OMG! I could not and still cannot believe how their products have worked on my face. Total rejuvenation of my skin. All and I mean all the fine lines have disappeared. Alice the promoter who works there is very sweet. She naturally tried to encourage me to buy as many products as she could but was not pushy or intrusive in any way. It’s really a good investment albeit a pricey one.
Wish I could paste a before and after picture. Alice promises if I use their products for two years I will look seven years younger.

I was lucky to meet Alex of Black Pearl in Westfield Valley Fair Mall shopping center, whose store is located next to women’s Macys. Alex is a professional (and beautiful) esthetician that I have ever had and Black Pearl skin care products are amazing. Before I met Alex, I have had been using many different skin care products that I bought from all big stores in the shopping malls. All of those products just acted like any regular moisturize lotion that we can find at any stores like Long Drugs or CVS, Walgreen. And I even tried to have my dark spots removed by laser light 9 times from a doctor office, but it did not work well as expected. The doctor had applied strong chemical peel on my whole face even I had only 2 dime size area of dark spots, but it turned worse and darker after 2 weeks.
I spent lots of money and tried everything but none of them improved my skin up to the point of satisfaction. But after Alex recommended me to use Black Pearl skin care products which have all the ingredients, pearl power, protein and dead sea minerals as well as vitamins needed to keep skin look youthful, especially the real 24K gold mixed in the products really helps to remove dark spots and blemishes. And Black pearl’s Mask peel has given me best results compared other methods that I had been thru.
I was lucky to meet Alex, she has used Black Pearl products to perform facial for me. She works well with her hands to make customer feel relaxed, comfortable and confident to use Black Pearl products safely. After using the products at home for a month, I could see my face improved; it’s smoother, all lines became very fine lines and hard to notice, and my dark spots get lighter, not dark any more, they became so light that my friends who knew me before were surprised and they noticed that my face looked glowing which saved me a lot of time that I don’t have to spend time to make up every day to cover my dry, wrinkles, and dark spots any more. I think Black Pearl is the best products and worth the money to try. Alex is very knowledgeable about her products and understand each customer’s different skin type so that she could suggest what and how to use Black Pearl skin care products efficiently. I strongly recommend to try the products and experience the result as I have been enjoyed my new looks.

Real good cons here. .don’t fall for their GIMMICK selling low budget cream for top dollar and after I had a reaction to it they refuse to refund me! Prior to paying almost $ 400 they lied through their teeth and told me sand my aunt that I could get a refund if I had a reaction to their product! Then the next day my aunt found same cream on amazon for 18% of the cost I paid them! Fml
Within 24 hours unopened product and
they refused to return it, even though they told me when I purchased it that I could return it if I had a reaction and when I went in there they gave me some BS lines I had to go back two or three times to never get a refund. I spent 300 something dollars on their products and yeah they are sweet talkers and they should be shipped back to where they came from for being frauds sorry to be so angry, but they put us through so much stress and never refunded us!
I have them on recording and I’m contemplating if I should file a police report for their trickery which is illegal in California and in our country!

For stubborn pores and acne I highly recommend their Facial mask peel and the Collagen cream. I usually go to my dermatologist for chemical peels but hate that I need 3 days downtime with the derm. Well Black pearl’s Mask peel has given me very similar results to the TCA peel my derm gives me but with no down time. It’s safe enough to use everyday if you have high tolerance like I do. If you’re new to peels use it 3 days a week then work your way up. I love this peel. It tightened my pores and increase collagen just like the TCA peel. Sure you see no immediate results unlike the TCA peel (were I see it immediately after the skin sheeds off) but you see it 3 weeks for sure and NO DOWNTIME. With the TCA I have to hide at home since I look burned shrimp but with the Black Pearl peelI was just fine, it is strong on results but mild on the skin. It’s also cheaper than what my derm charges me ($ 300 bucks a visit). The things we do for beauty.

So yesterday I wrote an update after a 4 week use (on the other Black Pearl location on Oakridge mall) and how I really liked the results. Ok well anyways today after work I stopped by Valley Fair to get a refill in the Hylaruic (uhhh I can never spell it) or Hydroxy acid cream… anyways the «Peel» (that’s easier to spell heheh XD) that helped remove my jawline acne spots, you know those annoying spots that stay there after a pimple is gone and last for months and months (darn pigmentation!)? Well, I went back for one and this time there was a guy help me there and he even gave me a discount on it for being a return costumer (Yeii) and so I also purchased the body cream which was actually pretty affordable. The guy said it had some minerals from the sea or something that help with drying skin especially during winter. So, I just took a shower and smoothered myself in the cream like a cake with frosting and tara tara tara (bells) this is a winner too. I usually use Melaleuca skin renewing cream because it’s what patients use for eczema so I know it’s good stuff but this new body butter I may say is right up there with this. I will wait and see how it holds trough the day abd update ny review based on that, but so far– Me a happy costumer again, especially in this drying California winter. I need good Lotion or I shed skin like a snake! Ewww I know– sorry for the analogy. Lol

They pulled me in as I was walking by for a free sample and then asked me to go inside so I can try the products. I wasn’t really interested since I have really good skincare but I wanted to just check it out, why not. The lady did a demo on my hand and was like so how many do you want. I proceeded to say no it’s ok I am not interested and then she proceeded to give me a «special discount» and I told her no it’s ok. The man at the door that was so nice to me when I walked in and complemented me on how young I look (i am only 23 and ppl typically tell me I look19/​20). Then when I was walking out the guy was mad I didn’t buy anything and insulted me and said no you don’t look young you look old. I am only 23 and I think I look good for my age. I was so pissed off as I walked away. I hope no one ever buys anything from them because they are so rude and will do anything for a sale.

This is the best facial and body place to go to! I had the worse acne in the world and nothing ever really worked. Milano pulled me in and worked his magic and now I don’t trust any other product besides Black Pearl.
