I wanted to let everyone know about a terrible experience I have just had with the company, All-​Star Plumbing. To be fair, before you read this, I want to make it clear that the work was never completed, due to the total inability to make appointments… yes, appointments, plural.
I had an appointment at 2:30 on Wednesday. No call ever came as was promised. Around 3:30, I decided I better call to find out what was going on. They said they still didn’t have anyone, but would contact me soon. Well, 6 pm came pretty quickly and still nothing. So, I called again. They said they would try to have someone out by 7:30 or contact me. Finally, they actually did contact me, but to say they still couldn’t find anyone…5+ hours after the appointment. Because they were nice, I was willing to give them a shot to make it up, so I made an appointment for today, Saturday, at 9am. They called around 8 and said they would try to get someone out here between 9 — 10. First of all, I gave them 3 days to get their crap together, and second, I should have been a priority. Of course, no one by nearly 11 and no call. So, I called to cancel the appointment.
Again, they were nice, and because of that, I really wanted to use them, but that kind of lack of respect for my time is unacceptable. I would never recommend them or let them work on my house, even in an emergency. However, I want to remind everyone, this is not a review of their work. I am only reviewing their communication skills. I am sure others have had wonderful experiences, and you may want to talk to them before hiring this company as well, but i am not one of them.

Thank you Enrique for clearing the garage drain. This guy took the time and did the job right! All star plumbing should be happy and proud to have a valuable employee like Enrique who is willing to go the extra mile for a job well done and a satisfied customer.
