive thru at night. He has messed up on my order every time that we went there. One time we told him we had a free chicken sandwich coupon and he charged us for a number # 3. When we told him that was wrong he changed it to 3 triple whoppers. We gave up and finally just went to the drive thru window to tell him our correct order. At least it was entertaining watching him shout loudly to the person making it to stop because it was wrong and to make a chicken sandwich instead.

I feel that I am a fair reviewer when it comes to reviewing small establishments vs chain restaurants. I feel that every establishment has the right to be reviewed. That being said– I can honestly say that I officially hate BK. For reals. I hate it. Rich and I decided to stop here after spending most of my lunch hour shopping at Grocery Outlet. Big mistake. I totally tasted the frozen-​ness of my chicken sandwich, and the Whopper patty that Rich ordered tasted like what I would imagine a sponge would taste like. Also– what’s up with this new «Angry Burger»?

Yeah– no thanks. Eat this and the burger won’t be the only thing «angry». I’m sure your @ss will be pretty pissed as well.

Incompetent people but fresh food. And it’s open 24hours.

A whopper with chicken fries at 3am is off the heezey son

Gotta love their chicken tenders, onion rings, the onion ring sauce, the rodeo cheeseburger and the fact that this location is open late or 24 hours! Sometimes Carl’s Jr, Jacks, or Denny’s isn’t what my stomach is craving for at 2am, so Burger King is a great and quick way to calm those growling noises. This location, the staff is very nice and I’ve been going to this one now since the one on Capitol Expressway had an accidental fire.
