Recently, I needed servicing on my copier and I just happend upon this business. I didnt want a Big Dealer because I was not in the mood to get pitched on a new contract or that I needed to upgrade my machine… When I called Scott he picked up right away and said that he would be over by noon. Sure enough right on time and it was exatly waht I was hoping for. No pitch for another machine just a honest assement and evaluation on the machine. 100%.If I need service again i will give him a call also… when I am in the market for a new machine he will get my business… Thanks Scott! …
