Burger King

Wow, nice burger king. Manager and cashier both are very kind and professional. Last night — all day rainy day, we stop by burger King here but I forgot to order French fires and onion rings, so i odered 2 french fries. after order, they willingly, nicely changed it to what I want. Thank you.
I came from Los Angeles, if I want to change certain order after we order the food, they usually not change it for us and very mean to customer. But that burger King manager was so nice and kind to customer and professional.

I came here late at night during my lunch to eat here since their drive thru is open ²⁴⁄₇. As I was ordering, I had a language barrier who barely understood my English when I tried ordering my food so I ended up paying a higher price for what I actually ordered. He looked cross-​eyed and looks old. Wish I can get my money back. Never visiting this location again.

In the mood for a Whopper, I decided I would visit this Burger King on Kiely after shopping at the World Market close to it on Stevens Creek Boulevard. I wanted the two-​Whopper deal for 5 dollars but when I got to the counter the very friendly girl (with a smile :) at the counter told me that the deal was no longer available so I opted to pay 7 Dollars and 58 Cents for a Whopper w/​Small Fries and a Small Drink… let me tell you the meal was expensive but it was top notch, at least for a meal at Burger King!
I left the establishment and proceeded to eat my meal in my car. The Fries were Crispy, seasoned just right with Salt and for a minute I thought I was eating a better version of McDonald’s Fries, I kid you not, they were that good! My Coke was PERFECT, it didn’t taste watered down had just the right sweet balance to Cola flavor and fizzle, and my Whopper itself was hot, fresh, juicy, cooked to perfection, and I gobbled it up within 4 minutes, enjoying bite after delectable bite of it all! I really can’t complain about this Burger King and it was one of the better Burger King’s I have been to, ever.
The store was remodeled about a year ago and it shows because it is very clean, modern, and the staff is top-​notch and although they are (mostly?) Hispanic they understand English very well and didn’t mess up my order, something that often happens at other restaurants. Well, I did speak a little bit of Spanish to the front-​counter girl so I gues that helped. All in all it was a great experience and I will be eating here again in the near future. :)

Just ordered there 10 piece chicken nuggets. Got four of them and they were done and given to me in 30 seconds. They tasted incredibly stale. So I took them back and had given them 28 back because I ate some. They gave me 20 fresh ones back. Just overall a bad experience.

So Burger King isn’t Red Robin, or In and Out, but it’s still tasty when you need a quick bite.
This Burger King in particular is pretty impressive. The guys at the shop one day were all craving Burger King along with myself (About 9 of us) So we had a MASSIVE order to put in. I did it over drive thru as well. I felt bad doing something that overwhelming over drive thru, but I was short on time. My order was massive, and this Burker King came through in flying colors. All our food was there flawlessly, and they were very quick about it too! I like the onion rings and chicken sandwiches here. I don’t eat too much fast food anymore, but Burger King on a rare occasion is something I’ll do on a cheat day!

Stay away from this place!

my best place for a Burger Chain this is really, really different then any other stores they are sooo good very friendly and the foods its always fresh and the store always nice and clean, they are very consistent its my favorite location keep going guys :-)

Has BK gotten worse? Is it just this BK? Or were our standards just that much lower as kids?
Some friends and I came here late at night a few weeks ago because we were craving BK out of nowhere and it was the only one open — that’s most of the reason for the 2 stars, it’s open late.
Meeeeh. The food is cheap so there’s not much to lose but… it doesn’t really count as food. Seriously. All of us were just looking at each other as we ate it. Then we made faces and discussed how BK isn’t as good in execution as it sounded in principle.

I’m not sure if Kathleen W. and I came here asking too much or not, but we wanted to use the Amazon Local Deal of BOGO chicken sandwich and BOGO Whopper.
We came in to this BK all set to have our separate transactions, etc., however they did not recognize the Amazon deal and were very confused as to where it had come from. Luckily, the manager was nice enough to take the coupon and type in a regular BOGO deal, but then I made the decision to use a BK gift card from a couple years ago… apparently you can only use one BK gift card at a time? So I ended up using the card and cash. Ok, fine. Kathleen W. was up next, BOGO-​ed Chicken Sandwich, and tried to use my second gift card, but it wasn’t swiping. Thus they could not accept it. Had to use cash on that one too.
After stirring up a bit of complications with what sauces we wanted with the chicken tenders I ordered with it, we were finally able to eat. We were welcomed to an avg to below avg BK meal that I was not impressed with. Cold fries and unsatiating burger and sandwich — I am wondering what happened to the childhood wonders of Burger King that I so desperately clung to pre-​college. Oh well…

I am not a big fan of BK, but since I lived near by (Marriot Townplace suits), I had to walk in sometimes. But this place is really messy, unhygine… once they put ham burger when I ordered Chicken Burger… now I stopped going there.

I have only been here twice, it was not as bad as the other reviews I read, it tasted like Burger King and Staff was nice, the machine in the corner for the kids is too loud other than that its a nice Burger King

Had breakfast here one morning: Sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. Got it to go.
Down the road I discover the English muffin is not even toasted. It was like they sliced it and then warmed it in a microwave or something. And the egg was disgusting.
I discarded the egg and English muffin and just ate the sausage with cheese.
I won’t be coming back here again.

Just to put it basically, the manger was so incredibly rude beyond belief. I was so upset at the fact that she basically really didn’t want me to say no mayonnaise on my sandwhich. I dont know but the whole location has a bad vibe and i will never visit this burgerking ever again because they were all just so incredibly rude.

One time, I came here sober and my Whopper tasted crap.
Another time, I came here drunk and my Whopper taste crap.
This Burger King establishment earns one star for being consistent.

They close every day at 10 pm!!! They’re SURROUNDED by apartment complexes, where people drink and want fast food on the weekends. My boyfriend just tried to get a burger there at 10:45 on a Saturday night and the employee inside made fun of him for not having a car and refused service…
Why the hell would anyone that lives a block away drive there after two beers? A little effort people…

The owners just remodeled the restaurant. It went from 2/​3rds seating space to ¹⁄₅^th seating. This place is way too small to eat and relax. They raised the prices, also. How do you go from seating 150 down to 25 customers and stay in business? At least it is clean.

Are these people stupid? Everytime I go they forget something… then i have to go back. And they get an attitude with me, cuz they forgot something! And the fries taste disgusting… old grease or something… idk. Now I drive all the way to the one on El Camino and Scott where the food is hot and tasty and the service is perfect!

Just your standard Burger King with a drive-​thru. I’ve used their drive-​thru a couple of times to get breakfast in the morning, and the drive-​thru personal has always been fast and very polite. Huh, what a difference, but a great way to start off the day.

This is a standard Burger King store. Yummy burgers, ridiculous portions, and every value meal comes with a free heart attack.
Pro: The counter staff is friendly, helpful, and bilingual (Spanish and English). I’ve never had a problem communicating with anyone there. Con: Maintenance could be a little better; the store looks shabby sometimes. Almost all of the food is too greasy for me to eat (except for the burgers, which is why I still come here).

BK is good. The classic Whopper is still the best.
