Recently inquired about getting a quote for service. Received a call back from a gentleman who told me that he had bid the job two years ago. And then he kept asking if I was serious about getting service. Each time I replied to him that I have to bid out my services every two to three years and that I am offering him an opportunity to earn my business. He did not seem to take kindly to my reply. Perhaps he was not asking the right question, or I misunderstood him. Perhaps he was unhappy that he did not get the job two years ago when he bid it last. Perhaps he does not understand that you can not get every job. Regardless He told me that he wanted an «opportunity to kick my ass» as he put it. I can’t imagine what might happen if I used this service and wasn’t pleased with the level of service. Threatening people certainly isn’t the best way to grow a business.
