In my experience, it takes skill and knowledge to get a customer the right plan at the right price. The fact that Best Buy Mobile can work with most mobile companies is very convenient. When all was said and done, the customer left happy and taken care of. Jessica was a gem!

I purchased my iPhone 6 here. The guy working the counter was helping 4 other customers in addition to me. I didn’t know who he was talking to. I finally had to ask him to stop what he was doing and explain my new cell phone rate plan. He was so focused on trying to help as many people as possible that he wasn’t able to focus on any one person. And all that did was aggravate the situation. To add insult to injury when he installed my screen protector he didn’t install it correctly and it almost immediately began peeling and cracking. When I took it back a few days later he told me they couldn’t help and that I would have to order a replacement screen. While I am waiting for the screen to arrive my phone dropped. It shattered where the screen protector had peeled back. I told them what happened. Instead of offering to help they suggest I buy a new phone from Verizon and even tried to up sell me on a new rate plan! I am disgusted with their lack of customer service, Inability to correct their own mistakes, and will never buy from them again!!!

I’m shocked at the rating this place has and the lack of Unilocal reviews in general because THEYROCK! My Husband and I have been here for help getting phones and phone plans 3 times now! Each time they are amazing to work with! We have Verizon service, but Verizon customer service in the store sucks, and on the phone is great, so weird… so when my Husband and I were up for upgrades we both went through this location and they rocked it! We both got awesome phones for great prices, great plans, I’m saving about $ 35 – 45 a month on the plan they got me! They really look out for you and try to find the best solution possible to fit your needs. My husband recently broke his phone and didn’t have insurance, and also didn’t have an upgrade available to use. They found him a phone that was worth $ 450, that was no longer in stock, discounted it to $ 150 for him, and got him into it with no new activation fee, so that he could buy some time getting his nice S5 fixed. Now after his S5 is fixed he can sell that other G2 phone for almost retail price and make back the costs of his mistake! They are so amazing there! Definitely don’t understand the grumpy reviews on here.

Best Buy have to stop having quotas for their employees to push the stupid installment plans from providers. If you want to upgrade or sign up for a 2 year contract on any provider they will blatantly lie to your face to avoid selling you it. Most dishonest group of people I have ever met.

After buying the iPhone 6 I went into this best buy to get myself a phone case and found one that I liked but when I went to pay no one helped me. I was waiting and all the workers saw me waiting but didn’t help. To top it all off I asked one of the women working there if she could ring me up and she walked away from me. Worst customer service ever. Not coming back.

Before coming here we walked out of Verizon upstairs because apparently in order to get the phone deal we would have to get accessory bundles for $ 100 each! This was after we already wiped our phones. Freaking crooks. Anyways it was refreshing to walk into Best Buy mobile. No pressure and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Albert and Mariam stayed after closing time to complete the phone upgrades for my wife and I. The great part was best buy offered $ 50 more for each of our phone trade-ins than Verizon. Overall it was a great experience and since they were so great we got accessories anyways and they were also 25% off since we bundled. Will definitely come back here in two years when we upgrade. The general manager Josh tried to help us buy a phone that was not in stock. We came here because they had the best deal on their trade in cell phone promotion. They said they would give us free express shipping which we thought was a deal! A few days later we checked the status of our new phone and it had never been ordered but the gift card was charged. Ever since it has been a nightmare trying to get the refund back to the gift card. We ended up canceling the order because we needed a phone so we went to AT&T wireless. They were able to get the job done. Almost three weeks later I am still waiting for the refund back to the gift card. And have spoken to many customer service agents at their 1 – 800 number. You get transfered so many times its fucking ridiculous. I hate having to tell the story over and over. All in all Josh was no help what so ever. Would not come back to this store and it has just left a bad taste in my mouth as far as Best Buy is concerned. :o(

Non pressure cell phones, who doesn’t want that. Love this place. You can actually ask them a question and not worry about them trying to talk you into something you did not ask about. Plus if you say thank you and walk away they do not give chase because they do not work on commission. Same great service you get from a Best Buy store but only for cell phones, brilliant! All in all I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cell phone.
