I used Unilocal reviews to help select Eroni, so I need to share that my experience is the opposite of Janet’s. My move was a mattress, box spring, futon, computer desk and an ottoman.
Pros:
— Very responsive
— Flexible in scheduling
My experience:
1. He promised two movers including himself but said the other «flaked». This is a technique movers use to keep more money. I noticed but cut slack here.
2. He said he «underestimated» my futon and asked me to help move it.
3. He eventually brought his sister to help him move.
4. They tore my mattress cover and hid the damage.
5. He accepted a $ 20 tip afterwards, before I discovered the damage.
To Eroni’s credit, I didn’t need to get angry at him. I texted him politely to request $ 20 back for the damage.
He drove back and with the look of a teenager who just got away with something returned the $ 20. He asked me in a condescending tone if I wanted more, and I repeated that I only wanted the $ 20. His rate was market and the lie was remedied. He apologized and left.
I gave this company a chance and some slack because it’s a new small business — I understand what that feels like. Two stars reflects that Eroni and family are hard workers. I do wish him luck, but the experience and ethics didn’t live up to the expectations I had based on the other reviews.

Erini is professional, provides excellent customer service, and does the job extremely well at an affordable price. I recommend him to all of my friends and will use him again.

Eroni is totally awesome and professional!
He helped me move this month, and wouldn’t let me lift a finger. Such a sweetheart too!
It only took about 3 hours to get all of my things, including a queen size mattress, two dressers, and various other furniture, out of my old place and into my new one.
His truck was huge, and he was very professional about it all, strapping all furniture to the side to make sure it was safe!
Nothing moved at all, and it was all kept in excellent shape.
I gave him a $ 15 tip and he tried to give it back because I ‘overpayed’ him. Such integrity!
I would highly recommend using him for you next move!

I had to send my dog to Washington last minute. Eroni had a great price and was very easy to deal with. He came to my door to get her and delivered her right to my girlfriends door in Washington. Highly reccomend Bay Warriors.
