I WISH I COULDLEAVE0STARS. I work with Comcast and am out on the road for over 9 hours a day. I pack my lunch daily and always find 7 elevens to simply warm up my food. I have been doing this without any issues for a long time until I came to 617 blossom hill rd. I was immediately greeted with a nasty non smiling look from 2 attendants. 1 Asian lady and 1 Indian man. The Asian lady said no to warming up my food and the Indian guy said yes. I continued to try and warm up my food and even tried joking with them to try and lighten the mood. Then the Indian guy began complaining as well saying I needed to buy something, so I immediately grabbed my food and left feeling like if I was being kicked out. RUDEANDBITTEREMPLOYEESWORKHERE!!!

Came in at 3 A.M. looking to buy some drinks for an after party we were going to that was nearby. I’m about to take a six pack out of the fridge when the employee behind the counter,(who was already pissed off we were coming in, some tall dude with a thick mustache,) says, «No beer.» My boyfriend and I have never had trouble buying alcohol past 2 A.M. before, but apparently this has been a law for awhile. Instead of explaining that to us, he says, «Look at the time! What is the time?» We respond with what time it is, and he says, «No, you cannot drink after 2 A.M.!» There’s a way to tell someone you can’t sell us alcohol and this is not the way to do it. Common sense would say, «I’m sorry, this law states you cannot buy alcohol after 2 A.M.» not, «LOOKATTHETIME!» Screw this noise.

Nope. This place is ABSOLUTETRASH. They never offered me a bag with my beer so naturally the condensation caused me to drop it. I was in front of the dude when he sold it to me… wouldn’t replace it. What a jerk. It’s the principal. …never going back

This is your typical 7 – 11 off Blossom Hill Rd near Gas N Go station and Light Rail. If your looking for a slurpee, newspaper or get a lottery ticket this is your place. Staff is efficient. Parking lot is a little small. It’s nice that on July 11(7⁄11) you can get a Free slurpee, expect a line. 3 stars, you can normally get in an out quickly.

The slurpees here are the best I’ve had in San Jose and Morgan hill, although I do have to agree with others, they are pretty rude and have no problem looking at my boobs. But go slurpees!

I went here every other day for two weeks, and spent around $ 30 bucks on cigarettes, beer, and misc stuff. The guys that work there were never friendly and often times rude. The service here sucks. The last night I went there, even though we were in line first and asked a question, the cashier ignored us and helped some other people. I left my stuff on the counter and told him I wasn’t coming back. And I’m not. I went to the 711 near edenview and monterey, and they were WAY nicer. And this 711 is now on my SHITLIST, I don’t care what time it is, or how far I have to drive, I’m not going to go to this 711 again.

I’ve come to this particular 7Eleven a few times now and it never seems to fail that the same guy is always there behind the counter no matter what time I show up. What is up with that? Does the guy live there or what? Well, this most recent time I came in for a quick snack and a cool drink. It was late at night so other options were closed already, so of course that left this trusty 7Eleven. The store does seem to be one of the cleaner 7Elevens I’ve been in, but things are still in disarray. If they clean, can they tidy up stuff on the shelves? I got what I came for and headed to the counter to pay. A guy in front of me was buying some booze and a few other things but he seemed to be taking his time. I finally got my things on the counter and pulled my Debit card out of my wallet while the guy behind the counter rung everything up. He always seems so bored! And I swear checking out of this store seems to just take longer than any other place. I live nearby and this place is open 24 hours. That’s about the one good thing it has going for it. If I can buy things elsewhere I will. You’re really paying for convenience. Expect to pay a little bit more for the usual grocery items than at a regular grocery store so buy things somewhere else unless you absolutely have to shop here. Thank heaven for 7Eleven? I think we’re thanking the wrong place.

Dropped by here around midnight on a Friday evening/Saturday morning with some friends because we were craving something non-alcholic to drink. It felt like middle school again, going to 7 – 11 to grab some slurpees. However, we felt no shame as there was no other location to suffice our needs at the moment. Unfortunately, our desired location of Tapioca Express was not open so we didn’t really have any other choice. As a health conscious individual, I got a sugar-free Crystal Light slurpee, while my friends got the other flavors like as cherry and orange crème. Although I was satisfied with my slurpee fix, some of my friends complained of their stomachs feeling a bit queasy after finishing theirs. As far as customer service went, I was disappointed that they ran out of caps for the smaller size cups and were not willing to run to the back stockroom to retrieve some. Also, one of the worker dudes was carelessly carting out some cardboard out the front door and did not even bother to say«excuse me» when some of my friends and I were in front of the doorway. The cashier was somewhat rude, telling us to leave after we paid so that he could keep track that we had paid. I guess he was just making sure that we all paid before we left, but he could have told us in a more generous manner. Nonetheless, I thought my slurpee was still fine and only the customer service spoiled the trip here.

Shop here only because it’s handy… The people behind the counter are indifferent and somewhat rude and very slow. It wouldn’t hurt to smile once or twice in your lives people. I might give one more star but the prices are well… 7 – 11 prices…

Ran up to 7 – 11 this morning because we needed milk for our coffee & this was the handiest place to grab it. My son went in, got the milk, took it to the counter. and stood there for easily 30 seconds or more while the clerk stood with his back to the register & chatted on his cell phone. I was in my car facing the storefront window & he was looking right out at me. even my looking from him to my son to my watch and back to him didn’t give him a clue, the rude little bugger, he was just chatting away. Finally he glanced over his shoulder & turned ever so leisurely to ring up the sale, while still chatting on the phone(gee, sorry to actually, uh, make you WORK while you’re at work, ya lazy little jerk. wtf).right before I was about to hop out of the car & give him a piece of my mind. Smart guy. he’d not have liked it if I’d had to go in and say something. Must remember to go to the other 7 – 11 next time. this place never fails to disappoint.
