Ali Shirzadi, MD – Neurosurgery

He did my emergency microdiscectomy last week and I came too feeling better. Now just rest and recovery. So happy he was the surgeon on call when I was taken in.

I had a traumatic head injury while playing soccer and consider myself very lucky that Dr Shirzadi was at the trauma center on the day of my accident. He is very knowledgeable and has consistently made the right decisions after discussing all options in detail with my wife and me. Above all his smiling demeanour, great bed side manners, and willingness to listen patiently make it very comforting to be in his care. Keep up the great work Doctor!

Dr. Shirzadi is an outstanding doctor by all means. He performed spin surgery on my husband and it was very successful. His bed side manners are superb. I highly recommend him

Doctor Shirzadi can be summed up in one word and that is great. He is very thorough. My mom has been dealing with back pain for years. It has been nagging her without end for countless sleepless nights. She has been to every doctor imaginable. Every referral, every specialist from accupuncturists to heart specialist, nobody could find what was wrong. We finally stumbled upon him by luck. We came in and he looked at the mri and told us what he thinks it is: a possible tumor or lesion pushing against my mother’s spine. When we heard the news, it was terrifying and calming at the same time. He took many types of Mri just to be sure. The thoroughness he had was very calming and reassuring. My mother is by nature a very neurotic person. But even she felt assured by the doctor and had a strange calm about herself going into surgery. Fast forward 3 months and she has since fully recovered and still comes in at times to have checkups. She raves about him over and over, the same story. Even after each visit she never leaves without taking a few more business cards to hand out to her friends.

I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Shirzadi on a day to day basis (Good Samaritan Hospital). Not only does he come to work everyday with a smile but he truly loves what he does. He is one of the most charismatic and down to earth people I have ever come across.
Dr. Shirzadi first and foremost looks out for YOU. He will recommend you see a second opinion only to let you know that he wants the best outcome and most conservative treatment for you. If you ask anyone who works with him you will find out how much he cares about each of his patients. I would recommend Dr. Shirzadi to any of my family members. To finish, Dr. Shirzadi will not only help you but will become your friend who cares about YOU. If you ever have back issues I would definitely see Dr. Shirzadi.

This review is long overdue. Dr. Shirzadi is an amazing doctor! I first started seeing him a little over a year ago after I was in a horrible snowboarding accident. He helped me throughout my recovery process and answered all the questions I had for him. He has great bed side manner and is very knowledgeable.

I just want to thank Mr. shirizati from the bottom of my heart you saved my life your caring compassion for what you do your a rarity there are not many doctors left like you, doctors who care I came to you at my last but of hope I wish I had met you long before my journey of relief began I trusted you whole heartedly, and you delivered every word you promised, thank you for successfuly doing my back surgery you saved me I’m forever grateful you gave my son his mommy back
