Highly recommend! We telephoned before driving out… Kerry (sp?) was accommodating, more than fair, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. He helped us load, chatted, and measured out the volume. I was honestly astounded at the reasonable rate! We will definitely return. The quality of the wood is top-​notch and ready to burn that day. After a week of nightly fires there is still plenty to burn through. Great find!

We’re new to Almaden and excited about having a fireplace! Home Depot wood just wasn’t cutting it, plus the pricing was insane for a few pieces. We decided to try our luck with Unilocal and this is what we found… I hidden gem in Almaden! Great location, not too far from town. Wonderful owner, very kind and helpful!!! He even offers free delivery! We have an SUV, so we just met him at his lumber yard and he helped us fill up the back. Price was incredible in comparison to what we were finding in town. Wood is quality, we got a mix pine/​eucalyptus and it let’s off a nice scent in the fire :) Very happy we found this place!

Always buy my wood from Almaden Ranch! Best seasoned wood and variety around. Kerry is awesome and he delivers for free! If you are ever looking for wood for camping, bonfire, fireplace etc this is the place to call!
