We just had our wedding this August & we were on a tight budget & looked for months for a D.J., but then we finally found John! He was so easy going and very professional! When meeting with him we knew that he was perfect for our wedding & it was a relief to have someone with So much experience! John made the process so easy with planning the ceremony & reception! We made an outline of what we wanted & John heard it only once & got every detail! He always answered my calls & emailed back right away! We even wanted the newlywed game included in our reception & he made it so fun & memorable! Our family & friends are still raving about how beautiful the ceremony was & how great of a time they all had at the wedding! We HIGHLY recommend John bc we had the wedding of our dreams & it was thanks to his expertise & ensuring he not only met our expectations, but did everything he could to exceed them!

It’s really easy to hire a bad DJ, because pretty much ANYONE can buy a laptop and a few speakers and call themselves a «Professional.»
John is different. Not only does he bring REAL professionalism to the table, he does so with the gear that will meet all of your music, karaōke, and dancing needs (And more!). Extremely helpful at helping you put together a plan for your event.

BEST DJ! I went to a wedding where Black Lab DJ’d. They had awesome song selections, took requests, had a smooth flow, and did excellent MCing too. I had more fun at that wedding reception than I’d had at a wedding in a loooong time! Everyone seemed to love them. So then I hired Black Lab to DJ and MC an event for my work. It was flawless. I couldn’t have been happier with the service that was provided! Plus, the prices were extremely reasonable, the communication regarding the event was consistent, and the DJ was very professional. I would highly recommend them!!! Great company!

Black Lab is awesome, BEST DJ I heard in a long time! He had song request slips for people to write down songs and then he actually played them! Definitely knew how to keep the party super fun, never played crappy songs that didn’t go with the mood of the dance floor. He was super nice and had every song! I highly recommend Black Lab DJ for any event!
